Claims (6)
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 이상 감지 변수는 기 산출된 이상 감지 변수에 기초하여 산출되는 풍력 발전기. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 상기 산출한 이상 감지 변수가 상기 미리 설정된 임계값을 초과하는 경우 상기 풍력 터빈의 운전 조건을 안전 단계로 진입시키고, 상기 안전 단계 진입 이후 일정 시간이 경과하면 상기 풍력 터빈의 운전 조건을 점진적으로 정상 단계로 재진입시키는 풍력 발전기. - 삭제
- 풍속을 감지하는 단계;
상기 감지된 풍속을 표본 추출하여 주파수 변환하는 단계;
상기 변환된 주파수 값을 이용하여 이상 감지 변수를 산출하는 단계;
상기 이상 감지 변수가 미리 설정된 임계값을 초과하는 경우 풍력 터빈의 운전 조건을 변경하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 이상 감지 변수는 기 산출된 이상 감지 변수에 기초하여 산출되는 풍력 발전기의 제어 방법에 있어서,
상기 이상 감지변수는 하기 수학식 1을 통해 산출되는 풍력 발전기의 제어 방법.

단, C는 망각인자(Forgetting factor)
는 표본 평균
σi 는 표본의 표준 편차 - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 이상 감지 변수가 상기 미리 설정된 임계값을 초과하는 경우 상기 풍력 터빈의 운전 조건을 안전 단계로 진입시키고, 상기 안전 단게 진입 이후 일정 시간이 경과하면 상기 풍력 터빈의 운전 조건을 정상 단계로 점진적으로 재진입시키는 풍력 발전기의 제어 방법.
