Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a rocking apparatus for rockfall prevention rope,

The present invention relates to a shock-absorbing type fastening device for buffering and fixing an impact applied to an anti-rocking rope provided to prevent rockfall.

Generally, a slope prevention rope is installed on the slope around the road to prevent accidents caused by falling rocks.

This anti-rocking rope is installed by separating the securing device from the slope, and the anti-rocking rope is woven in the form of a net in the fixing device. When the rockfall occurs in the state where the anti-rocking rope is installed, Or the securing device is detached from the inclined surface to prevent the fallout.

In order to prevent this, there has been disclosed a "shock-absorbing type fixing device for a wire rope for a fall-ground prevention network" in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1390176 (issued April 29, 2014).

A conventional shock-absorbing type fixing apparatus for a wire rope for a fall-prevention network comprises a first and a second cushioning binding pieces connected to each other so as to be rotatable and having first and second wire ropes adjacent to both longitudinal end portions thereof, A binding unit; A fixing anchor for fixing the cross-shaped buffer binding port to the slope; The first and second cushioning fasteners are provided between the first and second cushioning fastening members and elastically support the first and second cushioning fasteners by a tensile force to maintain the tension of the first and second wire ropes connected to the cushioning cushioning fasteners. Wherein the first and second cushioning coupling pieces of the cushioning fasteners are cross-connected to each other through the fixing anchor so that the first and second cushioning fasteners are overlapped with each other, And the first and second wire ropes are connected in a zigzag shape symmetrical with respect to the cushioning joint.

In the conventional buffer type fastening device for a wire rope for a fall-prevention network configured as described above, the first and second buffer binding pieces are connected to each other by a tension spring to elastically support the neighboring wire ropes together to maintain the tension of the wire ropes, And it was also possible to prevent disconnection of the wire rope due to the impact of the rockfall.

However, in the conventional buffering type fastening device for a wire rope for a fall-prevention network, when the first and second buffer binding members operate like scissors and impact is generated by falling from both sides, buffering is difficult.

Further, when the first and second cushioning tie pieces are connected by the tension spring and the fall or foreign matter is caught between the tension springs, the tension spring does not generate the elastic force and the operation becomes impossible. At the same time, There is a problem in that it is impossible to perform the operation due to the foreign matter being pinched.

In addition, when the wire rope for the fall-ground prevention network is disposed so as to pass through the location where the buffer-type fixing device for the wire rope for falling-stones prevention network is installed, there is a problem that the installation position of the buffer-type fixing device for the wire rope for the fall-

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a wire rope fixing device, The present invention provides an anti-rocking rope buffering type fixing device that can be installed without changing the installation position even when the wire rope is configured to pass through the installation position while preventing the inability to operate due to foreign matter.

The cushioning wing member may include a multi-stage cushioning portion which is protruded by a plurality of cushioning portions so as to be cushioned by the cushioning portion.

The upper cover or the lower cover may include a skirt portion protruding in a direction facing each other at a peripheral portion of the upper cover or the lower cover to prevent foreign matter from flowing between the upper cover and the lower cover.

The upper cover or the lower cover may include a spacing support portion for securing a space through which the anti-slip rope passes by separating the upper cover or the lower cover from the floor.

The rope connecting member may include a polygonal bushing having a polygonal circumference provided at a portion where the anti-rocking rope is connected to reinforce the rigidity of the portion to which the anti-rocking rope is connected.

The buffer spring may be a torsion spring in which a spiral portion is closely contacted.

The sliding hole may include an overhang portion that is pegged to an end of the sliding hole to reinforce the sliding hole.

According to the present invention, a pair of shock absorbing wing members are installed on both sides of the bolt hole, respectively, and operate independently of each other, so that shocks caused by falling rocks occurring on both sides can be buffered.

In addition, the cushioning wing member may be provided with a multi-stage hooking portion to perform buffering several times when an impact is generated, thereby improving the buffering effect.

In addition, since the internal components are shielded by the skirt portion, it is possible to prevent the inability to operate due to the inflow of the foreign matter, and the buffer spring can be implemented as a torsion spring to prevent the inability to operate due to the foreign matter being caught between the spirals of the spring .

The cushioning spring 165 may be realized as a torsion spring that minimizes the interval between spirals and minimizes the inability to operate due to the inflow of foreign matter. One end of the torsion spring is a pair of cushioning wings 160 And the other end of the torsion spring is coupled to the other one.

In this case, when the conventional coil spring is used as the buffer spring 165, foreign materials such as rocks or gravels are stuck on the spiral portion to lose the function of the buffer spring 165, but the buffer spring 165 is implemented as a torsion spring In this case, since the torsion spiral of the spiral portion formed by the spiral is in close contact with each other, the torsion spring can prevent the function from being lost due to the foreign substance being pinched.

The anti-rocking rope buffering type fastening device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a wing support portion 170.

The wing support portion 170 supports the widening or gathering end portion of the buffering wing member 160 so that the buffering spring 165 presses the buffering wing member 160 when an impact occurs in the anti- So that a buffering force can be generated.

For example, when an impact due to a rockfall occurs in the rockfall preventing rope 200, the rope connecting member 150 is pulled in the direction in which the rockfall preventing rope 200 is connected, The rotating shaft of the cushioning wing member 160 is substantially moved since the cushioning member 140 moves along the sliding holes 113 and 123 together.

At this time, since the ends of the buffering wing members 160 are supported by the wing support portions 170, the buffering wing members 160, which are pressed by the wing support portions 170 to narrow the interval between them, 165), the impact applied to the fall-preventing rope (200) can be canceled.

The wing support part 170 may be provided on the lower cover 120 or the upper cover 110 so as to support the ends of the wing support part 170 when the pair of buffer wing parts 160 are opened. The upper cover 110 or the lower cover 120 may be realized by fastening the support bolt through a nut at a position where the end of the wing member 160 is positioned or by fastening the nut with the nut. The upper cover 110 and the lower cover 120 may be partially cut and bent to a portion where the upper cover 110 and the lower cover 120 face each other.

Here, when the wing support portion 170 is realized by the support bolt and the nut, the support bolt and the nut may simultaneously perform the function of the engagement member that engages the upper cover 110 and the lower cover 120. [

The operation and effects of the above-described respective structures will be described.
