Description

≪ Desc / Clms Page number 1 > DEVICE FOR CORRECTING INGROWN NAIL &

The present invention relates to an ingrown nail correcting device, and more particularly, to an ingrown nail correcting device capable of easily correcting not only a symmetrically deformed ingrown nail but also an asymmetrically deformed ingrown nail.

An ingrown nail is one of the nail diseases that one side or both sides of a nail grows into the marginal zone or digs into flesh. It grows mainly in the thumb claws, digging into the surrounding flesh and causing swelling or severe pain and inflammation. People with an introverted nail tend to recur if they cut or pull the claws, because the claws of the claws already have a way to grow their claws.

Fig. 11 shows a toe T which forms an ingrown nail. As shown, an ingrown nail IN having a structure of being inwardly inwardly taken from one side or both sides of the claw N is shown. An introverted nail (IN) may cause extreme conditions in which flesh is digested at the portion indicated by reference A to cause irritation due to damage of the body, or in the worst case, the fingertips are cut.

If such an ingrown nail is severe, it can be surgically removed and removed by incision and removal to remove extreme pain caused by inflammation or secondary infection caused by digging into the flesh.

On the other hand, if the symptom is somewhat weak, it can be calibrated using an intracorporeal calibrator. To date, various calibrators have been used.

For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-2009-0122498 discloses an example of a correcting mechanism for correcting an ingrown nail. As shown in Fig. 12, the conventional ingrown nail correcting apparatus is a device for correcting an ingrown nail 2 by pressing the middle portion of the outer surface of the ingrown nail 2 while lifting both side edges of the outer surface of the ingrown nail 2 An upstanding push-down member 3 having a push-down head 3a at its lower end; Lifting angle maintenance means (4) extending in the transverse direction in which the upstanding push-down member (3) is mounted at the middle portion thereof; And the lifting angle maintenance means 4 which is an opposed portion with respect to the middle portion of the lifting angle maintenance means 4 to which the upstanding push-down member 3 is fixed, each extending downward from a separate portion of the lifting angle maintenance means 4, And a pair of lifting members 5, 5 having a plurality of lifting members 6,

Therefore, when the screw 7 is viewed from above, the screw 7 is rotated in the counterclockwise direction, thereby slowly lifting the lifting member fixing central rod 9 through the helical compression spring means 8, The anchors 6 and 6 attached to the edge portions 2a and 2a of the nail 2 are pulled by the force for correcting the claws.

However, since the lifting members 5, 5 installed at both ends of the lifting members 5, 5 are raised uniformly when the central rod 9 is elevated, the conventional ingrown nail correcting apparatus is difficult to apply to the asymmetrically deformed ingrown nail.

In other words, when both ends of an asymmetrically deformed ingrown nail are calibrated with the same force, there is a problem in that the nail is damaged because of excessive force applied to either side. In addition, the conventional apparatus for correcting an introverted hand rice bowl has a problem in that it is difficult to manufacture due to its complicated structure and inconvenient to use.

1 is a front view showing an embodiment of an ingrown nail correcting apparatus 1 according to the present invention and FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line A-A of the ingrown nail correcting apparatus 1 shown in FIG.

As shown in the drawings, an ingrown nail correcting apparatus 1 according to the present invention is an ingrown nail correcting apparatus for correcting an ingrown nail 2, wherein the nail 2 is vertically erected on an upper surface of the nail 2, A horizontal support table 20 provided so as to intersect the upper end of the vertical presser bar 10 and having fastening holes 21 vertically penetrating both ends thereof, Two adjustment bolts 30a and 30b which penetrate through the fastening holes 21 of the horizontal support 20 so as to be movable up and down and horizontally to the left and right of the middle portion of the vertical pressuring band 10 A pair of elastic members 40a and 40b connected to the adjustment bolts 30 and a pair of elastic members 40a and 40b connected to the ends of the elastic members 40 to move up and down together with the elastic members 40, And hooks 51a and 51b for hooking on both end portions and hooking the hooks 51a and 51b. 0a) 50b.

More specifically, the vertical pressing bar 10 is formed of a metal bar having a predetermined length, and two hooves 11a and 11b are formed on the lower end thereof at regular intervals. The two hooves 11a and 11b allow the vertical presser foot 10 to be stably supported on the nail 2 having a slippery curved surface. In addition, the two hooves 11a and 11b press the point of movement of the nail 2 at a predetermined distance from the center of the nail 2.

The horizontal support rods 20 are integrally formed on the upper end of the vertical pressing bar 10 and have a predetermined length of metal bar. The horizontal support rods 20 are screwed into the fastening holes 21 formed at both ends, Grooves are formed.

The adjustment bolt 30 includes a bolt 31 having a predetermined length and a handle 32 formed at an upper end of the bolt 31. Therefore, when the adjustment bolt 30 is rotated to one side, the adjustment bolt 30 moves downward. On the contrary, when the adjustment bolt 30 is rotated to the other side, the adjustment bolt 30 moves upward.

As shown in FIG. 3, the elastic member 40 has elasticity by bending a steel wire having a predetermined diameter. The elastic member 40 has two legs 41a and 41b and is formed in a "C" shape. The two legs 41a and 41b are formed with three rings 42a, 42b and 42c, respectively.

Referring again to FIG. 1, the innermost ring 42c of the three rings 42a, 42b, and 42c of the elastic member 40 is fixed to the vertical press table 10. That is, the fixing screw 43 passes through the loop 42c and is fastened to the vertical presser bar 10 to fix the elastic member 40 to the center of the vertical presser bar 10.

The hook 50 is connected to the outermost ring 42a of the three rings 42a, 42b and 42c of the elastic member 40. The hook 50 includes hooks 51 for hooking the hooks 51 at both side ends of the ingrown nail 2 and hooks 51 that are integrally formed on the hooks 51 and which are inserted into the hooks 42a of the elastic members 40 And a connecting loop 52.

4, the hook 50 is formed by bending a steel wire having a predetermined diameter. The hook 51 is formed at the lower end, and two hooks 51 are formed at the upper end. And a linking ring 52 is formed so as to be fitted in the ring 42a.

1, the adjustment bolt 30 is connected to the center ring 42b of the three rings 42a, 42b, and 42c of the elastic member 40. As shown in FIG. The connection member 60 is connected between the elastic member 40 and the adjustment bolt 30 to connect the elastic member 40 so that the adjustment bolt 30 can freely rotate in the horizontal direction.

5, the connecting means 60 includes a fastening screw 34 fastened to the fastening hole 33 formed at the lower end of the adjusting bolt 30, And a connecting member 63 connected to the center ring 42b formed at the lower portion 41a (41a) 41b and formed with a through-hole 62 through which the fastening screw 34 can penetrate.

As shown in FIG. 6, the connecting member 63 is formed by bending a steel wire having a predetermined diameter, and a through hole 62 through which the fastening screw 34 can pass is formed at the center, and the ring 42b The hooks 64a and 64b are formed to protrude.

7, when the two claws 64a and 64b of the connecting member 63 are hooked on the hook 42 formed on the two legs 41a and 41b of the elastic member 40, The through-hole 62 is provided so as to penetrate vertically through the gown between the two legs 41a and 41b.

When the fastening screw 34 passes through the through-hole 62 and is fastened to the fastening hole 33 formed at the lower end of the adjusting bolt 30, the elastic member 40 is fastened to the lower end of the adjusting bolt 30 Can be fixed. At this time, the adjustment bolt 30 can freely rotate in the horizontal direction around the fastening screw 34 passing through the through-hole 62. Therefore, even if the adjustment bolt 30 is rotated in the horizontal direction, the rotational force does not reach the elastic member 40. In addition, the elastic member 40 is vertically rotatable around a fastening screw 34 fastened to the vertical pressing bar 10.

A hook 51 is integrally provided at the lower end of the hook 50. It is also possible to attach a hook block 51 to the upper face of the ingrown nail 2 instead of the hook 51 Do. The adhesive block 55 is used when the hook 51 can not be fitted to both ends of the ingrown nail 2 and is adhered to the upper face of the ingrown nail 2 using a predetermined adhesive material do. A hook 51 may be provided at the lower end of the hook 50 and a groove 56 may be formed at the attachment block 55 to hook the hook 51. The hook 51 may be hooked on the groove 56 of the adhesive block 55 adhered to the upper surface of the ingrown nail 2.

Hereinafter, a method for calibrating an ingrown nail using the ingrown nail-correcting apparatus 1 according to the present invention will be described.

That is, when the ingrown nail is to be calibrated using the ingrown nail correcting apparatus 1 of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, first, hooks 51a of the two hooks 50a and 50b ) 51b are inserted into both end portions of the ingrown nail 2, and are engaged.

The vertical presser bar 10 is vertically placed on the upper surface of the ingrown nail 2 and then the two adjustment bolts 30a and 30b are rotated to one side. Then, the adjustment bolt 30 is moved upward and the elastic member 40 connected to the lower end of the adjustment bolt 30 is rotated upward.

When the elastic member 40 is rotated upward, the hooking portion 50 connected to the tip of the elastic member 40 is moved upward. Then, the hook 51 moves upward and pulls both ends of the ingrown nail 2 upward. At this time, the vertical presser bar 10 presses down the middle part of the nail 2 to prevent the entire nail 2 from being lifted up.

By appropriately rotating the two adjustment bolts 30a and 30b in this way, both ends of the ingrown nail 2 can be lifted up and expanded to some extent.

On the other hand, if the ingrown nail 2 is flattened to some extent by using the ingrown nail correcting device 1 of the present invention, the feet are immersed in water while the ingrown nail correcting device 1 is worn. When the nail 2 becomes flexible after a predetermined time has elapsed, the nail 2 is pulled out by pulling out both ends of the ingrown nail 2 by rotating the adjustment bolts 30a and 30b again.

When the ingrown nail 2 is stretched as much as desired, the nail 2 is quickly dried using hot air while wearing the ingrown nail correcting device 1. When the nail 2 hardens, the ingrown nail-fixing device 1 is detached.

As described above, the ingrown nail correcting apparatus 1 of the present invention is not only convenient for the nail 2 deformed asymmetrically as well as the nail 2 deformed symmetrically with the two adjusting bolts 30a and 30b Can be used.

In other words, since the conventional nail-biting apparatus has a structure in which forces are exerted at both side ends of the nail 2, it is difficult to correct the asymmetrically deformed nail 2, There is a problem that the nail 2 is damaged.

However, since the two adjustment bolts 30a and 30b act independently of each other as shown in Fig. 9, the ingrown nail correcting apparatus 1 according to the present invention gives a large amount of force to the asymmetrically deformed ingrown nail 2 And can be conveniently calibrated.

The present invention also provides an ingrown nail correcting device 1 for preventing the elastic member 40 provided between the adjusting bolt 30 and the hooking part 50 from exerting an excessive force on the nail 2 . That is, when the adjusting bolt 30 rotates and moves up and down, a force is transmitted to the hooking part 50 through the elastic member 40. Since the elastic member 40 is elastically deformed, the hooking part 50 ), So that the force is not applied to the sensitive nail.

Since the elastic member 40 is rotatably fixed to the vertical pressing bar 10, when the adjusting bolt 30 is rotated to move up and down, the elastic member 40 is rotated twice as much as the feeding distance of the adjusting bolt 30, Since the grip portion 50 is a wing, it is possible to pull the adjusting bolt 30 without turning the adjusting bolt 30 much.

In addition, since the elastic member 40, the hooking portion 50, the connecting member 60 and the like are formed by bending the steel wire, the ingrown nail correcting apparatus 1 according to the present invention can be easily manufactured and the production cost can be reduced. Moreover, the structure is simple and does not cause a failure.

Next, Fig. 10 is a front view showing another embodiment of the ingrown nail-correcting apparatus 1 according to the present invention.

As shown, an ingrown nail correcting device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention is an ingrown nail correcting device for calibrating an ingrown nail 2, which is vertically erected on the upper surface of the nail 2, (20) formed so as to intersect the upper end of the vertical presser bar (10) and having a fastening hole (21) vertically penetrating the upper and lower ends, the vertical presser bar (10) And two adjustment bolts 30a and 30b which are coupled to the horizontal support rods 20 so as to be movable up and down through the fastening holes 21 of the horizontal support rods 20 and connected to the lower ends of the adjustment bolts 30, And hooks 50a and 50b provided with hooks 51a and 51b for hooking the hooks 2 at both sides of the nail 2.

The adjusting bolt 30 and the hanger 50 are installed on the upper portion of the hanger 50 so that the hanger 50 and the adjusting bolt 30 can rotate freely in the horizontal direction And engaging members 70a and 70b are provided.

The coupling member 70 includes a middle rotating block 71, an upper ring 72 rotatably installed on the upper side of the rotating block 71 and connected to a lower end of the adjusting bolt 30, And a lower ring 73 rotatably installed at a lower portion of the rotary block 71 and connected to the hook 50.

Preferably, a hole is formed in the center of the rotation block 71, and a protruding rod formed on the upper ring 72 and the lower ring 73 is rotatably inserted and fixed. The upper ring 72 and the lower ring 73 are formed by bending a steel wire having a predetermined diameter. The upper ring 72 is formed with a ring through the through hole formed in the adjustment bolt 30, And a hook connected to the hook formed at the upper end of the hooking part 50 is formed on the hook part 73. [

Therefore, even if the adjusting bolt 30 is rotated, the hooking part 50 does not rotate together. Conversely, even if the hooking portion 50 is rotated in order to fit the hook 41 of the hooking portion 50 to both ends of the nail 2, the adjustment bolt 30 does not rotate together and is convenient to use.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. And changes may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
