In general, circuit breakers are devices that automatically shut down the circuit to prevent damage from overloading or short circuits in the electrical circuit.
Among these circuit breakers, ACB (air circuit breaker) breaks current by separating the movable contact from the stationary contact when a large current flows due to a fault in the line somewhere, and an arc is generated at this time. Is blown off with compressed air.
This air circuit breaker can actuate the crankshaft to be rotatably fastened to the mechanism so that the movable contact can be brought into contact with or separated from the stationary contactor to energize or short-circuit the circuit.
The movable contact is instantly separated from the stationary contactor by a crankshaft when a problem occurs in the circuit. At this time, a large impact is generated at the joint between the crankshaft and the movable contactor, and the joint is broken or the joint is released.
