Abstract
The present invention relates to an antiseptic agent of low toxicity to a new composition which is environmentally friendly and which does not cause secondary contamination as well as excellent admiral effect of CBR, and which is a main component of 2-aminoethanol and dimethylsulfoxide, benzyl It is made up of alcohol.
Description
More particularly, the present invention relates to an antimicrobial detoxifying agent of low toxicity, which is environmentally friendly and has a novel composition which does not cause secondary contamination as well as excellent admiral effect in comparison with a cyanide chamber.
Rapid admiral work is needed to minimize the direct casualties caused by toxicity and the spread of contaminated areas.
For this purpose, the admiral technology has been mainly developed for military purpose, and nowadays, the admiral technique of spraying and washing liquid detergent is mostly used.
However, the conventional liquid detergent has a problem in that secondary pollution occurs in which water and soil are contaminated, and the environment is destroyed. Therefore, a new environmentally friendly admiral is required, which has an excellent admiral effect.
The present invention has been proposed in view of the above problems, and it has an effect of removing toxic components in the CBR and eliminating toxic components, and thus has excellent admiral effect, and is free from secondary pollution in which soil and water quality are contaminated, And to provide a new composition of low toxicity CBR.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a low toxicity antidote to cyanobacteria, which comprises 2-aminoethanol as the main component and dimethylsulfoxide and benzyl alcohol as auxiliary components.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the antiseptic agent includes 45 to 85% by weight of 2-aminoethanol, 5 to 35% by weight of dimethylsulfoxide, and 2 to 20% by weight of benzyl alcohol.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is further included potassium 2-aminoethanolate.
According to still another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a process for producing a polyhydroxyalkanoate comprising 45 to 85% by weight of 2-aminoethanol, 5 to 25% by weight of dimethylsulfoxide, 2 to 20% by weight of benzyl alcohol, 2 to 10% %.
The present invention having the above-described structure can remove toxic gas from the CBR by various mechanisms such as absorbing or oxidizing the toxic gas component of the CBR, changing it into a less toxic substance, cleaning the toxic gas, do.
Particularly, since the toxic gas is absorbed and removed and the saponification reaction is carried out to give a cleaning effect and a sterilizing disinfection function as a main component, the detergent composition of the present invention has excellent admiral effect, Seed and benzyl alcohol have an excellent antiseptic effect because of their elevated admiral effect.
Further, since the present invention is made of dimethylsulfoxide which is low in harmfulness among alcohols and organic solvents, when the present invention is sprayed and decontaminated, secondary pollution that soil and water quality are contaminated does not occur, which is environmentally friendly.
In addition, since the present invention is less irritating to the human body, it can be used for human body. Moreover, since benzyl alcohol is used as a diluent without diluting with water, it has an advantage that the equipment is not corroded even when it is sprayed on equipment.
Further, when potassium 2-aminoethanolate is further added, potassium 2-aminoethanolate not only improves bactericidal activity but also has biodegradability. Therefore, since biodegradability is imparted to the present invention, the environment-friendly characteristics of the present invention are further improved.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail.
The present invention is a liquid detergent comprising 2-aminoethanol as the main component and dimethyl sulfoxide and benzyl alcohol as auxiliary components.
2-aminoethanol (2-aminoethanol, C 2 H 7 NO) is a viscous, colorless liquid with high hygroscopicity and absorbs acidic gases such as carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide. And reacts with fatty acids to saponify to produce neutral soap.
By using such 2-aminoethanol as a main component, the present invention has an effect of effectively removing acidic gases such as carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide which are commonly used in biochemical gases of CBR. In addition, since a neutral soap is produced by reacting with a fatty acid, a cleaning effect of the biochemical gas can be obtained by the interfacial activation action of the soap produced at this time.
In addition, since 2-aminoethanol has a disinfecting function, disinfection effect of biochemical gas can be obtained by 2-aminoethanol.
As such, 2-aminoethanol has various functions such as a function of removing an acid gas such as carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide, a cleaning effect by saponification, a disinfection function, and the like, and thus, 2-amino ethanol is used as a main component in the present invention.
The above dimethyl sulfoxide is a colorless and odorless hygroscopic liquid, an excellent solvent for various resins, and also dissolves sulfur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide. In addition, it is an oxidizing agent for various weak oxidation reactions, and also acts to destroy bacterial cells by converting cell characteristics of bacteria.
In the present invention, this dimethylsulfoxide is used as an auxiliary component. The dimethylsulfoxide removes sulfur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide contained in the biochemical gas of the CBR, and the sterilizing effect can also be obtained. It also acts as an oxidizing agent, thus oxidizing the toxic components of the biochemical gas to less toxic compounds.
In addition, benzyl alcohol is an aromatic alcohol and is not harmful enough to be used as a preservative in cosmetics. These benzyl alcohols function as a diluent, have anticorrosive properties, and have local anesthetic properties.
When benzyl alcohol has local anesthetic properties and thus pain is caused by a biochemical gas, when the present invention is used as an antidote, pain is reduced by the anesthetic property of benzyl alcohol.
The present invention having the above composition effectively removes gas components such as carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, and nitrogen dioxide, which are commonly used in biochemical gases of the CBR by 2-aminoethanol and dimethylsulfoxide, which are the main components. In addition, the cleaning effect of biochemical gas can be obtained by the saponification action of 2-aminoethanol, and the oxidizing action of dimethylsulfoxide oxidizes the toxic components of the antidote to the less toxic compound.
In addition, it has a pain relieving function by a biochemical gas due to the anesthetic property of benzyl alcohol, and has a disinfecting effect by the above-mentioned components.
That is, since the present invention has an antiseptic effect by various mechanisms by 2-aminoethanol, dimethylsulfoxide and benzyl alcohol, it has an excellent admiral effect as compared with conventional antidotes, and in particular, The use of dimethylsulfoxide is less environmentally friendly because it does not cause soil and water pollution according to the present invention when the present invention is applied with an antidote.
In addition, since it is less irritating to the human body, it can be used in the human body. Of course, since benzyl alcohol is used as a diluent without diluting with water, it has an advantage that the equipment is not corroded even when it is sprayed on the equipment.
Preferably 45 to 85% by weight of 2-aminoethanol, 5 to 35% by weight of dimethylsulfoxide and 2 to 20% by weight of benzyl alcohol in consideration of the detoxifying effect, the cleaning effect, the disinfecting effect and the concentration of the present invention.
On the other hand, if necessary, potassium 2-aminoethanolate (C 2 H 6 KNO) may be further added. Potassium 2-aminoethanolate is biodegradable and has bactericidal properties. Therefore, the addition of such potassium 2-aminoethanolate improves the bactericidal property of the present invention and further imparts biodegradability to the present invention, thereby further enhancing the environment-friendly characteristics of the present invention.
When such potassium 2-aminoethanolate is added, it is preferable that 45 to 85% by weight of 2-aminoethanol, 5 to 25% by weight of dimethyl sulfoxide, 2 to 10% by weight of benzyl alcohol, 2 to 10% .
