Description
The present invention relates to an electronic key system, and more particularly, to an electronic key system capable of transmitting a control right of a lock system.
The electronic key communicates with a lock system provided in various mechanical devices, such as a vehicle or a door, to which a user's permission is assigned, and controls the operation of locking or opening the device, starting or stopping the device. The conventional electronic key and lock system using electronic communication require a portable device for a separate electronic key as a method of carrying an electronic key registered in advance (see Utility Model Registration Application No. 20-2004-0017110, patent application 10-2008-7017989, etc.).
In recent years, a method of adding an electronic key function to a mobile communication terminal has been developed (see Patent Application No. 10-2005-0095260) in order to solve the inconvenience of having a separate device. However, a recently developed electronic key device using a mobile communication terminal is merely a method of generating an electronic key by confirming an access right, and the electronic key once generated can only be used within the same range in the corresponding device. That is, even when the electronic key is temporarily rented, such as ballet parking, or when the electronic key needs to be urgently received from a remote place, the mobile communication terminal itself having generated the electronic key must be rented or delivered.
In order to solve such a problem, a new concept of an electronic key device and an electronic key system have been developed in which the operation control authority of the lock system can be differentially transmitted while maximizing popularized mobile phone resources and having facility economical efficiency (See Patent Registration No. 10-1480880). However, as security threats become increasingly serious, electronic key systems are also required to prevent forgery or tampering with the lease key (slave key) and to enhance security.
