상기 매트이송수단은, 상기 침대상판의 길이방향과 같은 방향으로 연장되도록 상기 침대상판 저면에 고정 설치되는 회전축; 일단은 상기 이송매트의 일측에 연결되고 타단은 상기 회전축에 연결되는 복수 개의 제1이송벨트; 일단은 상기 이송매트의 타측에 연결되고 타단은 상기 회전축에 연결되는 복수 개의 제2이송벨트; 상기 회전축을 축회전시키기 위한 축구동부;를 포함함으로써, 상기 회전축을 축회전시키는 방향에 따라 제1,2이송벨트 중 하나는 상기 이송매트를 상기 침대상판으로부터 외측으로 돌출되도록 잡아당기게 되는 환자용 침대에 있어서,
