Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a spout assembly for a pouch, and more particularly, to a spout assembly for a pouch in which fluid is effectively prevented from flowing out from a joint portion of the spout and the pouch container.
In general, a pouch is formed by pressing a vinyl paper of one or more papers and a spout is attached to one side of the pouch container to discharge the contents. A spout attached to the pouch container is coupled to a pouch capable of being opened.
The spout is inserted into the opening portion of the pouch container and then fixed to the pouch by being heated and pressed. Since the conventional spout is provided in a cylindrical shape, it is easily rotated by an external force inside the pouch container.
As described above, when the spout is rotated inside the pouch container due to an external force, the heat-pressed portion is damaged and worn over time, so that the fluid contained in the pouch container can be prevented from entering the joint portion between the spout and the pouch There is a problem that it is leaked to the outside.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a spout assembly for a pouch in which a fluid is effectively prevented from flowing out from a joint portion between a spout and a pouch container.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a pouch comprising: a body portion forming an inlet through which a fluid flows, forming an internal space through which fluid flowing through the inlet flows, the body portion being inserted into the interior of the pouch container; An adhesive portion integrally extended from the body portion and adhered to the pouch container; An exposed portion extending from the adhering portion and disposed outside the pouch container; A cap coupled to an upper end of the exposed portion; And a rotation stopper integrally extending from the body to prevent rotation of the body by an external force by being in contact with the pouch container, wherein the stopper includes a threaded portion formed in the spout of the pouch container, A first body portion formed integrally with an edge of the body portion so as to support a force applied to the body portion and extending along the edge of the body portion to a thickness corresponding to the thickness of the edge of the body portion; And a pair of first and second rim parts extending from the side edges of the first rim part and spaced from the rim of the main body part and having a length shorter than the first rim part and arranged to face each other with respect to the center of the main part Which is engaged with a protrusion formed on the spout A second rim portion extending from the second rim portion and being connected to the first rim portion and being engaged with the protruding portion to be separated from the first rim portion when the toothed portion is pressed, A second edge portion that is formed to have a width smaller than a width of the second edge portion, wherein the first edge portion has an inclined surface, Is formed so as to be smaller than an area of a side connected to the first rim portion, wherein the toothed portion is formed to extend from the base portion and connected to an edge of the main body portion, And a connection portion formed to have a width smaller than a width of a side connected to the base portion .
In addition, the body may have a plurality of auxiliary inflow ports for communicating the inside of the pouch container with the inside space.
In addition, the bonding portion may form a contact member on the outer surface so as to improve the adhesive force with the pouch container.

In addition, the second rim portion may form a hinge groove on an end side of the first rim portion.
In addition, the main body may have a groove formed on its upper surface.

According to the present invention, the body is prevented from rotating inside the pouch container by the rotation preventing portion. This prevents damages and wear of the spout and the coupling portion of the pouch container, thereby effectively preventing the fluid from flowing out from the coupling portion of the spout and the pouch container.
Further, even when the upper surface of the main body is pressed, separation of the rim from the main body is effectively prevented.
The hinge groove formed on the end side of the first rim portion can bend the first rim portion with the center of the hinge groove after the first rim portion is separated from the main body portion, It is possible to effectively prevent one frame portion from interfering with the main body portion.
In addition, a seating space can be formed along the edge of the upper surface of the main body part by the groove formed on the upper surface of the main body part, and the seating space can be easily laminated with the seating space.
In addition, when a force is applied to the upper surface of the main body due to the recess and the seating space formed on the upper surface of the main body, the force applied to the seating space can minimize the moment force applied to the detached portion. This effectively prevents the teeth from separating from the main body portion.
In addition, when the body portion is rotated by the detachment portion formed narrowly along the direction from the second rim portion toward the first rim portion so that the teeth come into contact with the protruding portion and a force in the rotational direction is applied to the rim portion, As shown in Fig.
