Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a curtain wall, and more particularly, to a curtain wall configured to have a structural strength higher than a reference value and to have a high heat insulating property by using an aluminum frame and a synthetic resin frame in combination.
Generally, the curtain wall method is a method of constructing a structure composed of a reinforced concrete structure, a steel frame, and the like, such that the load acting on the building is supported only by a frame composed of columns, beams and slabs, and the outer wall is formed by non- It says. Such a curtain wall method can be mechanized, can be manufactured in a factory, can be easily controlled in quality, can be lightened in the outer wall, and can produce a more exquisite appearance depending on materials used. And most of the present high-rise buildings are being constructed by this method.
Typically, the curtain walls are configured to connect a plurality of double-glazed windows by mounting a frame to two neighboring double-glazed windows vertically erected so as to be spaced apart from one another. In this case, the frame applied to the conventional curtain wall is generally made of aluminum in order to improve the adhesion with the double-layered glass. However, aluminum has a high thermal conductivity, so that external heat is quickly transferred to the room.
That is, when the air temperature is low as in winter, external cool air flows into the room through the aluminum frame as it is, and external heat is introduced into the room when the air temperature is high as in summer. In addition, even when the room is cooled and / or cooled, cold air or warm air in the room quickly escapes to the outside, thereby deteriorating overall insulation performance of the building.
In order to solve this problem, when all the frames are made of synthetic resin having low thermal conductivity, when each frame is combined with an anchor or a bolt, each anchor or bolt easily falls out, .

The curtain wall reinforced with heat insulation according to the present invention stably supports the vertically erected double-layered glass, and prevents the external heat or cool air from being transmitted to the room through the frame. Some of them are made of metal such as aluminum and others are made of synthetic resin having low thermal conductivity.
That is, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a
The external heat or cool air is transferred to the interior side of the

However, in the curtain wall reinforced with heat insulation according to the present invention, the
Hereinafter, the detailed structure of each component will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG.
The
The
When the

The
If the head portion of the

In order to solve such a problem, it is preferable that the second
That is, the
The fastening force of the
