Claims (4)

팩트형 화장품의 액체 화장액 충진방법에 있어서,
용기본체에 액체 상태의 화장액을 일부 충입하는 제1공정과;
상기 제1공정에 의해 일정한 화장액이 충입되어 있는 용기본체에 발포되어 이루어진 패드를 넣는 패드공급공정과;
상기 패드공급공정에 의해 용기본체 내부에 설치된 패드를 화장액 저장된 탱크와 일체로 구비된 노즐로 가압하는 흡착준비공정과;
상기 흡착준비공정에 의해 패드를 가압한 상태에서 액체상태의 화장액을 노즐을 통해 일정시간 공급한 후 패드를 가압하고 있는 노즐을 일정간격 상부로 이동시키고 다시 화장액을 노즐을 통해 공급하는 것을 수회 반복하는 화장액 공급공정 순으로 화장액을 팩트형 화장품의 용기 본체에 충진하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팩트형 화장품의 액체 화장액 충진방법.
