Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sludge suction device of a detachable attachment type. More particularly, it is mounted in a detachable manner to a dredging equipment such as a directional dredging device, and can be operated in multiple directions in the sludge to facilitate the introduction of solid and liquid dredging sludge and crude sludge, And more particularly, to a detachable sludge suction device capable of effectively removing crude oil residue by lowering the viscosity of crude sludge fixed by a mixed solvent spraying device provided on a rotating shaft when removing fixed crude sludge.
In general, sludge such as sediments accumulated in sewage and streams or crude oil residue accumulated in a crude oil storage tank acts as a cause of degradation of environmental pollution and industrial facilities.
Sludge has various types of sludge which exist in solid or gel state liquid phase including industrial sludge generated in industrial field, sewage sludge generated in wastewater treatment process, crude oil sludge generated in crude oil storage tank, and the like.
Conventional sludge removal equipment is a device for raking sludge in a settling tank and discharging sludge to the outside. It is equipped with a vacuum suction and discharge device for vehicles such as sludge, and it is connected with a connection pipe such as a hose, And the sludge is sucked and removed through a contact portion which directly contacts the sludge at the end and sucks the sludge.
However, these devices are complicated in structure, and the output of the suction pump must be increased in order to increase the suction force of the sludge in a vacuum environment, and there is a problem that the suction port is often clogged when the solid sludge such as gravel is sucked, There is a problem that the sludge suction efficiency drops because the pipe can not move freely.
On the other hand, the residues accumulated in the bottom of the crude oil storage tank are accumulated in the tank without being easily discharged to the outside of the tank due to the high viscosity of the crude oil residues when they are stored for a long time, thereby continuously reducing the amount of crude oil, do.
Therefore, when the amount of the sludge in the tank reaches a certain level, when the operator directly goes into the tank and manually pums up or discharges accumulated sludge using a tool such as a shovel, poisoning due to toxic gas existing in the tank There is a concern that there is an accident, and when the robot is used, there is a problem that the working speed is slowed and the sludge is removed much time.
Therefore, there is a need for a sludge inflow device capable of simultaneously introducing sludge in various states including a solid phase and a liquid phase, and shortening a working time for removing sludge.

Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem [8] Accordingly, the present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a dredging device, such as a directional dredging device, A sludge suction device capable of effectively removing crude oil residue by lowering the viscosity of the crude sludge fixed by the mixed solvent spraying device provided in the rotary shaft when the crude sludge immobilized in the crude oil storage tank is removed, And the like.
In order to accomplish the above object, a detachable sludge suction device according to the present invention is a sludge suction device comprising: a protector having a plurality of frames joined to one side in a triangular conical shape; A front cover having a plurality of cut-out portions formed on one side of each of the frames forming the protector and joined along the periphery of the circumferential surface to allow sludge having passed through the protector to flow therethrough, A housing having a hollow cylindrical shape and having a front end connected to a front cover, and an inflow sludge conveyed inward; A rear cover connected to a rear end of the housing and having a shaft hole formed at a central portion thereof; A screw inserted into the housing and adapted to transfer the sludge introduced into the housing backward by rotation of the rotating shaft; A sludge discharge unit protruding from an upper surface of a rear portion of the housing to discharge sludge transferred by a screw; And a skid plate provided below the front portion of the housing to prevent rotation of the housing due to the rotation of the screw and to improve the performance of the housing.
The nozzle may further include a nozzle unit provided at a front end of the rotary shaft for spraying a mixed solvent for mixing the crude sludge with the crude sludge mixed with the crude sludge, flowing through the through hole and forming a through hole along the longitudinal direction at the center of the rotary shaft of the screw can do.
In addition, the injection port may be formed at a position eccentric to the center of the nozzle portion in order to spray the mixed solvent to be sprayed in the nozzle portion.
According to the present invention, it is possible to minimize various limitations of the sludge including solid or liquid phase, and to introduce various kinds of sludge into the sludge.
Further, the maintenance and repair thereof is easy by a simple structure.
In particular, when the sludge is started in the sludge, the frictional resistance due to the sludge can be reduced, so that the operation in the sludge is free and the working efficiency for removing the sludge can be improved.
FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram of a sludge suction apparatus of a detachable attachment type according to the present invention,
FIG. 2 is a side view of a sludge suction apparatus of a detachable attachment type according to the present invention,
FIG. 3 is a front view of a sludge suction apparatus of a detachable attachment type according to the present invention,
4 is a rear view of the sludge suction device of the detachment type according to the present invention.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the drawings, the same reference numerals are used to designate the same or similar components throughout the drawings. In the following description of the present invention, a detailed description of known functions and configurations incorporated herein will be omitted when it may make the subject matter of the present invention rather unclear. In addition, the preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below, but it is needless to say that the technical idea of the present invention is not limited thereto and can be variously modified by those skilled in the art.

Meanwhile, when the sludge suction apparatus of the present invention is used to remove crude sludge deposited on the bottom of a crude oil storage tank in the form of residue, when the viscosity of the crude sludge is high and the sludge is in a fixed state, So that the crude sludge can not be sucked smoothly.
Therefore, the sludge suction device can move freely between the sludges, and it is necessary to use a mixed solvent such as light oil to lower the viscosity of the crude oil in order to easily suck the crude sludge.
