Description

천장용 판넬의 구조체{Panel for ceiling}{Panel for ceiling}

[0001] The present invention relates to a structure of a ceiling panel, and more particularly to a ceiling panel having a sound absorbing body which generates vibration by a sound wave and a sound absorbing plate for absorbing sound waves flowing into the panel body, ≪ / RTI >

Generally, in a residential space such as an apartment and a villa, a residential space such as an apartment building or an office building or a commercial building, a metal panel is often used for a ceiling, and such a metal panel has excellent weatherability, There is no usefulness.

The metal panel is installed on the ceiling with a gap on the ceiling. The clip bar is fixed to the lower part of the caring, and both ends of the metal panel are fixed to the lower part of the clip bar to close the ceiling of the building.

However, the above-mentioned apartment houses, office buildings, and commercial buildings are transmitted to the upper floors of the lower floors and the downstairs of the upper floors to obstruct the activities in the floors and residential spaces.

In order to overcome these obstacles, we have applied lightweight foamed concrete on the reinforced concrete slab on the bottom and finished with cement mortar or artificial stone mortar. Although these lightweight foamed concrete are responsible for attenuating the noise to some extent, There has been a problem in that noise generated due to lightweight impact and heavy impact and noise generated in the room can not be properly treated.

In order to solve such a problem, various types of through holes are formed in the ceiling panel so as to allow noise to pass therethrough, thereby eliminating noise or installing various types of sound absorbing means on the ceiling to absorb noise. However, The installation efficiency of the ceiling panel is not easy due to the size of the sound-absorbing means, and the operation efficiency is also difficult.

As described above, according to the present invention, the sound wave introduced into the receiving portion is attenuated by the vibration of the sound absorbing body, and the sound absorbing efficiency is improved by absorbing the sound waves passing through the receiving portion.

Further, the binder for bonding the sound absorbing body and the sound absorbing plate prevents the mutual shrinkage from occurring, so that the sound absorbing plate and the sound absorbing body can be provided with the sound absorbing function owing to the binder component.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a preferred embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a ceiling according to the present invention. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a ceiling To the structure of the panel.

To this end, the present invention comprises a panel 10 for closing the ceiling of a building, a sound absorbing body 20 seated on the panel body 10, and a sound absorbing panel 30 as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 Loses.

The panel body 10 is formed in the form of a metal plate on which a sound absorbing body 20 and a sound absorbing plate 30 can be seated, in which an inlet portion 11 protruded outward is formed so as to be inserted into a clip bar provided on a ceiling, do.

A plurality of through holes 13 through which sound waves such as noise pass are formed in the panel body 10 so that the noise generated in the room flows onto the panel body 10 through the through holes 13.

The through-hole 13 may be formed in various forms in consideration of the beauty of the ceiling panel, and the reference numeral h is a groove portion which is drawn into the clip bar and fixes the panel body 10. [

The sound absorbing body 20 is made of a material selected from the group consisting of aluminum, stainless steel, iron, copper and zinc, (21) is formed on the upper surface of the panel body (10).

The receiving part 21 may be formed in various shapes as long as it can accommodate the through hole 13 such as a circle and a polygon.

That is, the sound absorbing body 20 can not escape into the through hole 13 in a state where the sound wave introduced through the through hole 13 is collected in the receiving portion 21, The sound waves are rubbed on the surface of the sound absorbing body 20 to cause the vibration of the sound absorbing body 20 and the sound waves flowing into the receiving portion 21 are attenuated by the vibration of the sound absorbing body 20,

The thickness of the sound absorbing body 20 compressed and machined so as to generate the vibration of the sound absorbing body 20 by sound waves is about 0.1 to 1 mm, and the thickness of the sound absorbing body 20 When the sound absorbing body 20 is machined to have a thickness of a predetermined thickness, the width of vibration due to the sound waves is maximized and the sound absorbing efficiency is optimized.

Meanwhile, the sound absorbing body 20 is formed with a through hole 25 which is irregularly arranged on each wall surface forming the receiving portion 21.

The diameter of the through hole 25 is 0.5 to 2 mm and the opening ratio of each wall surface forming the receiving portion 21 is about 10 to 20% so that the air passing through the through hole 25 is viscous, The conversion into heat energy is facilitated and the sound absorption performance is further improved.

The sound absorbing plate 30 is configured to absorb the sound waves passing through the receiving portion 21 to the upper side of the sound absorbing body 20 together with the sound absorbing body 20.

The sound absorbing panel 30 is made of any one of a heavy fiber board, a fibrous nonwoven fabric, a glass fiber nonwoven fabric, and a glass cloth. The heavy fiber board is a fibrous board prepared by removing impurities from wood fibers and then making pulp by adding an adhesive, a preservative, It is estimated that the sound absorption efficiency is good due to the structure.

In addition, the fiber nonwoven fabric and the glass fiber nonwoven fabric are self-fusing type and are dense pores, and they are the most widely used sound-absorbing material as a sound-absorbing property, a heat-insulating property, and a property resistant to moisture.

Glass cloth is made by woven glass fiber filament yarn excellent in heat resistance, high tensile strength and sound absorption power, and has excellent sound absorption power.

As shown in FIG. 5, a sound-absorbing layer 31 made of glass wool is further formed below the sound-absorbing plate 30, and the glass wool is formed into a plurality of layers by drawing a glass having a low melting point, The sound waves introduced into the accommodating portion 21 together with the sound absorbing plate 30 are effectively absorbed by the overlapped structure.

It is preferable that the receiving portion 21 of the sound absorbing body 20 be formed in a honeycomb shape and that the shape of the sound absorbing plate 30 can be uniformly received and the shape thereof can be maintained, The sound waves are uniformly rubbed and the width of vibration caused by the sound wave is uniformly generated, thereby improving the sound absorption efficiency.

6, the sound absorbing body 20 is formed with a plurality of fixing portions 23 projecting to both sides so that the fixing portion 23 is grounded to the inside of the inlet portion 11 of the panel body 10 .

A plurality of fixing grooves 12 extending in the vertical direction are formed on the inner side of the inlet portion 11 and a plurality of fixing portions 23 protruding on both sides of the sound absorbing body 20 are formed, 23 are drawn into the fixing grooves 12 so that the sound absorbing body 20 is fixed on the panel body 10.

That is, the sound absorbing body 20 is formed to have a relatively small thickness so as to generate vibration by sound waves, so that the sound absorbing body 20, which is seated on the panel body 10 by external force due to the fixing groove 12 and the fixing portion 23 And the shape and position of the first and second light emitting elements are prevented from being deformed.

Meanwhile, since the binder is immersed in the sound absorbing plate 30 to bond the sound absorbing body 20 to the sound absorbing plate 30, the shape of the sound absorbing plate 30 and the sound absorbing body 20 can be fixed while preventing the mutual shrinkage due to the adhesive force.

The binder comprises 70 to 75% by weight of an acrylic binder, 10 to 15% by weight of a flame retardant, 7 to 12% by weight of a silane coupling agent and 5 to 10% by weight of a fluorine-containing water repellent agent.

When the acrylic binder has a function as a binder and is adhered and hardened, the acrylic binder can be provided with a sound absorption function in addition to the sound absorption plate 30 and the sound absorption body 20.

In addition, the flame retardant dilutes the concentration of materials capable of burning on the gas among the components constituting the binder, and significantly reduces the amount of smoke released during combustion, so that sufficient adhesion to high temperature or high temperature can be exhibited.

The silane coupling agent improves the adhesive strength and viscosity of the binder, and thus has an excellent adhesive strength between the sound-absorbing plate 30 and the sound-absorbing body 20, while improving the productivity by efficiently performing the bonding process.

Even if condensation water is generated due to a temperature difference between the fluorine water repellent agent and the outside, rapid water repellency can be achieved and the adhesive force can always be maintained.

Also, 1 to 5 parts by weight of an eco-friendly substance mixed with at least one member selected from the group consisting of charcoal powder, tourmaline powder and loess powder is mixed with 100 parts by weight of the binder, and the eco- When used as a binder for a panel for use, anion which is beneficial to the human body is released, so that effects such as antibacterial and moisture can be achieved.
