Description

접착 및 내크랙성이 강한 차선노면표시용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법{Road surface marking composition for adhesion and anti-cracking property and method using the same}TECHNICAL FIELD [0001] The present invention relates to a composition for lane surface marking having high adhesion and crack resistance, and a road surface marking composition for adhesion and anti-cracking property and method using the same.

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a lane road surface display composition having strong adhesion and crack resistance and a method of using the same, and relates to a composition for improving the adhesion of a road surface to a road surface, It shows excellent effect.

In general, a road surface display having a slip prevention function is intended to improve frictional force by applying the road surface in a region where the required sliding resistance can not be secured according to the geometry and traffic characteristics of the road. That is, even if the slip resistance of the road surface road marking drops below a certain level as the use period of the road is increased, the road is repaired by using a road surface composition for anti-slip to increase the slip resistance fundamentally in terms of maintenance .

In recent years, such a slip-resistant road surface display composition has been applied to rooftops, outdoor parking lots, parks, and the like, which are places that are slippery when walking.

The road surface marking composition should have excellent adhesion to road surfaces such as asphalt and concrete, and should be excellent in adhesion to glass beads that reflect light on a night road or a dark road and clear road markings. In addition, there is no change with time such as yellowing and gloss degradation due to ultraviolet ray after curing, and thermal stability with no mechanical property deterioration due to a change in temperature during the summer and winter is required, and the impact resistance by a moving object such as an automobile must be excellent.

However, the existing road surface marking composition has a disadvantage that it easily cracks or fogs due to load and impact of automobile, and particularly, it raises a problem that the brightness is so low that it is difficult to judge presence or absence of a lane on a rainy day, come. Furthermore, the drying time is slower than the drying time (20 to 40 minutes). Therefore, there is a need to develop a road surface marking composition that overcomes the disadvantages to prevent traffic accidents.

Korean Patent No. 10-893723 discloses an anti-slip composition based on an acid-modified polyamide resin. However, since only the acid-modified polyamide resin is used as the substrate, the acid-modified polyamide resin alone has a high melting temperature and high melt viscosity and a low penetration into the pores of the adherend due to the lowering of the melting index, There is a problem in that it is detached due to deterioration of adhesion and water resistance in the exposure of the environment, and cracks are generated due to the continuous load of the vehicle, or discoloration or surface cracking occurs.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a composition for lane road surface display which is effective for preventing slippage of a vehicle such as an automobile and preventing cracks, discoloration, and detachment from the road surface, and a construction method using the same.

The coating composition for lane road surface display according to the present invention is excellent in impact resistance and can maintain the mechanical properties even under a continuous impact due to the load of the vehicle to suppress cracking and maintain the luminance for a long time, There is an effect that there is no discoloration due to ultraviolet ray, and therefore, the weather resistance is excellent and the visibility is maintained. Furthermore, it has excellent penetration ability of asphalt and concrete pore, and is excellent in integrating with the adherend.

Hereinafter, various aspects and various embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail.

According to an exemplary aspect of the present invention, there is disclosed a composition for lane road surface display comprising a polyamide resin, an aggregate, an antioxidant, a UV stabilizer, pentaerythritol, a hardener and a pigment.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the composition may further comprise ergothioneine.

Specifically, the polyamide resin is preferably an acid modified polyamide resin. The polyamide resin not only improves the bonding force between the components of the anti-slip coating composition, but also exhibits heat resistance, Mechanical strength and oil resistance. Therefore, it is effective to improve the durability of a coating surface which is easily contaminated by soot or oil of an automobile. The polyamide resin is preferably a thermoplastic aromatic polyamide resin, specifically, a terephthalic acid-modified polyamide resin. In one embodiment of the present invention, the acid-modified polyamide resin is ARLEN of Mitsui Chemicals, .

The aggregate is a construction aggregate powder, which serves to improve the resistance to slip of the coated surface and the reflex reflection function, and is preferably pulverized to a size of about 0.1 to 5.0 mm. The aggregate is preferably 30 to 50 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the polyamide resin. When the content is less than 30 parts by weight, resistance to sliding and retroreflective function may be deteriorated. When the aggregate exceeds 50 parts by weight Is undesirable because the physical properties of the whole composition may deteriorate or the constituents of the composition may not be mixed properly. More preferably, the aggregate is preferably a ceramic aggregate, and the particle size is preferably about 1 to 2 mm, and the Mohs hardness is about 6.5 to 7.5, which is strong on the hardness side and hardly discolored. Also, it is effective in terms of workability, economy, and workability because of less dust and good adhesiveness.

The antioxidant is preferably a phenol. The oxidation reaction of the polymer occurs due to heat, light, metal impurities, ozone, and peroxide added to the polymer during the molding process. As a result, the polymer tends to be broken, And the phenolic antioxidant blocks the chain reaction to prevent oxidation. The amount of the antioxidant is preferably 1 to 10 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the polyamide resin. If the amount of the antioxidant is less than 1 part by weight, the effect is insufficient and is not effective to prevent oxidation. When the amount is more than 10 parts by weight, The physical properties are deteriorated and it is not preferable.

The ultraviolet stabilizer acts to prevent phenomena such as discoloration, surface cracking, and deterioration of mechanical properties such as degradation of polymer compounds such as resins by light such as ultraviolet rays and aging. Specifically, the ultraviolet stabilizer is preferably HALS (Hindered Amine Light Stabilizer), and the HALS serves to remove the free radicals generated during the photolysis reaction to stop the photooxidation reaction. Unlike an absorbent, the HALS has an excellent surface protecting action and can be applied to products having a thin cross section.

The pentaerythritol serves to improve the durability of the entire composition, and it is preferable that the pentaerythritol comprises 1 to 10 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the polyamide resin. If the content is less than 1 part by weight, the effect is insignificant, and if it is more than 10 parts by weight, the physical properties of the composition are deteriorated.

The curing agent is preferably a peroxide, and its content is controlled according to seasonal temperature, and it is preferable that the content of the curing agent is 1 to 10 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the polyamide resin. When the content is less than 1 part by weight, the curing rate is delayed and the strength of the specimen is not realized in a short time, which is not preferable. When the content exceeds 10 parts by weight, the working time is shortened, Which is undesirable.

The pigment is an additive for showing the lane on the road surface and can be colored by selecting a necessary color, and white, yellow and blue are generally used. The content of the pigment is preferably 1 to 5 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the polyamide resin. If the content is less than 1 part by weight, color is not exhibited when the composition is colored on the road, There is a fear that the viscosity of the entire composition increases and the physical properties may deteriorate.

The ergothioneine preferably comprises 0.5 to 5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the polyamide resin, and improves the durability of the entire composition.

본 발명의 다른 측면은 (a) 소지면을 전처리하는 전처리단계;According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided an image processing method comprising the steps of: (a) pre-processing a substrate;

(b) 상기 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 차선노면표시용 조성물을 전처리된 소지면에 도포하는 도포단계;를 포함하는 차선노면표시용 조성물을 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다.(b) applying the composition for lane road surface display according to any one of the above (1) to (3) to a pretreated road surface, and a method of applying the composition using the composition for lane road surface display.

The step (a) of pretreating the base paper is a step of arranging the surface so that impurities do not exist on the base paper.

Since the curing time is as short as several minutes as the construction method using the composition for lane road surface display, the construction method can shorten the work space and reduce the labor cost, thereby exhibiting an excellent effect in improving the economical efficiency and the construction efficiency.
