상기 띠부(10)의 적어도 어느 일측에 걸이식 고정수단(20)을 포함하여 이루어진 것에 있어서,
상기 띠부(10)는 1inch당 47×28개이고, 1㎡당 250g이며, 폭(Width) 57inch, 두께(Thickness) 0.42mm인 나일론 100%의 섬유로 이루어지되,
발수기능을 부여하기 위해, 상기 섬유를 증류수 80~85wt%와, 수성실리콘의 발수제 6~10wt%와, 카본블랙 또는 실리카의 인열보강제 3~7wt%와, 염화마그네슘(MgCl2) 0.5~3wt%와, 가교제 0.1~0.7wt%를 혼합한 후, 25~35분간 균질기(homogenizer)로 교반하여 조성된 발수기능제에 넣어 2~4분간 침지시킨 후, 섬유에 함침되어 있는 발수기능제를 2~5kfg/㎠의 압력으로 롤러를 이용하여 가압하여 직물 표면에 발수기능제의 맺힘이 없도록 섬유로부터 발수기능제를 제거한 후 건조기를 이용하여 함침 원단을 160~180℃에서 50~100초간 건조하며,
발수기능제를 함침시킨 섬유는 섬유의 내식성, 내열성 및 내마모 특성을 부여하기 위하여, 수분산 폴리우레탄에 무기물인 Montmorillonite(MMT) 1~5wt%와 은나노 0.1~2wt%를 첨가한 후, 균질기(homogenizer)를 통해 1~3시간 교반하여 조성된 코팅액으로 코팅처리한 후, 140~160℃에서 80~110초 동안 건조처리하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 옷걸이용 띠줄.
