상기 고정차양(20)에는 상기 회전단(31)에 요입되어 회전가능토록 핀(P)으로 결합되는 고정단(21)이 구비되고,
상기 고정단(21)에는 상기 회전단(31)에 구비된 걸림턱(31a)과 연계되어 다단으로 조정되도록 다수개의 요철턱(21a)이 구비되고,
