Description

Headset {Headset}

The present invention relates to a headset, and more particularly, to a headset in which a speaker unit is installed to open and close a through hole formed in an earplug part, and the speaker part is slidably installed to the earplug part.

It is easy to concentrate on listening to music (output sound) while it is possible to prevent the possibility of damage of others due to noise when the headphone is worn on the ear. On the other hand, when the headphone is interrupted from the ear hole (ear hole) I can not help but understand the noise of life.

For this reason, traffic accidents caused by unrecognized noise due to traffic conditions such as the sound of a horn of a relative vehicle are frequently encountered, as well as a problem of inability to communicate with a companion or a vehicle occupant, There is no other choice.

In addition, in order to listen to a conversation with another person and listen to ambient sounds around the situation, it has been troublesome to consciously repeat actions such as turning off music played from a mobile device or dropping a headphone from an ear.

In order to solve such a problem, Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2014-0055716 discloses a headset capable of expanding or collapsing a reflector for reflecting sound output through a speaker built in the main body, thereby allowing external sounds to be heard .

However, in such a conventional headset, even if the reflector is folded, when the speaker is built in the main body and the speaker is not turned off, a part of the sound and vibration outputted through the speaker are mixed with the external sound, so that the external sound can not be clearly heard.

Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2014-0055716

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a headset in which a user can move a speaker unit to open a through hole to effectively listen to an external sound.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a headset including: an earpiece; a support unit for bringing the earpiece unit into close contact with a user's ear; and a speaker unit mounted on the earpiece unit, And the speaker unit is installed to be slidable with respect to the ear piece portion.

2 is a perspective view showing a state in which a through hole of a headset is opened according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of Fig.
4 is a partial side view of a headset according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

For reference, the same components as those of the conventional art will be described with reference to the above-described prior art, and a detailed description thereof will be omitted.

1 to 4, a headset according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a ear part 100, a support part 200 for bringing the ear part 100 into close contact with the user's ear, And the speaker unit 300 is installed to open and close a through hole 101 formed in the ear piece unit 100 and the speaker unit 300 is installed in the ear piece unit 100, As shown in Fig.

The earplug part 100 includes a cushion part 110 surrounding the ear and contacting an ear or a head and a cushion attachment part 120 on which the cushion part 110 is installed.

Two ear piece portions 100 are provided on the outer sides of both ears of the user.

The cushion part 110 is formed in a donut shape having a hole in the central part. The cushion part 110 is formed of a padded material to improve sound cut-off and adhesion.

The cushioning part 120 is formed of a rigid material and the cushion part 110 is installed inside.

A through hole 101 is formed in the cushion mounting portion 120 in the left-right direction. The through hole (101) communicates with the ear hole of the user and the hole of the cushion part (110). Therefore, external sound through the through hole 101 or sound output through the speaker 310 described below is transmitted to the ear.

The lower portion of the cushion attachment portion 120 is formed in a shape of an odd-numbered disk so as to correspond to the shape of the cushion portion 110, and a connection protrusion 122 connected to the support portion 200 described below is formed at the upper portion.

A speaker guide portion 121 protrudes outward from the lower outside of the cushion mounting portion 120. The speaker guide portion 121 is formed so as to surround the speaker portion 300 described below. Therefore, a seating groove on which the speaker unit 300 is seated is formed in the speaker guide unit 121. The seating grooves are formed so that the right and left and the bottom open. Guide projections 124 are formed on the inner walls of both sides of the speaker guide portion 121. The cross-sectional area of the free end of the guide protrusion 124 is formed to be larger than the cross-sectional area of another adjacent portion. The guide protrusions 124 are formed in a hook shape so that they can not be easily detached after being easily assembled and assembled.

The connection protrusion 122 is rotatably connected to both sides of the speaker guide 121.

Thus, the ear piece portion 100 and the speaker portion 300 can be rotated with respect to the support portion 200. [ Accordingly, the angle between the ear piece 100 and the speaker unit 300 and the support unit 200 can be adjusted according to the user's need, thereby improving convenience for the user.

The connection protrusion 122 is formed so as to protrude upward. The upper portion of the connection projection 122 is connected to the support 200 through the adjustment projection and the adjustment groove into which the adjustment projection is inserted. The adjustment protrusion is formed in the cutout 123 formed by cutting an upper part of the connection protrusion 122. A plurality of the adjusting grooves are formed in the adjusting portion 210 formed at both ends of the support portion 200 described below. In addition, an adjustment portion insertion groove into which the adjustment portion 210 is inserted is formed at an upper portion of the connection projection 122.

The support part 200 brings the ear-protecting part 100 into close contact with the user's ear.

The support part 200 is formed in a strip shape, and both sides are bent downward to be formed in a shape of '∩'. At both lower ends of the support portion 200, band-shaped adjustment portions 210 are formed. The adjustment portion 210 is connected to the connection protrusion 122 of the ear piece portion 100 disposed on both sides.

The distance between the support part 200 and the ear-protector part 100 is adjusted through the adjustment part 210 and can be adjusted according to the user.

In use, the support 200 surrounds the user ' s head.

The support portion 200 is formed of a resiliently deformable material so that the headset is not detached from the user's head and the ear piece portion 100 is not released from the user's ear.

The speaker unit 300 is movably installed on the outer side of the ear plug unit 100. Therefore, when the speaker unit 300 is moved to open the through hole 101, the speaker 310 is not placed on the passage through which the sound passes.

The speaker unit 300 includes a speaker body unit and a speaker 310 installed on an inner surface of the speaker body unit.

The loudspeaker main body portion is formed in a vertically long oval shape. As a result, the appearance of the headset becomes more beautiful, and the headset can be used as a fashion accessory.

In addition, the area of the portion of the loudspeaker body near the earplug 100 is larger than the area of the adjacent portion of the through-hole 101. [ Therefore, when the through hole 101 is closed through the speaker unit 300, the external sound can be blocked more effectively.

The speaker 310 is formed in a circular shape and has a size similar to or smaller than that of the through hole 101.

The speaker 310 may be wired to a terminal such as a mobile phone through an earphone jack (not shown) connected to an electric wire (not shown), or may be connected wirelessly via a Bluetooth or the like.

The speaker 310 may be slightly protruded toward the through hole 101 than the inner surface of the speaker main body. Therefore, when the through hole 101 is closed through the speaker unit 300, the speaker 310 is inserted into the through hole 101, and the through hole 101 is closed through the speaker unit 300 without a separate fastening unit The state can be maintained.

The speaker main body of the speaker unit 300 is installed to be able to slide up and down with respect to the ear plug unit 100 to open and close the through hole 101. [

On both sides of the speaker body portion, a guide groove 301 into which the guide protrusion 124 is inserted is formed. The guide groove 301 is formed so as to correspond to the shape of the guide protrusion 124. The guide groove 301 is formed so as to open frontward or rearward.

Therefore, when the speaker unit 300 is pushed down when the through hole 101 is opened, the speaker unit 300 is slid with respect to the earplug part 100, and the speaker 310 is disposed below the through hole 101.

The headset of the present embodiment may further include a fastening portion for fastening the speaker portion 300 to the ear plug portion 100. This fastening portion can stably maintain the fastened state of the speaker portion 300 to the ear plug portion 100. [

4, the fastening portion includes a magnet 125 installed on one of the speaker 300 and the earplug 100, and a magnet provided on the other one of the magnet 125, It may be an attachment member 302. [ The magnet 125 and the magnetic force attachment member 302 are formed in an arc shape and disposed inside the upper portion of the ear piece portion 100 and the speaker portion 300.

Alternatively, the fastening portion may be a protrusion formed on one of the speaker 300 and the ear-piercing portion 100, and a groove into which the protrusion is inserted.

Hereinafter, the operation of the present embodiment having the above-described configuration will be described.

1, when the sound output through the speaker 310 is heard, the upper end of the speaker unit 300 is brought into close contact with the upper part of the earplug part 100 so that the through hole 101 is connected to the speaker 310, . As a result, the external noise is cut off and only the sound output through the speaker 310 is transmitted to the ear canal through the through hole 101.

When listening to the sound output through the speaker 310 and listening to the external sound, the speaker unit 300 is slid downward to open the through hole 101 as shown in FIG. As a result, the external sound is directly transmitted to the ear canal through the through hole 101. As such, by moving the speaker unit 300 itself, it is prevented that the sound heard through the speaker unit 300 and the external sound heard through the through-hole 101 are mixed, so that the external sound can be heard more effectively and clearly have.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention as defined by the following claims .
