Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an air mattress for an intensive care occupant, and more particularly, to an air mattress for an intensive care occupant capable of easily inserting a test plate for X-ray inspection into a mattress even when a patient is lying on the mattress.
Currently, all large hospitals are equipped with intensive ICUs that require specialized treatment.
The number of X-ray examinations, which is the basic test of the patient, is increasing, and if the patient is worried, the same patient must be inspected every few hours, which increases the number of examinations.
Particularly, when the patient enters the intensive care unit, daily X-ray apparatus is used to check the progress of the disease continuously.
In this case, a doctor inserts a test plate such as an IP (Image Plate) or a digital detector under the patient's back and inserts X -Ray shooting and obtain the image.
At this time, lifting a patient can be very dangerous to an intensive caregiver, and a physician is physically difficult to be exposed to an occupational disease such as a disk due to lifting a patient.
In addition, since the test plate is placed in direct contact with the patient's back, it can be a path of infection when repeatedly used in a large number of patients.
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a method for inspecting an X-ray of an intensive care unit lying on a mattress by inserting a test plate for X- And an air mattress for an intensive care unit.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an air mattress for an intensive care unit comprising: a first mat portion having a hollow space formed therein; A second mat portion having an empty space formed therein and disposed below the first mat portion; Wherein the embossed portion is formed on a lower surface of the first mat portion facing the first mat portion or on an upper surface of the second mat portion, the air being injected into the first mat portion or the second mat portion formed with the embossed portion, The size of the portion is characterized by increasing size.
As the size of the embossed portion increases, the distance between the lower surface of the first mat portion and the upper surface of the second mat portion facing each other gradually increases, and the contact area between the lower surface of the first mat portion and the upper surface of the second mat portion becomes smaller .
The embossed portion is formed on the lower surface of the first mat portion and the upper surface of the second mat portion, respectively.
The embossing portion is larger in size than the one located at the center of the first mat portion and the second mat portion is located at the outside.
The first mat portion and the second mat portion are made of TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane).
A communicating portion for communicating the inside of the first mat portion and the inside of the second mat portion; And an air pump for injecting air into the first mat unit or the second mat unit.
And a discharge timer for discharging the air injected into the first and second mat portions to the outside.
And a roller mounted on at least one of an upper surface of the first mat portion and a lower surface of the second mat portion, the roller being rotatably mounted laterally.
According to the air mattress for an intensive care unit of the present invention as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
When X-ray examination of an intensive care unit lying on a mattress is performed, the interval between the first mat portion and the second mat portion stacked in the vertical direction is increased by the embossing portion enlarged by the air injection, It is possible to easily insert a test plate for receiving an X-ray.
Thus, it is possible to prevent a critical condition from being heard by a medical person and to prevent a dangerous situation, and in the case of a medical person, it is not necessary to perform an act of lifting a patient, so that it can be physically difficult.
Further, since the inspection plate is inserted between the first mat portion and the second mat portion, the inspection plate does not directly contact the patient, and the occurrence of infection can be minimized.
