Air Mattress for Intensive Care Unit {AIR MATTRESS FOR SERIOUS PATIENT}

The present invention relates to an air mattress for an intensive care occupant, and more particularly, to an air mattress for an intensive care occupant capable of easily inserting a test plate for X-ray inspection into a mattress even when a patient is lying on the mattress.

Currently, all large hospitals are equipped with intensive ICUs that require specialized treatment.

The number of X-ray examinations, which is the basic test of the patient, is increasing, and if the patient is worried, the same patient must be inspected every few hours, which increases the number of examinations.

Particularly, when the patient enters the intensive care unit, daily X-ray apparatus is used to check the progress of the disease continuously.

In this case, a doctor inserts a test plate such as an IP (Image Plate) or a digital detector under the patient's back and inserts X -Ray shooting and obtain the image.

At this time, lifting a patient can be very dangerous to an intensive caregiver, and a physician is physically difficult to be exposed to an occupational disease such as a disk due to lifting a patient.

In addition, since the test plate is placed in direct contact with the patient's back, it can be a path of infection when repeatedly used in a large number of patients.

Korean Patent No. 10-1495639

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a method for inspecting an X-ray of an intensive care unit lying on a mattress by inserting a test plate for X- And an air mattress for an intensive care unit.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an air mattress for an intensive care unit comprising: a first mat portion having a hollow space formed therein; A second mat portion having an empty space formed therein and disposed below the first mat portion; Wherein the embossed portion is formed on a lower surface of the first mat portion facing the first mat portion or on an upper surface of the second mat portion, the air being injected into the first mat portion or the second mat portion formed with the embossed portion, The size of the portion is characterized by increasing size.

As the size of the embossed portion increases, the distance between the lower surface of the first mat portion and the upper surface of the second mat portion facing each other gradually increases, and the contact area between the lower surface of the first mat portion and the upper surface of the second mat portion becomes smaller .

The embossed portion is formed on the lower surface of the first mat portion and the upper surface of the second mat portion, respectively.

The embossing portion is larger in size than the one located at the center of the first mat portion and the second mat portion is located at the outside.

The first mat portion and the second mat portion are made of TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane).

A communicating portion for communicating the inside of the first mat portion and the inside of the second mat portion; And an air pump for injecting air into the first mat unit or the second mat unit.

And a discharge timer for discharging the air injected into the first and second mat portions to the outside.

And a roller mounted on at least one of an upper surface of the first mat portion and a lower surface of the second mat portion, the roller being rotatably mounted laterally.

According to the air mattress for an intensive care unit of the present invention as described above, the following effects can be obtained.

When X-ray examination of an intensive care unit lying on a mattress is performed, the interval between the first mat portion and the second mat portion stacked in the vertical direction is increased by the embossing portion enlarged by the air injection, It is possible to easily insert a test plate for receiving an X-ray.

Thus, it is possible to prevent a critical condition from being heard by a medical person and to prevent a dangerous situation, and in the case of a medical person, it is not necessary to perform an act of lifting a patient, so that it can be physically difficult.

Further, since the inspection plate is inserted between the first mat portion and the second mat portion, the inspection plate does not directly contact the patient, and the occurrence of infection can be minimized.

FIG. 4 is a front sectional view showing a process of inserting a test plate into an air mattress for an intensive care unit according to a third embodiment of the present invention; FIG.

First Embodiment

FIG. 1 is a side sectional view of an air mattress for an intensive care unit according to a first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a view illustrating a process of inserting a test plate into an air mattress for an intensive care unit according to a first embodiment of the present invention Fig.

1 and 2, the air mattress for an intensive care unit of the present invention includes a first mat portion 10, a second mat portion 20, a communication portion 30, an air pump 40, , And an embossing unit (50).

The first mat (10) has an empty space into which air flows.

The second mat unit 20 has an empty space into which air is introduced, and is disposed below the first mat unit 10.

The communicating portion 30 allows the inside of the first mat portion 10 and the inside of the second mat portion 20 to communicate with each other.

In the present embodiment, the connecting portion 30 connects both ends of the first mat portion 10 to both ends of the second mat portion 20, respectively.

Accordingly, the first mat portion 10, the second mat portion 20, and the communicating portion 30 are integrally connected, and the inside thereof is communicated with each other.

The inside of the first mat unit 10 and the inside of the second mat unit 20 may be stacked vertically without the communication unit 30 interposed therebetween.

The first mat portion 10 and the second mat portion 20 are made of TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane).

As described above, since the first mat portion 10 and the second mat portion 20 are made of the TPU material, the effect of high elasticity, non-toxicity, and odorlessness can be obtained, and thus it is very suitable as a mattress for intensive care.

The air pump 40 injects air into the first mat portion 10 or the second mat portion 20.

Since the first mat portion 10 and the second mat portion 20 are communicated with each other by the communication portion 30 when the air is injected by the air pump 40, Both the first mat portion 10 and the second mat portion 20 can be inflated.

The embossing portion 50 is formed on the lower surface of the first mat portion 10 or the upper surface of the second mat portion 20 facing each other.

The embossing portion 50 may be formed on only one of the lower surface of the first mat portion 10 and the upper surface of the second mat portion 20, 2 mat portion 20, as shown in Fig.

The embossed portion 50 formed on the lower surface of the first mat portion 10 and the embossed portion 50 formed on the upper surface of the second mat portion 20 are formed so as to be aligned in mutually up and down directions It is preferable to face them.

The embossed portion 50 is formed by integrally forming the lower surface of the first mat portion 10 and the upper surface of the second mat portion 20.

Therefore, the size of the embossed portion 50 is gradually increased by the air injected into the first mat portion 10 and / or the second mat portion 20.

As the size of the embossing portion 50 increases, the distance between the lower surface of the first mat portion 10 and the upper surface of the second mat portion 20 facing each other gradually increases, The contact area between the lower surface of the second mat portion 20 and the upper surface of the second mat portion 20 becomes smaller.

Thus, even in a state where the patient is lying on the mattress, it is irradiated for x-ray examination through the space between the lower surface of the first mat portion 10 and the upper surface of the second mat portion 20, For example, an image plate (IP) or a digital detector can be easily inserted into the inspection plate 80 for receiving X-rays.

In addition, the present invention may further include a discharge timer 60 for discharging the air injected into the first mat unit 10 and the second mat unit 20 to the outside.

The discharge timer 60 can automatically return the height of the mattress to the original position after inspection.

Also, by periodically operating the air pump (40) and the discharge timer (60), the height of the mattress can be regulated periodically to assist in blood circulation disorder such as a pressure ulcer.

Hereinafter, an operation process of the present invention having the above-described configuration will be described.

2 (a), the embossing portion 50 is in a state in which the embossing portion 50 is not inflated.

Air is injected into the first mat portion 10 and the second mat portion 20 by using the air pump 40. In this case,

As the air is injected into the first mat portion 10 and the second mat portion 20, the size of the embossed portion 50 gradually increases.

2 (b), the contact area between the lower surface of the first mat portion 10 and the upper surface of the second mat portion 20 is set to be larger than the contact surface area of the upper surface of the second mat portion 20, And the mutually spaced distance becomes larger.

2 (c), the medical practitioner inserts the inspection plate 80 (image plate, digital detector, etc.) between the first mat unit 10 and the second mat unit 20.

Since the contact areas of the first mat portion 10 and the second mat portion 20 are reduced by the embossing portion 50 and a cap is formed therebetween, the first mat portion 10, The test plate 80 can be easily inserted even if the patient is lying on the upper side of the test plate 80.

Therefore, the X-ray examination and the like can be easily performed while the intensive care unit is lying on the mattress.

Second Embodiment

3 is a front sectional view illustrating a process of inserting a test plate into an air mattress for an intensive care unit according to a second embodiment of the present invention.

The second embodiment differs from the first embod- iment 50 in the embossing portion 50 and will be mainly described below.

The embossed portion 50 of the second embodiment is formed so that the size of the embossed portion 50 located at the center of the first mat portion 10 and the second mat portion 20 is larger than that of the embossed portion 50 located outside.

In general, the portion of the patient lying down, i.e., the center of the mattress, sinks further downward than the outside as shown in Figure 3 (a) due to the weight of the patient.

When the air is injected in this state, the embossed portion 50 becomes large as shown in FIG. 3 (b).

In this embodiment, since the size of the embossed portion 50 formed at the center of the mattress is larger than the size of the embossed portion 50 formed at the outer side, the first mat portion 10, And the second mat portion 20 can be effectively reduced.

Accordingly, when the patient is lying on the mattress, the contact area between the first mat portion 10 and the center portion as well as the outside of the first mat portion 10 and the second mat portion 20 is effectively reduced, The spacing between the two mat portions 20 can be increased, and the test plate 80 can be more easily inserted therebetween.

Other details are the same as those of the first embodiment, and a detailed description thereof will be omitted.

Third Embodiment

4 is a front cross-sectional view illustrating a process of inserting a test plate into an air mattress for an intensive care unit according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention.
