Description
The present invention relates to an impression material dispenser.
Impression taking is one of the many treatments and treatment methods in dentistry. Impression preparation is the process of obtaining a tooth model using gypsum for the treatment of teeth. That is, in order to produce a negative shape for forming a duplicate of the oral tissue in the case of tooth defect, the impression material is injected into a tray fixed to the tooth, and after a certain time, the shape of the tooth . The artificial tooth or a portion of the tooth is made based on the tone obtained from the impression material.
The material used for this impression is called a dental impression material. The impression material is a mixture of a liquid silicone base and a curing agent. Since the silicon base and the curing agent are mixed and cured at a high speed, the silicon base and the curing agent are separated and accommodated in separate cylinders. The silicon base and the curing material are extruded from their respective cylinders, mixed while passing through the mixing tip, and then applied to the target point.
The dispenser for discharging and mixing the fluid stored in the cylinder has a pair of cylinders and a mixing tip detachably mounted on the cylinder. The mixing tip serves to mix and pass the silicon base and the set material discharged from the cylinder.
There are various kinds of dispensers described above. For example, Korean Patent No. 10-1954836 discloses a mixing tip coupling structure of an impression material cartridge. The mixing tip coupling structure narrows the gap between the connection tube and the injection tube to prevent the impression material from leaking when the impression material is extruded In addition, it has a structure that facilitates the coupling of the mixing tip to the cartridge.
The mixing tip structure is formed by forming engagement ends having engagement grooves on both sides of the injection tube, and at the lower end of the mixing tip, a wing portion fitted in the engagement groove, a rotation engaging jaw limiting the rotation angle, A connector and the like.
However, although the conventional dispenser has a structure in which the interval between the connecting pipe and the injection pipe is narrowed, there is a limit in completely preventing leakage of the impression material during use. This problem becomes worse as the pressure applied to the impression material is higher and the viscosity of the hardener or silicone is lower.
In addition, since the wing portion is supported only in the rotation coupling groove, there is a problem that when the gap between the rotation coupling groove and the wing portion is generated, the mixing tip may be shaken and accurate dispensing may be difficult.
The present invention has been made in order to overcome the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a cartridge which is very strong in coupling of a mixing tip to a cartridge and does not cause any swinging of a joint part even if used for a long time, The present invention provides an impression material dispenser capable of enhancing an impression material dispenser.
