Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a mole trap capable of capturing a mole.
Mole, a mammal belonging to the mosquito family (Talpidae), lives on earthworms and larvae of insects while riding through the ground, digging oysters in fields and fields that are rich in food.
As such, the moles break down the roots of the crops that grow to the ground, such as ginseng, and devour them, causing enormous damage to the farmers' crops, and breaking down the gardens as the ground weakens Of the total number of victims.
In recent years, eco-friendly pesticides and organic farming have been encouraged and widespread as earthworms have increased rapidly, and the number of moles that feed them has also increased.
Recently, a lot of efforts have been made to capture the mole that damages the farmhouse, and Korean Registration Patent No. 10-1137592 (announcement date: April 19, 2012) There is a 'mole trap' that can detect the entry of a mole and capture it with a harpoon.
However, such a mousetrap has a risk of safety accident between handling due to harvest, and it is difficult to manufacture because it has a structurally complicated form, and accordingly, the manufacturing cost is increased, which is a costly burden to purchase at a farmhouse.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a mousetrap which can be safely used and can be easily manufactured by simplifying the structure.
The problems to be solved by the present invention are not limited to the above-mentioned problems, and another problem that is not mentioned can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the following description.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a mole trap,
A support housing in which an upper portion is opened and at least one side portion of the lower portion is open and a lower portion thereof can be embedded;
A cap for closing an upper portion of the support housing;
A catching frame accommodated in the support housing and capable of sliding up and down;
A support plate fixedly installed inside the catching frame to partition the inside of the catching frame;
A rotation axis in which upper and lower portions are arranged to penetrate the cap and the support plate, respectively;
A rotary bar fixed at one side to the lower portion of the rotary shaft and extended at the other side to the outside of the rotary shaft; And
An elastic body inserted into the catching frame and having an upper portion and a lower portion supported by the support plate and the cap, respectively, a catching piece having a predetermined length, one side of which is rotatably coupled to the outside of the upper portion of the catching frame, And a catching means compression means composed of a support piece which can be pierced and rotatably supported by the catching piece,
The upper portion of the rotation shaft is formed to be bent in the direction of the upper surface of the cap, and an end thereof is seated on the upper surface of the other side of the engagement piece.
In the support housing,
A guide hole is formed in the longitudinal direction,
On the upper part of the catching frame,
And a lever protruding outwardly of the guide hole and rotatably engaged with the engaging piece is installed.
On the upper side of the lever,
Cloth tools are formed,
In the engaging piece,
And a pair of symmetrical protrusions inserted into both sides of the cloth tool are provided in the cut-out hole.
In the supporting piece,
And a through hole through which the retaining piece can be inserted and rotated can be formed.
In the cap,
An insertion port is formed,
At the upper end of the support housing,
And a pair of stepped portions forming a pair of protrusions on both sides of the guide hole so that the insertion port of the cap passes through.
On both sides of the stepped portion,
And a pair of folding portions are formed, each of which is formed in the direction of the circumferential surface, and which can be folded inward at a predetermined angle.
On the opposite side of the stepped portion of the support housing,
And an insertion hole is formed in the direction of the circumferential surface.
In the cap,
And an extension piece that extends outwardly to face the support piece and can be inserted into the insertion hole is provided.
At an edge of the support housing adjacent to the extension,
And a through hole is formed.
At one edge of the support plate,
And a through hole located directly under the through hole is formed.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to replace a conventional harpoon with a catch frame to safely use it, and to simplify the structure, it is easy to manufacture, and the manufacturing cost can be lowered, There is an advantage.
