Description

Impression materials dispenser

The present invention relates to an impression material dispenser.

Impression taking is one of the many treatments and treatment methods in dentistry. Impression preparation is the process of obtaining a tooth model using gypsum for the treatment of teeth. That is, in order to produce a negative shape for forming a duplicate of the oral tissue in the case of tooth defect, the impression material is injected into a tray fixed to the tooth, and after a certain time, the shape of the tooth . The artificial tooth or a portion of the tooth is made based on the tone obtained from the impression material.

The material used for this impression is called a dental impression material. The impression material is a mixture of a liquid silicone base and a curing agent. Since the silicon base and the curing agent are mixed and cured at a high speed, the silicon base and the curing agent are separated and accommodated in separate cylinders. The silicon base and the curing material are extruded from their respective cylinders, mixed while passing through the mixing tip, and then applied to the target point.

The dispenser for discharging and mixing the fluid stored in the cylinder has a pair of cylinders and a mixing tip detachably mounted on the cylinder. The mixing tip serves to mix and pass the silicon base and the set material discharged from the cylinder.

There are various kinds of dispensers described above. For example, Korean Patent No. 10-1954836 discloses a mixing tip coupling structure of an impression material cartridge. The mixing tip coupling structure narrows the gap between the connection tube and the injection tube to prevent the impression material from leaking when the impression material is extruded In addition, it has a structure that facilitates the coupling of the mixing tip to the cartridge.

The mixing tip structure is formed by forming engagement ends having engagement grooves on both sides of the injection tube, and at the lower end of the mixing tip, a wing portion fitted in the engagement groove, a rotation engaging jaw limiting the rotation angle, A connector and the like.

However, although the conventional dispenser has a structure in which the interval between the connecting pipe and the injection pipe is narrowed, there is a limit in completely preventing leakage of the impression material during use. This problem becomes worse as the pressure applied to the impression material is higher and the viscosity of the hardener or silicone is lower.

In addition, since the wing portion is supported only in the rotation coupling groove, there is a problem that when the gap between the rotation coupling groove and the wing portion is generated, the mixing tip may be shaken and accurate dispensing may be difficult.

The present invention has been made in order to overcome the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a cartridge which is very strong in coupling of a mixing tip to a cartridge and does not cause any swinging of a joint part even if used for a long time, The present invention provides an impression material dispenser capable of enhancing an impression material dispenser.

In order to achieve the above object, the impression material dispenser of the present invention comprises first and second cylinders for receiving fluids to be extruded in parallel with each other; A first and a second extrusion tubes respectively formed in the first cylinder and the second cylinder, the first and second extrusion tubes passing the fluid through the first and second cylinders; A member enclosing the extruded tube so as to include the extruded tube in an inner region thereof and having a curvature of an arc having a constant diameter and being spaced apart from each other, A plurality of holding pieces formed with a plurality of fixed toothed portions extending in a direction; A mixing tube connected to the first and second extrusion tubes for receiving and passing the fluid extruded through the extrusion tubes; A mixing screw provided inside the mixing tube and mixing the fluid; The mixing tube is fixed to the holding piece while partially accommodating the mixing tube so as to maintain the coupling of the mixing tube with respect to the first and second extrusion tubes. The mixing tube is slidably inserted into the fixed tooth portion of the respective holding piece And a fastening adapter having a plurality of tooth plate portions tightly coupled to the teeth.

The mixing tube may further include: The first and second extruded tubes are connected to each other by a cylindrical connection part which is connected to the first and second extruded tubes. In the first and second extruded tubes, And a sealing silicone is further formed between the inner circumferential surface of the 1,2 extruded tube and the outer circumferential surface of the connecting portion so as to be hermetically sealed while being pushed by the connecting portion at the time of entering.

In addition, the holding piece may include: And a plurality of the holding pieces are arranged on an imaginary circular arc having a predetermined diameter, and the respective holding pieces are spaced apart from each other by a distance from each other

Also, the fastening adapter may include: And has a body portion which takes the form of a cylinder and is inserted into an inner region of the holding piece, the tooth plate portion comprising: The body part is integrally formed on the outer circumferential surface of the body part and is engaged with the fixed tooth part as it rotates clockwise or counterclockwise while being inserted into the inside area of the holding part.

The fixed sawtooth portion is in the form of a triangular screw thread having a predetermined pitch. The toothed plate is slidably supported by the fixed toothed portion so as to be frictionally engaged with the fixed toothed portion, Characterized in that it takes the form of a thread.

According to the impression material dispenser of the present invention as described above, the mixing tip of the cartridge is very tightly coupled with the cartridge, and even when the cartridge is used for a long time, there is no fear of the impression of the impression material, .

Hereinafter, one embodiment according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of an impression material dispenser 11 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a plan view of a cartridge in the impression material dispenser shown in FIG. 1.

As shown, the impression material dispenser 11 according to the present embodiment comprises a cartridge 13 and a mixing tip 25 that are detachably coupled.

The cartridge 13 is a part which accommodates a silicon base and a hardening material and is mounted on a separate dispensing device (not shown). The dispensing device is operated by an operator to extrude an impression material accommodated in the cartridge 13.

The mixing tip 25 includes a tubular mixing tube 25a and a mixing screw 25c (see FIG. 5) through which the silicon base and the set material extruded from the cartridge 13 are passed and mixed.

Particularly, the impression material dispenser 11 of this embodiment has a strong coupling of the mixing tip 25 with respect to the cartridge 13, so that the mixing tip 25 does not shake or fall out, and there is no fear of leakage of the silicon base or the hardened material.

This is because the fastening adapter 31 and the holder 21, which will be described later, are joined by a plurality of toothed portions to provide a large physical contact area and thus a very large frictional force, and the sealed silicon is applied to the extruded portion. This will be described later.

First, the cartridge 13 includes a first cylinder 15a and a second cylinder 15b which are arranged side by side and integrally formed with each other, and an extrusion (not shown) integrally formed at the upper end of the first and second cylinders 15a and 15b (19) and a holder (21) surrounding the extrusion (19).

The cartridge 13 in this embodiment is made of a synthetic resin injection molding, and the whole body is a single body.

The first and second cylinders 15a and 15b are space portions for respectively receiving the silicon base and the hardening material therein. The volumes of the first and second cylinders 15a and 15b may be relatively different as required.

The extruding section 19 comprises a first extruding tube 19a communicating with the first cylinder 15a and a second extruding tube 19e communicating with the second cylinder 15b. The first and second extrusion tubes 19a and 19e communicate with the inner spaces of the first and second cylinders 15a and 15b and pass the fluid extruded from the first and second cylinders 15a and 15b to the mixing tube 25a.

The first and second extrusion tubes 19a and 19e are tubular members having a predetermined diameter and extend in the longitudinal direction of the first and second cylinders 15a and 15b.

Particularly, the upper end of the first and second extruded tubes 19a and 19e is provided with the sealing silicone 19b. The sealing silicone 19b is a stretchable soft silicone sheet, the rim of which is fixed to the upper end of the extrusion tube and has a hole 19c at the center.

The sealing silicone 19b is pressed by the connecting portion 25e when the connecting portion (25e in FIG. 5) enters the inside of the first and second extruding tubes 19a and 19e, And is sealed between the outer circumferential surface of the connecting portion 25e and the inner circumferential surface of the first and second extruded tubes 19a and 19e to seal the seal (see FIG. 5). Of course, there is no worry.

Meanwhile, the holder 21 is composed of first, second and third holding pieces 21a, 21b and 21c. The first, second, and third holding pieces 21a, 21b, and 21c are partly cylindrical portions extending along a circular arc of a virtual circle having a predetermined diameter, and three of the first, second, and third holding pieces 21a, 21b, and 21c are spaced apart from each other. When the first, second, and third holding pieces 21a, 21b, and 21c are connected, a circle having a predetermined diameter is drawn.

Fixed toothed portions 21d are formed on the inward surfaces of the respective holding pieces 21a, 21b, and 21c. The fixed tooth portion 21d is a portion made up of a plurality of crests 21f in the form of a triangular thread and a valley 21e between the crests 21f.

Particularly, the extending direction of the crest 21f and the valley 21e is orthogonal to the direction of extrusion of the fluid. In other words, it is parallel to a virtual plane orthogonal to the first and second extrusion tubes 19a and 19e.

The extended line of the crest 21f and the crest 21e in each of the holding pieces 21a, 21b and 21c does not deviate from the crests 21f and 21e of the neighboring holding pieces. For example, when the crest 21f of the first holding piece 21a is continuously extended, the crest 21f of the second holding piece 21b and the crest 21f of the third holding piece 21c meet exactly.

The first, second, and third holding pieces 21a, 21b, and 21c have the same height but different distances from each other in the circumferential direction. That is, as shown in Fig. 2, the length A of the first holding piece 21a, the length B of the second holding piece 21b, and the length C of the third holding piece 21c are different from each other.

Thus, not only the lengths of the holding pieces 21a, 21b, 21c themselves in the circumferential direction are different, but also the holding pieces 21a, 21b, 21c have different intervals. For example, the distance X between the first holding piece 21a and the second holding piece 21b, the distance Y between the second holding piece 21b and the third holding piece 21c, the third holding piece 21c, The intervals Z of the pieces 21a are all different.

The length and spacing of the holding pieces 21a, 21b and 21c are different from each other in order to stably maintain the fastening adapter 31 fixed in the holder 21. [ That is, the fastening adapter 31 inserted into the holder 21 is not detached as long as the fastening adapter 31 does not rotate completely.

If the lengths of the three holding pieces 21a, 21b and 21c in the circumferential direction are the same and the spacing distance is also the same, the fastening adapter 31 will be detached if it is rotated 120 degrees only.

The mixing tip 25 is fixed to the first and second extruding tubes 19a and 19e of the extruding unit 19 and is configured to mix the fluid extruded through the first and second extruding tubes 19a and 19e A mixing tube 25a provided in the mixing tube 25a and a lower end of the mixing tube 25a in a state where the lower end of the mixing tube 25a is received and fixed, (Not shown).

Reference numeral 25b denotes an outlet through which the impression material in the mixed state is discharged.

Fig. 5 shows the shape of the lower end of the mixing tube 25a. Referring to FIG. 5, it can be seen that two connecting portions 25e are formed at the lower end of the mixing tube 25a. The connecting portion 25e is a tubular portion that is fitted into the first and second extruding tubes 19a and 19e and receives the fluid to be extruded.

Particularly, a sealing silicone 19b is interposed between the connecting portion 25e which has entered into the first and second extruding tubes 19a and 19e and the inner circumferential surface of the extruding tubes 19a and 19e. The sealed silicon 19b serves as a packing for preventing the fluid from leaking out of the connecting portion 25e.

The fastening adapter 31 is fixed to the holder 21 in a state that the lower end of the mixing tube 25a is contained in the inner region thereof and has a substantially cylindrical shape and has a handle 31a, (31c) and a tooth plate portion (31b).

The handle 31a is a portion that the user holds by pressing with his / her finger. That is, it is the part where the user turns the thumb and the index finger. It is a matter of course that the fastening adapter 31 can be engaged or disengaged with respect to the holder 21 when it is rotated.

The body portion 31c is a portion having a predetermined outer diameter and is opposed to the inner circumferential surfaces of the first, second, and third holding pieces 21a, 21b, and 21c. It is needless to say that the interval between the outer peripheral surface of the body portion 31c and the inner peripheral surface of each holding piece (curved surface including the hill 21f) is the same.

The toothed plate portion 31b is a portion that is engaged with the fixed toothed portion 21d provided by each of the holding pieces 21a, 21b, and 21c. To this end, the toothed plate portion 31b is formed with a crest portion 31e and a valley portion 31f.

The crest portion 31e is fitted to the valley portion 21e of the fixed toothed portion 21d and the valley portion 31f receives the crest 21f of the fixed toothed portion 21d. That is, when the tooth plate portion 31b is moved downward while sandwiching the space between the holding pieces 21a, 21b and 21c (21k in Fig. 2) and then the coupling adapter 31 is rotated in the direction of arrow c, And the toothed plate portion 31b is engaged with the fixed toothed portion 21d. The number of the crests 31e and the valleys 31f is naturally the same as the crests 21e and the crests 21f in the fixed teeth 21d.

Thus, since the toothed plate portion 31b is engaged with the fixed toothed portion 21d, the contact area of the toothed plate portion 31b with respect to the holding pieces 21a, 21b, and 21c is very wide, .

3 is a plan view of the mixing tip shown in FIG.

As shown in the figure, three tooth plate portions 31b are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the body portion 31c. The tooth plate portion 31b has a circumferential length that can be fitted in the interspace 21k between the first, second, and third holding pieces 21a, 21b, and 21c. That is, the circumferential length of the one tooth plate portion 31b is X, the circumferential length of the side tooth plate portion 31b is Y, and the circumferential length of the other tooth plate portion 31b is Z. [

Since the circumferential length of each tooth plate 31b corresponds to the size of the interspace 21k, it is possible to lower or raise each tooth plate 31b only when the teeth plate 31b is aligned with the interspace 21k corresponding to its size . That is, the fastening adapter 31 can be separated or coupled to the holder 21.

4 is a sectional view taken along the line IV-IV in FIG.

Referring to the drawing, it can be seen that the closed silicon 19b is fixed to the upper ends of the first and second extrusion tubes 19a and 19e. The sealing silicone 19b is stretchable soft silicone which is pressed and spread in the direction of arrow a when the connecting portion 25e of the mixing tube 25a enters the passageway 19d so that the pressure of the extruded tubes 19a and 19e And is in close contact with the inner wall surface.

The connecting portion 25e extends downward through the hole 19c of the sealed silicon 19b and becomes the state shown in Fig.

5 is a cross-sectional view for explaining the internal configuration of the impression material dispenser 11 shown in FIG.

As shown in the drawing, the connecting portion 25e is inserted into the passage 19d by pushing the sealing silicone 19b apart and downward. As described above, there is no leakage of fluid between the connecting portion 25e and the first and second extrusion tubes 19a and 19e by the action of the sealing silicone 19b.

The toothed plate portion 31b of the fastening adapter 31 is engaged with the holding pieces 21a, 21b, and 21c. The crest portion 31e of the toothed plate portion 31b is inserted into the valley portion 21e of the fixed toothed portion 21d and the valley portion 31f of the toothed plate portion 31b is inserted into the crest 21f of the fixed toothed portion 21d, .

As a result, the coupling of the mixing tip 25 with respect to the holder 21 is kept strong and stable. There is no shaking of the mixing tip 25 during use.

As a result, the impression material dispenser 11 according to the present embodiment as described above can completely block the mixing of the mixing tip 25 with respect to the cartridge 13 and the abnormal fluids during use .

While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments, but, on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.
