Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a simple dental prosthesis removing member, and more particularly, to a dental prosthesis removing member having a denture prosthesis which is not complicated and cumbersome, To a dental prosthesis removing member capable of simply and simply removing a prosthesis covered by a tooth, and a manufacturing method thereof.
In general, after repairing damaged or lost teeth due to taste, cavities, or trauma due to accidents, restoring the function of the original teeth by putting a prosthesis (crown) made of alloy material such as gold or silver on it have.
Such a prosthesis has a certain life span depending on the patient's brushing habits and the chewing habits of food, and when the life span of the toothbrush has elapsed, or when a new tooth is to be corrected or treated, there is a need to remove the prosthesis It is being raised.
In dental treatment, when the prosthesis is to be removed, there is a need to carefully consider the position of the patient to be treated. In dentistry, it is called a patient, but physically and mentally healthy people come into dental care under normal conditions. Accordingly, the dental patient recognizes the pain generated during the treatment process of the teeth, the noise of the drill operation generated during the treatment process, various foreign substances generated during the drilling operation, and the like, And how to use it in a normal state. In this respect, there must be a significant degree of trust between the patient and the treating physician, and the machine tools used for dental treatment should not be perceived as threatening to the patient and should not provide aversion during dental treatment very important.
There are many ways to remove the prosthesis covered by a tooth.
Conventionally, a method has been adopted in which a prosthesis mainly made of a scissors is used to hold and pull the prosthesis, and a prosthesis is lifted using a hook-shaped mechanism. In order to more easily remove the prosthesis, this method uses a scissors-type clamp or a hook-type instrument after cutting the upper end of the prosthesis into a one-figure or a cross shape using a rotary cutting drill .
However, when such a method is used, slippage occurs at the contact surface between the above-mentioned clamp and the prosthesis or at the contact face between the above-mentioned hook and the prosthesis, so that the prosthesis can not be easily released and the excessive force can cause discomfort to the patient. In addition, since the target tooth has already weakened the holding force, even a small force may damage the tooth, and in severe cases, the tooth may be unexpectedly extracted. In addition, there has been a problem that, in the case of the conventional method, a wound is often brought into the patient's mouth.
Unlike the conventional method, a method of removing a prosthesis by inserting a screw member into the prosthesis and then further rotating the screw member to slightly raise the prosthesis from the tooth has been introduced. Such a method is disclosed in Korean Utility Model Registration No. 20-432227 entitled " Hydraulic Prosthesis Removal Device ", No. 20-432228 "Prosthesis Removal Device ", and Patent No. 10-1090175 entitled " Are known in the art. (See Figs. 7A and 7B).
However, the above-described prosthesis removal device is merely a mechanical coupling of a large number of parts, and there is a disadvantage that it can not be sure whether the prosthesis can be inserted into the oral cavity of a patient. Also, even if these devices can enter the patient's mouth, there is no guarantee that a dental patient will be able to let such a device into the patient's own mouth for treatment.
Dental treatment, as we have seen above, is the removal of the prosthesis to treat the damage of the teeth merely mentally and physically normal so that a normal dental patient can see these instruments directly by themselves, It is important that the machinery that removes the prosthesis does not feel threatened.
Nevertheless, conventional dental prosthesis removal mechanisms have had a disadvantage in that they do not take these points into consideration at all.

The
The
The
The
Therefore, the

The rotary
The rotation-urging
The present invention includes a threaded
The threaded
It is preferable that the
It is preferable that the total length h2 of the threaded
The total length h2 of the threaded portion is closely related to the depth between the
The total length h2 of the threaded portion is also closely related to the thickness of the
On the other hand, when the total length h2 of the threaded portion is 20 millimeters or more, the coupling relation between the threaded
The present invention includes a
The
The

6 is a schematic block diagram showing a step of manufacturing a dental prosthesis removing member according to the present invention.
A method of manufacturing a dental
The first machining step (S 210) of the head is started by mounting a metal rod made of a raw material to a compound machine operating in a computer-controlled manner and forming the diameter of the steel rod in the range of 4 mm to 10 mm. The outer circumferential surface of the steel rod is formed smoothly and smoothly by a lathe machining operation.

The method for manufacturing a dental

The method for manufacturing a dental

The method for manufacturing a dental
