Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a wastewater sludge fast sedimentation measuring apparatus, and more particularly, to a wastewater sludge fast sedimentation measuring apparatus for indirectly measuring the state of a flocculating sludge or a microorganism in aeration tank by predicting a solid-liquid separation process used for wastewater treatment.
With the development of the industry, the water quality of rivers is getting polluted every day. In particular, water pollution is more serious because of the sewage generated by human activities, which are rich in organic substances, suspended matter, nitrogen and phosphorus. It is becoming.
On the other hand, as the development of industrial technology and the improvement of living standards have increased the interest in environmental pollution, regulations on emission of various pollutants are becoming more strict. As a result, many efforts have been made to improve the quality of the polluted water, and the water quality of the river has been gradually improved due to the intensive investment during that time. Prior to this, it is necessary to positively prevent the contamination of river water, which is a drinking water source and a living water source, for efficient management of water resources. For this purpose, the treatment efficiency of sewage or wastewater treatment plant is very important, and the treatment process in the wastewater treatment plant is as follows.
The treated water flowing into the sewage or wastewater treatment plant is discharged after sequentially passing through the gypsum, the initial settling tank, the aeration tank, the final settling tank, and the disinfection facility.
In the tidal flat, materials with a relatively large specific gravity such as soil and sand introduced along with the water to be treated are settled, and materials such as plastics and bottles are filtered by the screen. In the first settling tank, Precipitation solids precipitate as they stay.
Also, in the aeration tank, aerobic microorganisms are cultured and coagulated with nutrients of organic substances in the treated water by sufficient air supplied from a blower or the like to form flocs, which is also called a bioreactor. In the final settling tank, Time. In this process, the activated sludge, which is liable to precipitate, is settled and a part is returned to the aeration tank, the excess sludge is sent to the concentration tank, and the clean supersonic water is discharged.
각 폭기조에서 생물학적 반응에 의한 처리 과정이 적절히 이루어지고 있는가를 계속적으로 살펴 보기 위해서는 폭기조에서 처리 중인 처리수의 MLDO(Mixed Liquor Dissolved Oxygen), MLSS(Mixed Liquor Suspeded Solid), pH, SV30(Sludge Volume), 수온, SVI(Sludge Volume Index) 등을 주기적으로 분석, 기록 및 관리하여야 한다.The most important step in the treatment of the water to be treated through the series of processes as described above is to set at least one to at most about 3 to 8 in accordance with the amount of the water to be treated so that floc by aerobic microorganism culture floc) is formed. (MLDO), Mixed Liquor Suspended Solid (MLSS), pH, SV30 (Sludge Volume), and Sludge Volume (MLDO) of the treated water in the aeration tank were continuously examined to see if the biological reaction was properly performed in each aeration tank. Water temperature, Sludge Volume Index (SVI), etc. should be periodically analyzed, recorded and managed.
Here, MLDO is the amount of oxygen dissolved in the treated water in the aeration tank, MLSS is the amount of suspended matters contained in the treated water in the aeration tank, and SV30 is the amount of activated sludge contained in the treated water when 1 liter of treated water in the aeration tank is left for 30 minutes. The volume percentage of sedimented activated sludge, SVI, is the volume index of sludge (SVI = SV30 / MLSS × 1000) that is occupied by 1 g of precipitated solids.
On the other hand, in order to analyze the treated water in the aeration tank, it is necessary to measure various measured values as described above. In the case of SV30, since the driver directly measures with the naked eye, not only the accuracy is low, but also manpower and time There is a lot of trouble. In addition, when the wastewater treatment facility has a large amount of inflow, or when the inflow amount of wastewater is excess (for example, summer), as well as the inflow amount decreases during the winter or drought, when the inflow is excessively large There was a problem that it was difficult to measure in real time.
In order to solve such a problem, a sedimentation rate analyzing apparatus such as Korean Patent No. 10-1131500 has been developed, however, it takes several minutes to several tens of minutes to analyze the sedimentation rate, a separate scrubbing apparatus is required, There is a problem that it is difficult to perform monitoring in real time because many parts are required in production because of complicated addition.

When the inside of the
After the sedimentation speed of the sludge is measured, the sludge stored in the

Example
In the apparatus for measuring high-speed sedimentation of wastewater sludge according to the present invention, a white LED lamp having an output voltage of 2.5 V is used as a light source, and the
In order to confirm the degree of irradiation and measurement of the light, a wastewater sludge fast precipitation measuring apparatus was installed as shown in FIG. 4, and then the measurement was carried out by the following six methods.
1. Direct reaction

A white LED and a
As can be seen from the above Table 1, the value received by the

A white LED and a
As can be seen from the above-mentioned Table 2, when there is water in the measuring

In the SV30 measurement of sludge, more than 230 mL did not sink in about 20 minutes and caused the color of the supernatant after sedimentation of sludge, but it did not affect the measurement of light irradiation. If the interface is not accurate, the measured value of the supernatant is low but within a certain range. The reason why the negative value of the consolidated sludge layer after the completion of the SV30 measurement is the mV value range It is preferable to measure the measured value as 0 V (DC).
5. Measurement of intensity of light source
When the light source voltage of the white LED is raised from 2.5V to 3V, it is measured by direct reaction, 0.4V (DC) in air and water, but not more than 0.3V (DC) in the sludge filtrate. Accordingly, it can be seen that the value measured by the
