3 is a view for explaining various embodiments of the discharging portion of the food hermetic container according to the embodiment of the present invention.

3 (a)), a second embodiment in which at least two cutout induction lines are formed in a single ejection section (Fig. 3 (a)) in which a single cutout induction line is formed in a single ejection section (FIG. 3 (b)), and a third embodiment in which a perforated line is formed in two or more discharge portions (FIG. 3 (c)). Hereinafter, each embodiment will be described in detail.

Referring to FIG. 3 (a) of the first embodiment, the cut-off inducing line 135 may be located on the discharge portion 130. More specifically, the cut-off inducing line 135 is located between both ends of the discharging unit 130 and is displayed at a position where the flow path of the liquid food in the discharging unit 130 is formed . According to one embodiment, the cut-off inducing line 135 includes a guide groove 132, and may be displayed on the same line as the position where the guide groove 132 is located.

As described above with reference to FIG. 2, when the cut-off inducing line 135 is cut in the direction of the arrow, one end of the discharge part 130 that is hermetically sealed can be removed. The sealed food container having one end closed by the discharge part 130 is exposed to the discharge port formed with the flow path in the discharge part 130 and can form a connection path with the outside. Accordingly, the liquid food and beverage stored in the container can be discharged to the outside.

Referring to FIG. 3 (b) of the second embodiment, the discharging unit 130 may include at least two of the cut-off inducing lines 135 including the guide grooves 132. For example, referring to FIG. 3 (b), the discharging unit 130 may include a cut-off inducing line 135a and a cut-off inducing line 135b.

At this time, the two or more different cut-off inducing lines 135a and 135b formed on the discharging unit 130 may have different widths. For example, the cut-off inducing line 135a is formed between the cut-off inducing line 135b and a closed end of the discharging unit 130 on the basis of the adhesion surface with the sealed container 120, The width of the cut-off inducing line 135a may be smaller than the cut-off inducing line 135b located at the lower end of the cut line 135b. In other words, the cross-sectional area a 1 of the discharge port 130 formed by opening the cut-off inducing line 135a in the direction of the arrow indicates the sectional area of the discharge port 130 formed by opening the cut- (a 2 ). This may be two hours of discharge rate per cross-sectional area (1 a) formed from the cut Guidewire (135a) means is less than the discharge amount of the cross-sectional area (a 2) formed from the induction line (135b) the cut. Therefore, the discharge speed of the liquid food in the food sealed container can be adjusted according to the position of the cut-off inducing lines 135.

Referring to FIG. 3 (c) of the third embodiment, the sealing vinyl 120 may include at least two discharge units 130 having different discharge amounts per hour.

As described with reference to Fig. 3 (b) for the second embodiment, in order to adjust the discharge speed of the liquid food in the container, the discharge portions 130 include different perforations 137 having different widths . The perforated line 137 is located at one end of the flow path of the discharge portion 130 and is connected to the perforated line 137 to easily remove a closed end of the discharge portion 130. [ ) That have been subjected to a scratch process.

3C, the width of the perforated line 137a formed on the discharge portion 130a may be smaller than the width of the perforated line 137b formed on the discharge portion 130b. In other words, the cross-sectional area of the discharge port 130 is formed to cut the cutting line (137a) in the direction of the arrow (a 3) is smaller than the cross-sectional area (a 3) of the discharge port 130 formed by cut out the cutting line (137b) in the direction of the arrow . In other words, the discharge amount per hour of the cross-sectional area (a 3) formed from the cutting line (137a) may be less than the discharge amount of the cross-sectional area (a 4) formed from the cut Guidewire (137b). The ejection speed may be faster in the case of cutting of the perforation line 137a <cutout of the perforation line 137b <in the case of cutting the perforation line 137a and the perforation line 137b together. Accordingly, the dispensing time of the liquid foodstuff contained in the container can be adjusted according to whether or not the perforation line 137 is cut off.

3 (a) to 3 (b), the closed container 100 of the food hermetic container 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the food hermetic container 100, The discharge time of the liquid food 300 can be easily controlled by controlling the discharge amount of the liquid food by the cut-off inducing line 135 and the perforation line 137 formed on the liquid food 300.

4 to 6 illustrate an improved food hermetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention and a food hermetic container that can separate and discharge food and be separated and accommodated based on the second and third embodiments of the present invention .

4 is a plan view for explaining a food sealed container according to a second embodiment of the present invention.

In the second embodiment of the sealing vinyl according to Fig. 4, a method of separating the sealing vinyl from the container including the vinyl separation line will be described.

4, the food sealed container 100 has a vinyl separation line 125 on the sealing vinyl 120 in order to easily separate the sealing vinyl 120 from the container 100 . For example, the vinyl separation line 125 may be formed in a spiral pattern and may include scratching along the pattern to facilitate cutting.

According to one embodiment, when the container 120 is separated from the container 100, the closed vinyl 120 may be cut along the vinyl separation line 125 without breaking the container 120. More specifically, the vinyl separation line 125 grips the discharging unit 130 formed on the sealing vinyl 120, cuts the discharging unit 130 in the direction ①, A guide can be provided so that it can be cut in the? Direction along the inner boundary of the guide.

Therefore, the food sealed container according to the second embodiment of the present invention can easily separate the container and the sealing vinyl 120 by the vinyl separation line 125 as described with reference to FIG. 4 Thus, when the closed food container is disused, the effect of assisting the separation and discharge of the closed vinyl 120 and the container can be expected.
