Description
도 2는 모노클로라민을 가하거나 가하지 않았을 때 반응기 내의 잔류 클로라이트 농도를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 3은 클로라이트 단독 또는 클로라이트/모노클로라민 조합으로 소독된 반응기 내의 생물막 AOB 농도를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 4는 클로라이트 단독 또는 클로라이트/모노클로라민 조합으로 소독된 반응기 내의 (a) 생물막 및 (b) 물에서의 HPC를 나타낸다.
Claims (5)
- 음용수 분배 시스템에서 염소와 NH3-N을 교반 혼합하여 생성한 모노클로라민과 클로라이트를 조합하여 유입수에 지속 투여하되,
유입수의 세균제거에 대한 효율성을 극대화하기 위해 클로라이트의 농도를 0.5 ~ 1.0 ㎎/ℓ, 모노클로라민의 농도를 1.5 ~ 2.0 ㎎/ℓ이 되도록 하고,
안정적인 소독제 잔류농도를 유지하기 위해 물의 pH를 9.0으로 조정하고 클로라이트와 모노클로라민을 가하여 클로라이트 잔류농도를 모노클로라민이 없는 상태에서 0.65±0.02 ㎎/ℓ, 모노클로라민을 가한 상태에서 0.61±0.01 ㎎/ℓ로 안정되게 유지하며,
모노클로라민과 클로라이트를 조합 처리한 이후 수질 저하의 원인이 되는 생물막의 종속영양세균(HPC; Heterotrophic Plate Count)과 암모니아 산화세균(AOB)의 농도를 각각 무처리 대조군의 3.9×105 ~ 1.9×106 CFU/㎠와 6.8×102 MPN/㎠ 수준에서 5.3×102 CFU/㎠와 검출한계농도(0.6 MPN/㎠) 이하까지 저감시키고,
모노클로라민과 클로라이트를 조합 처리한 이후 수돗물에 존재하는 종속영양세균(HPC; Heterotrophic Plate Count)과 암모니아 산화세균(AOB)의 농도를 각각 무처리 대조군의 8.0×104 ~ 4.4×105 CFU/㎖와 101~102 MPN/㎖ 수준에서 1.2×102 CFU/㎖와 불검출 수준까지 저감시키는 음용수 분배 시스템 소독방법. - 삭제
