FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a prescription delivery system 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating a relay server illustrated in FIG.

1 and 2, the prescription delivery system 100 according to the present embodiment is configured such that the relay server 120 receives a prescription from the hospital system 110 and transmits the prescription to the user terminal 130 of the user, 130 to the pharmacy selected by the user after receiving the pharmacy selection information and the prescription.

As such, the prescription delivery system 100 according to the present embodiment may be configured such that a prescription is directly transferred from the hospital system 110 to the pharmacy system 150 or from the hospital system 110 to the user terminal 130 and the user terminal 130 , The prescription is not directly transferred to the pharmacy system 150 but the prescription is transmitted via the relay server 120. [

The relay server 120 of the prescription delivery system 100 according to the present embodiment receives the prescription from the hospital system 110 and transfers the prescription to the user terminal 130 and receives the pharmacy selection information and prescription from the user terminal 130 And transmits it to the selected pharmacy system 150. In this way, the prescription delivery system 100 according to the present embodiment is configured such that a prescription is transmitted from the hospital system 110 to the user terminal 130 via the relay server 120 and then transmitted from the user terminal 160 to the relay server 120 to the pharmacy system 150 of the pharmacy selected by the user. This solves the problem that the prescription is delivered directly from the hospital to the pharmacy without going through the user (patient), and the personal information protection problem can be solved because the prescription is delivered to the pharmacy selected by the user via the user (patient). Since the prescription is transmitted through the relay server 120 so that only the relay server 120 serves as a server and the hospital system 110 and the pharmacy system 150 serve only as clients, The system 110 and the pharmacy system 150 can be implemented technically easier than the direct connection between the system 110 and the pharmacy system 150, and the hospital system 110 does not need pharmacy information.

The relay server 120 includes a prescription database 122, a pharmacy information database 124, a drug information database 126, and a transmission information database 128.

The prescription database 122 temporarily stores the prescription received from the hospital system 110 located in a plurality of hospitals until the delivery of the prescription to the user terminal 130 is completed, have. The relay server 120 may transmit the prescription to the user terminal 130 using the patient information stored in the prescription database 122. [

Prescriptions stored in the prescription database 122 may be deleted when downloaded to the user terminal 130. In addition, the prescription uploaded from the user terminal 130 may be deleted when it is transmitted to the pharmacy system 150 of the pharmacy selected by the user. In this way, when the prescription is transmitted to the user terminal 130 or the pharmacy system 150, the prescription is deleted from the prescription database 122, thereby solving the problem that the prescription is leaked to the outside. The relay server 120 can fulfill a regulation that solves the security problem such as prescription leakage because it carries out only the simple delivery of the prescription and the electronic medical record should be stored only in the medical institution.

Prescriptions stored in the prescription database 122 may be encrypted and stored. The relay server 120 may simultaneously or separately provide the information about the password together with the prescription when transmitting the prescription to the user terminal 130. [

The pharmacy information database 124 stores information on the pharmacy, for example, a pharmacy unique number, location, address, contact information, and the like. Using the pharmacy information stored in the pharmacy information database 124, the relay server 120 can access the pharmacy system 150 of the user's selected pharmacy and deliver the prescription. The relay server 120 may provide a pharmacy list to the user terminal 130 using the pharmacy information database 124 together with the prescription received from the hospital system 110. The pharmacy list provided to the user terminal 130 may include a pharmacy adjacent to the hospital used by the user or an adjacent pharmacy at the address of the user.

The drug information database 126 stores information on efficacy, effects, color and shape, usage and dosage, medication methods, and side effects of various drugs. The relay server 120 can provide the drug information on the drug contained in the prescription to the user terminal 130 by using the drug information stored in the drug information database 126. [

The transmission information database 128 stores information on uploading and downloading prescriptions. That is, information on which the prescription is uploaded from the hospital system 110 to the relay server 120 and from the user terminal 130 to the relay server 120 may be stored in the transmission information database 128. The transmission information database 128 may store information on the prescription downloaded from the relay server 120 to the user terminal 130 and from the relay server 120 to the pharmacy system 150. The relay server 120 may provide the user terminal 130 with information on the issuance history of the hospital and the transmission details to the pharmacy using the information stored in the transmission information database 128. [

The payment server 140 is connected to the pharmacy system 150 and transmits the payment information (cost and payment method) of the prescription drug to the user terminal 130. When the user has completed the payment, the payment server 140 can notify the pharmacy system 150 that the payment has been completed.

Hereinafter, a prescription delivery system 100 and a prescription delivery method according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 4. FIG.
