상기 고정구(100)는 중앙에 결합공(101)이 형성되도록 제1몸체(102)와 제2몸체(103)를 원통형으로 되어 있으며, 상기 제1몸체(102)와 제2몸체(103)는 탄성부(104)에 의하여 탄성적으로 연결되고, 상기 제1몸체(102)와 제2몸체(103)의 일단부에는 고정홈(105)과 플랜지(106)가 연속적으로 형성되며,
상기 중심봉(40)의 단부에는 내향턱(41)을 형성하여 상기 고정구(100)의 고정홈(105)에 고정될 수 있도록 하고,
상기 고정핀(110)은 상기 힌지(50)의 중앙공(52)을 통하여 상기 고정구(100)의 결합공(101)에 삽입될 수 있도록 함과 동시에,
