도 2는 본 발명인 전기 전도성 복합섬유의 제조공정 중 응고조내의 섬유측면사진이다.

Claims (4)
- 다중벽 탄소나노튜브 6~10중량%, 소디움도데실설페이트(이하 SDS)계면활성제 2~10중량% 및 잔부로서 증류수를 혼합하여 40~60℃ 중탕에서 초음파를 가하며 2~3시간에 거쳐 교반하여 탄소나노튜브 수분산액을 만든 후,
중량평균분자량 300,000~500,000인 소디움알긴산 고분자 10~15중량% 및 잔부로서 증류수를 혼합하여 교반하여 알지네이트 수용액을 만든 후,
상기 제조한 탄소나노튜브 수분산액 및 알지네이트 수용액을 부피비 2:8~4:6으로 혼합하여 알지네이트/탄소나노튜브 방사원액을 제조한 후 기포 제거를 위해 감압탈포하고 필터링한 후 기어펌프를 통해 정량 토출하여 염화칼슘 응고액하에서 응고한 후 수세조, 유제조, 산 처리를 위한 황산, 염산 및 질산 중 어느 하나로서 농도는 0.5∼2.0N인 산용액욕조를 차례로 거친 후 건조하여 권취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 전도성 복합섬유의 제조방법. - 삭제
