According to the present invention, a knock type lock structure is able to fixate or release an adsorption plate with a one-touch method such that various stuff are able to conveniently be stationed or released. By coinciding a direction where the adsorption plate is compressed with a direction where the cap unit is pressed, there is no need to use the hands in order to fixate the adsorption devices, unlike in an existing adsorption device; thereby conveniently being used in the interior of the cars where motions are limited.
