TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a construction method and structure for interlayer noise isolation in a multi-story building, in particular, an apartment, and more particularly, to an interlayer noise insulation using an inexpensive sponge excellent in sound absorption function.
For this purpose, a large number of cells are installed on the ceiling of the lower layer that divides the upper layer and the lower layer, and the vibration noise caused by the impact transmitted from the bottom surface of the upper layer is directly absorbed from the ceiling of the lower layer by attaching a sponge The vibration noise passing through the sponge for sound absorption can be made sound by the buffer by the vinyl paper as well as the vinyl paper for the sound insulation and buffering is made to be able to be sounded by the flexibility of the vinyl paper. The vibration energy can be absorbed and the sound can be sounded.
In addition, the sponge for sound absorption is made to be laminated with the vinyl paper for sound insulation so as to repeatedly perform sound absorption and sound insulation, so that the noise between desired layers can be removed to a desired degree.
In addition, the thickness and density of the sponge are varied according to the use of the floor layer separating the layers from each other when the sponge and the vinyl paper are laminated together, so that the construction of the floor layer dividing the floor can be adapted to the specification of the interlayer noise.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a construction method and structure for interlayer noise isolation in a multi-story building, in particular, an apartment, and more particularly, to an interlayer noise insulation using an inexpensive sponge excellent in sound absorption function.
As a construction method for blocking the interlayer noise of the present apartment, a sound insulating
Therefore, in order to prevent noise between the layers, it depends on 30 mm of the
However, the noise in the floor is transmitted to the lower layer by the vibration noise due to the impact in the upper layer. The sound insulating material made of only a simple buffer means has no means of absorbing the noise due to the vibration generated by the impact. It is transmitted to the lower layer through the periphery.
Therefore, it is necessary to use a sound absorbing material to block the noise between layers to some extent. The material for such sound absorption should have a structure of numerous cells and have flexibility, which can not be implemented on the floor of the upper layer of the structure of the apartment.
The reason for this is that the floor of the upper layer should be free of puffiness even by a large load and maintain the hardness and strength for maintaining a constant level of flatness.
In addition, the bottom surface of the upper layer is provided with a thermal insulation material (a pyrochlore layer in the present invention) or a heating coil for heating the floor, so that the smoothness of the bottom surface of the upper layer must be maintained in a certain degree of hardness and strength.
Therefore, when the sound absorbing material has a certain hardness or strength, the vibration of the shock is transmitted due to such hardness and strength, so that the effect of the actual sound absorption Can not be expected.
Therefore, most of the sound insulating material is made of rubber material for buffering, or a plurality of cells are mounted on the rubber material for sound absorption so that sound absorption is possible. However, even after using the sound insulating material having sound absorbing function, The mortar for covering the coil is formed, so that the impact generated in the upper layer is substantially transmitted to the lower layer.
In other words, even if the sound absorbing is made possible by providing a minute cell which is opened for sound absorption in a material having a certain hardness, the conventional method for constructing the heating coil of the bottom surface has a certain hardness or strength, The vibration is transmitted to the lower layer as it is.
Therefore, recently, the bottom surface of the upper floors has been floated by a certain distance, so that the vibrations generated from the floor surface of the floors of the upper floors are partially blocked from being directly transmitted from the floor to the lower floors, However, in order to take such a floating structure, a large number of supports are supported on the floor for dividing the floor, so that the support is closely contacted with the floor, and the vibration due to the impact is transmitted to the lower layer, It is impossible to block the noise of a desired level even if the construction cost is high.
Therefore, there has been a lot of efforts to eliminate the noise between these layers due to the occurrence of many unexpected faults.
Accordingly, in order to solve such a problem, the present invention provides an inexpensive and reliable way to block the interlayer noise transmitted to the lower layer, while reducing the worry about the interlayer noise without additional construction in the upper layer.
To this end, in the present invention, a plurality of cells are provided on the ceiling of the lower layer that divides the upper layer and the lower layer, and the vibration noise due to the shock transmitted from the floor of the upper layer is attached to the lower layer It is a direct sound absorption from the ceiling.
The sponge having such a sound absorbing function can be made to join the vinyl paper for sound insulation and buffering so that the vibration noise passing through the sponge for sound absorption can be sounded by buffering by the vinyl paper, It makes the sound insulation possible by buffering the vibration energy.
Further, the sponge for sound absorption is made to be laminated with the vinyl paper for sound insulation so that the sound absorption, the sound insulation and the sound absorption are repeatedly performed, so that the noise between desired layers can be removed to a desired degree.
In addition, the thickness and density of the sponge are varied according to the use of the floor layer separating the layers from each other when the sponge and the vinyl paper are laminated together, so that the construction of the floor layer dividing the floor can be adapted to the specification of the interlayer noise.
In addition, when the sponge and the vinyl paper are joined together in pieces, the sponge and the vinyl paper are clogged so that the joint portion is clogged, and when the sponge is laminated in multiple layers, So that it is possible to provide ease of construction.
In case of laminating with a piece, the vinyl paper and the sponge may be laminated, that is, in the form of a cartridge, and then they may be adhered to the ceiling so that the joint portion is clogged, and then fixed with a separate fitting.
Therefore, the construction of the interlayer noise is performed by using a sponge having excellent sound absorption in the ceiling of the lower layer, so that the vibration noise generated in the floor of the upper layer can be blocked from the ceiling of the lower layer immediately, Sound absorption and sound insulation are buffered by using sponge and vinyl paper, so that the effect of sound absorption and sound insulation is economically excellent.
These sponges and vinyl paper can be variously varied depending on the change in thickness and density, or the thickness of the floor layer for partitioning the floor due to the laminated structure in multiple layers or the construction structure used in the construction of the floor heating or the thickness thereof It is possible to uniformly block the interlayer noise constantly even in different structures of the floor layer which divides the different layers.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 10 illustrates a construction procedure for interrupting the interlayer noise of the present invention. In the construction procedure for interrupting the interlayer noise in the present invention, first, the construction structure of the floor heating is identified on the floor of the upper floor, .
Then, the thickness and density of the
In the present invention, since the legal specification of current interlaminar noise is 40 dB, it is intended to explain based on this rule.
The
Such an attachment can be made by using a material which is harmless to the human body when using an adhesive, or by using foamed concrete to be sprayed.
Tightly attaching the
At this time, when the
In this state, after the
In this case, the stationary element can be most firmly fixed by placing it on the ceiling in a lattice pattern. Such a stationary element 30 can be used as an assembly structure using plastic or by using wood, Is not limited to the object of the present invention, and it is possible to use various kinds of materials and forms as the fixing element 30. [
The
Therefore, the thickness of the
In addition, the
However, if the
When another
The
The laminated structure is composed of a sound insulating material installed on the bottom surface of the upper layer of the
Such a laminated structure may be wrapped with a cover paper 40 such as a sponge, a vinyl sheet or another sponge, or a ventilated fabric such as a sponge, a vinyl sheet, another sponge and another vinyl sheet It is possible to provide ease of construction by using the cartridge in the form of one cartridge.
The
In addition, when the
In addition, the fixing elements 30 used for firm fixing in the ceiling in the lapped state can be of various structures or materials.
Considering that it is not convenient to attach one sponge to the ceiling, when the sponge and the vinyl paper are made to be joined together as shown in FIGS. 8 to 10, the joints of the respective pieces of the sponge and the vinyl paper So that they are staggered so that they are not exposed.
At this time, the overlapping
In addition, as shown in FIG. 10, the
