Abstract
The present invention relates to a panel and is seated along a recessed groove formed by a flange and a flange continuously extending along both side edges or both side edges of the main frame to continuously form recessed groove portions along the rim of the main frame And a subframe for reinforcing the main frame.
The present invention improves the assemblability of the frame constituting the panel to facilitate installation and disassembly, and improves the durability by reinforcing the frame to prevent deformation or breakage.
Description
The present invention relates to a panel, and more particularly, to a panel capable of improving the assemblability of the frame constituting the panel so as to facilitate installation and disassembly thereof and to improve durability by reinforcing the frame to prevent deformation or breakage .
Generally, a partition is used to divide each department or individual in an indoor space such as an office, and to divide and organize an indoor space so as to secure each independent space.
These partitions are widely used for efficient office interior and layout, and the partitions are assembled according to the division of the office and are assembled and installed in various forms such as a straight line shape or a cross shape.
Most of the partition for the compartment is fixedly coupled to a frame of a predetermined size such as an iron plate or a plywood with a fabric material attached thereto and a coupling structure is provided at both ends of the partition panel, .
Partitions are proposed in Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2015-0045279.
Existing partitions have a problem in that they are warped or weak in strength due to the appearance of one frame.
In addition, a frame forming an existing partition is assembled by assembling a beam and a corner bracket, and there is a problem that the bonding force between the beam and the corner bracket is weak and is arbitrarily separated.
Therefore, there is a need to improve this.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a panel that improves the ease of assembly and disassembly by improving the assemblability of a main frame constituting a panel.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a panel for improving the durability of the main frame by preventing the panel from being deformed or damaged by covering the reinforcing frame with the rim of the main frame.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a panel for improving the workability of the main frame and the sub frame by joining together the main frame and the sub frame through the corner bracket of the reinforcing frame.
A panel according to the present invention comprises: a main frame; A flange continuously extending along both side edges or both side edges of the main frame to continuously form depression grooves along the rim of the main frame; And a subframe that is seated along the recessed depression formed by the flange and reinforces the main frame.
Wherein the main frame includes: a main sidebar disposed in a non-contiguous manner along a trajectory of the main frame; And a main connection part for connecting ends of the main side bars adjacent to each other.
Wherein the main connection part comprises: a main supporter extending from one of the main side bars adjacent to the main side bar and contacting and supporting the other main side bar; And a main position setting unit for setting the other main sidebar assembly position in the main supporter.
Wherein the main position setting unit comprises: a main bending member extending from the other main side bar to the main supporter; And a main position fixing part formed on the main supporter to receive the main bending member and set an assembling position.
The sub-frame including: a subside bar seated in the recessed groove portion of each of the main side bars; A corner bracket connecting the neighboring subside bars; And a binding member for binding the corner bracket and the main supporter.
The sub-frame includes a departure prevention portion for preventing the sub sidebar from being detached from the main side bar.
The separation preventing portion may include: a latching protrusion formed on a side surface of the subside bar; An extension member extending from the corner bracket toward the subside bar; And a pressing member protruding from an inner surface of the extending member and pressing the latching portion toward the bottom of the main side bar.
The extension member may be received in a mounting hole formed in the flange.
As described above, the panel according to the present invention improves the ease of assembly and disassembly by improving the assemblability of the main frame constituting the panel, unlike the prior art.
In addition, the present invention can improve the durability of the main frame by preventing the panel from being deformed or damaged by covering the reinforcing frame with the rim of the main frame.
In addition, the present invention can improve the workability by joining the main frame and the sub frame together through the corner bracket of the reinforcing frame.
