According to one embodiment of the invention, the artificial foot is initiated. The artificial foot according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided with a foot including a foot body, a toe member rotatably positioned at one end of the foot body, and a joint portion connecting the foot body and the toe member.
Description
The present invention relates to an artificial foot, and more particularly, to an artificial foot that is connected to an artificial will to be worn in a patient who is in the lower legs and a femur cutter, and has an adaptive power for effective grounding of an inclined surface and an unspecified road surface, And at the same time to stably walk on the artificial foot.
In general, they are helping to restore exercise or assist in movement so that they can live a basic life for individuals with physical disabilities. In other words, for the disabled people who can not walk with their legs because they do not have legs like the femur or lower back cutter, they are able to develop various auxiliary equipments so that they can basically lead their lives.
To this end, there has been a lot of research and development on artificial foot, and with the remarkable development of rehabilitation engineering, the emergence of high functional will, lighter weight of will material, lower cost through modularization of parts, Development of the will, diversification of the socket material, and development of various kinds of energy saving artificial foot.
However, there are still many differences in the inconvenience that a lot of wearers suffer from daily life through walking.
In other words, existing artificial feet can only be used for walking on flat or low slopes. As a normal person, it is difficult to stand alone in a special situation for a patient who has a normal stairs or a steep slope in a will.
In particular, artificial footwork on the ground with a lot of bends and protrusions has difficulty in walking because the movement of the ankle joint and the toe joint is limited and the body can not be balanced.
In general, fixability of the ankle joint bending angle is necessary because of stability of dynamic alignment, that is, stability of alignment suitable for determining good walking, but it is insufficient to cope with the uneven road surface and inconvenience of walking on a ramp, There are a lot of inconveniences when wearing.
Specifically, the normal gait cycle includes the contact of the heel with which the heel touches the ground, the sole touching the sole immediately after the heel touches the ground, and the center of gravity of the body from the heel to the forefoot, The stance phase consists of a mid-stance midway through the center, a stance phase where the heel falls, and a toe-tip end falling from the ground, and a swing phase where the legs are separated from the floor.
In the case of a conventional artificial foot, there is a disadvantage in that it is inconvenient for the wearer to walk because of unstable walking because the means for adjusting the angle of the toe joint is not provided when the tip end of the toe falling from the ground is removed. It was difficult to maintain balance.
To this end, the present applicant filed and disclosed a multi-joint articulating apparatus for artificial foot in December, 1999. However, as shown in FIG. 1, by using the toe portion as the
Accordingly, the present applicant has found an artificial foot capable of solving the conventional problems as described above.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, when the toe joint is formed at one end of the artificial foot, the balance can be easily maintained when standing, and the angle of the toe joint at the time of walking can be varied, .
According to one embodiment of the invention, the artificial foot is initiated. The artificial foot according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided with a foot including a foot body, a toe member rotatably positioned at one end of the foot body, and a joint portion connecting the foot body and the toe member.
The artificial foot according to the embodiment of the present invention can rotate the toe joint according to the movement of the wearer during the walking so that the angle of the toe joint can be stably changed even when the road surface is irregular, do.
