According to the present invention, a mole trap comprises: a support housing having an opened upper part, and a lower part having at least one opened side surface such that a portion of the lower part may be buried; a cap to close the upper part of the support housing; a capturing frame received inside the support housing and sliding up and down; a support plate fixedly installed inside the capturing frame to partition the inside of the capturing frame; a rotating shaft disposed such that upper and lower parts thereof penetrate the cap and the support plate, respectively; a rotating bar having one end fixedly installed to the lower part of the rotating shaft, and the other end extending towards the outside of the rotating shaft by a predetermined length; and a capturing frame compressing means including an elastic body inserted into the capturing frame such that upper and lower parts thereof are supported by the support plate and the cap, respectively, a locking piece provided in a predetermined length and having one end combined to the upper outside of the capturing frame to be rotated, and a support piece extending towards the outside of the cap such that the locking piece may penetrate and be supported to be rotatable. The present invention relates to a mole trap capable of capturing a mole.
