Claims (10)

할피된 은면혁을 탈모하는 탈모단계;
상기 탈모단계를 통해 탈모된 은면혁을 효해하는 효해단계;
상기 효해단계를 통해 효해된 은면혁을 탄닝하는 탄닝단계;
상기 탄닝단계를 통해 탄닝된 은면혁을 가지제 수용액에 함침하는 가지제처리단계; 및
상기 가지제처리단계를 통해 가지제가 처리된 은면혁의 표면에 코팅제를 코팅하는 코팅단계;로 이루어지며,
상기 탄닝단계는 상기 효해단계를 통해 효해된 은면혁 100 중량부에 미모사로 이루어진 탄닝제 25 내지 28 중량부를 혼합하여 이루어지고,
상기 가지제 수용액은 정제수 100 중량부 및 아류산화 가지제 4 내지 8 중량부로 이루어지며,
상기 코팅단계는 상기 가지제처리단계를 통해 가지제가 처리된 은면혁 100 중량부에 옻으로 이루어진 코팅제 0.5 내지 0.9 중량부를 코팅하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 보호커버용 가죽의 제조방법.
