FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a helmet fitting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of main parts of an exploded view of FIG.

Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, which illustrate the present invention in detail, the helmet fitting apparatus of the present invention is installed in a helmet, The band 200, the band guide 300, the rotary gear 400, the dial lever 500, the spring 600, and the tension spring 700, To provide a technique that can be unrolled.

The configuration of the present invention will be described below in order.

The case 100 is located at the back of the head and is formed with an internal space to accommodate the band guide 300, the rotary gear 400, the dial lever 500, the spring 600 and the tension spring 700, So that the end side of the main body 200 is drawn in.

The case includes a rear cover 120 which is in close contact with the occiput portion and a front cover 140 which is connected to the rear cover 120 by a pin.

The front cover 140 is partly cut up and down so that the dial lever can be exposed.

The rear cover 120 includes a central portion formed with a groove 122 into which the band guide is inserted and a pair of bands extending from both sides of the central portion to be in close contact with the back portion, And a rail-shaped wing portion 124 formed with a wedge 123.

The bands 200 are provided as a pair, and are connected to the helmet and the case 100 to adjust or adjust the length so that the rear portion can be tightened or loosened.

Here, one pair of the bands 200 is fixed to both sides of the helmet, the other one is inserted into the case, and the other pair of side gears 220 is formed on the other side.

The band guide 300 guides movement of the band 200 drawn into the case.

The band guide 300 is installed inside the case 100. The band guide 300 includes an annular body 320 having a through hole 322 formed at the center thereof to receive a propeller of the rotary gear, And a passageway 340 passing through the band from the upper side to the lower side is formed.

The rotary gear 400 is rotatably installed in the case 100 and is configured to move the band 200 to the left and right by rotation to be tightened or loosened.

The rotary gear 400 includes a tubular member 420 on which a blade 422 is annularly inserted into the band guide 300 and a toothed gear 442 coupled to the outer circumferential surface of the tubular member 420, And a flat plate member 440 having a flat plate member 440 formed thereon.

Where the blade 422 is formed along the outer periphery at the end of the tubular member to engage with a gear gear 220 formed in the band 200.

Then, the toothed gear 442 is protruded and engaged with the dial lever 500.

The dial lever 500 is engaged with the toothed gear 442 of the rotary gear 400 and the gear 520 is formed so that the rotational force is interlocked only in one direction, To provide tightening force.

The spring 600 is provided between the front cover 140 and the dial lever 500 to provide a pressing force to press the dial lever 500 toward the rotary gear 400 to be engaged with the gear.

Of course, when the spring 600 is pressed by the external pressing force, the dial lever 500 is separated from the rotary gear 400 to release the gear engagement.

Here, the external pressing force can be easily pressed since the dial lever 500 is partly exposed to the outside of the case 100.

The tension spring 700 provides a rotational restoring force to the rotary gear 400 so that the band 200 can be loosened.

The tension spring 700 is installed in the rotary gear 400. More specifically, one end of the tension spring 700 is fixed to the tubular member of the rotary gear, and the other end of the tension spring 700 is fixed to the band guide. Since the band guide is fixed to the inside of the case, the band gear is pressed when the rotation gear is rotated.

At this time, when the dial lever 500 is separated from the rotary gear 400 by an external pressing force, the gear engagement is released, and rotation restoring force is applied to the rotary gear to provide a releasing force to the band.

The configuration of the helmet fitting apparatus according to the present invention has been described above, and a simple operation procedure will be described below with reference to the above configuration.

Fig. 4 is a view showing the left side of Fig. 2. Fig.

First, when the helmet is worn, the user turns the dial lever 500 to rotate the rotary gear, so that the band 200 is pulled into the case by the gear gear 220 engaged with the rotary gear, .

5 is a diagram illustrating an example of a release operation.

When the helmet is detached, when the dial lever 500 is pushed toward the front cover 140, the binding force of the rotary gear is released, so that the band 200 is reversely rotated by the tension spring 700, .

Therefore, there is an advantage that the helmet can be easily removed by pushing the dial lever at one-touch.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit or scope of the general inventive concept as defined by the appended claims. Of course, it is possible to modify it.
