SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention, which is devised to solve the problems described above, to prevent a valve and a fitting member from being disengaged by a branch swing when a fastening portion connected to a valve is separated or replaced, And to prevent the fitting member from being loosened due to shaking of the pipe due to vibration of the apparatus.
