Abstract
Description
In the present invention, water is supplied to the inside of an exhaust module for passing steam containing odors generated during drying of food garbage, so that the steam containing odor is condensed. Which is capable of condensing and circulating the vapor to be re-introduced into the drying drum for drying the food waste.
Since the environment is polluted when the food waste is discharged as it is, research and development of a food waste treatment device capable of treating environmentally friendly food waste is underway.
Methods of eco-friendly treatment of food waste can be categorized into a drying method in which food waste is cut and crushed and dried, and a fermentation method in which food waste is cut and crushed and stored for a certain period of time and fermented.
The drying method of drying and treating the food waste has the advantage of reducing the amount of food waste discharged because the moisture contained in the food waste is dried and removed. However, if the steam generated during the drying of the food waste leaks to the atmosphere, the drying method of drying and treating the food waste may pollute the environment due to the odor contained in the steam.
In order to solve the above problems, a conventional food garbage disposal apparatus must include a filter for removing odors contained in steam generated when food waste is dried, and the filter should be replaced at regular intervals. Therefore, there is a drawback that the cost increases.
Background Art [0002] Prior art relating to a food garbage disposal apparatus for drying and treating food garbage is disclosed in Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2009-0089834.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a food waste drying apparatus capable of solving all the problems of the conventional art.
Another object of the present invention is to reduce the cost by condensing and discharging the odor-containing vapors generated during the drying of the food garbage and circulating the steam containing the uncompensated odor to the drying drum for drying the food waste The present invention can provide a food garbage drying device that can be used for a food waste.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a food waste drying apparatus which can simplify the structure by supplying water to the inside of a discharge module through which steam containing odor discharged from a drying drum is discharged to condense the steam .
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a device for drying food waste, comprising: a drying drum for drying food waste; A drain module installed at one side of the drying drum and adapted to receive and pass the odor-containing steam generated when the food garbage is dried in the drying drum; A water supply module for supplying water into the discharge module to condense the odor-containing vapor passing through the inside of the discharge module; One end portion communicating with the drying drum and the other end communicating with the discharging module and guiding the odor-containing vapor of the discharging module that is not condensed to flow into the drying drum.
The food waste drying apparatus according to the present embodiment is configured such that steam containing odors generated when food waste is dried in a drying drum is discharged while passing through the inside of the discharge module and water is supplied into the discharge module, Condensate the passing odorous vapor. Thus, the water and the condensed water contained in the discharge module are discharged to the sewer side, and the vapor containing odor of the uncondensed discharge module is re-introduced into the drying drum, so that the vapor containing odor can be prevented from being discharged to the atmosphere. That is, there is no need for a separate filter device for purifying odor-containing vapors, so that the cost can be reduced.
Further, water is supplied to the inside of the discharge module to condense the steam containing odor, so that there is a simple effect as compared with a structure in which water is supplied to the outside of the discharge module to condense the steam containing odor.
And, since the steam containing odor re-flowing into the drying drum through the inlet pipe is relatively dry steam containing relatively little moisture, it can quickly absorb the moisture of the food waste put into the drying drum. Therefore, the drying efficiency may be improved.
