Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a heating mat and a floor heating system, in which the temperature of the mat or floor changes sequentially when the mat is manufactured or the floor heating is applied to make the sleepers ' Heating system.
In the sleep, the two-dimensional heat is recognized as necessary to keep the human body healthy, and in order to generate the two-dimensional heat state by the heat-generating mat, the utility model publication 20-2011-0001891 (design name: ) (Hereinafter referred to as "prior art").
1 is a circuit diagram for explaining the configuration of the prior art.
As shown in FIG. 1, in the prior art, the low-temperature heating line 4 in which the heating line is slightly disposed in the mat main body 6 and the high-temperature heating line 5 in which the heating line is arranged tightly are separately formed, And the region was generated differentially.
However, there is a discomfort to the use of such a mattress because the temperature of the mattress suddenly changes around the specific boundary, for example, the mattress is felt too hot, while the other mattress becomes too cold.
In order to eliminate such inconvenience, there may be a method in which the arrangement of the heating wire on the mat does not change abruptly, that is, the change in the density of the heating wire is made linear. However, In order to adjust the density of the heating line on the mat, it is necessary to vary the density of the heating line.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a heat-generating mat for allowing a user to feel warm and comfortable while allowing the temperature change to be small, And a technique for manufacturing such a heat-generating mat is applied to floor heating.

According to the above-mentioned problems and solutions, it is possible to make the sleeping person sleep comfortably by preventing the temperature change from being abruptly generated in forming the heat generating mat of the two-dimensional heat. Also, the heating elements of the heating mat can be conveniently manufactured and installed by selectively inserting the heating elements into an inserting portion formed by a quilting line formed at regular intervals. Further, according to the present invention, when the floor heating system is formed, not only the effect of the two-row heating can be obtained, but also the trouble can be easily repaired .
In addition, by maximizing the adiabatic effect, the power consumption can be drastically reduced, and a large amount of sweating can be achieved without feeling hot, so that an effect of sweating can be obtained.

2 is a configuration diagram of a quilting structure for explaining an embodiment of the present invention.
The
Further, the interval between the quilting line and the quilting line is uniformly formed at intervals of 1 cm to 2 cm, preferably 1/2 inch (1.27 cm) apart, in order to prevent the carbon filament heating element from flowing. Since the quilting lines are formed at uniform intervals, the operator can conveniently form the
3 is a circuit diagram showing the arrangement of the heating lines of the present invention.
The heating line shown in Fig. 3 is disposed on the heating mat of the present invention. The arrangement of the heating line is made up of a first basic degree-of-
In FIG. 3, the arrangement of the heating lines in the high temperature portion, the middle temperature portion and the low temperature portion of the first and second basic degree gap portions is parallel to the quilting structure, and the middle temperature portion is arranged more tightly than the low temperature portion.
In order to ensure accurate temperature control and to make it convenient for manufacturing, the high temperature portion of the first basic degree interval portion has the same basic arrangement as the heating line of the high temperature portion of the second basic degree interval portion, It is preferable that the low temperature portion of the first basic degree interval portion be the same as the arrangement of the heating wire of the warm temperature portion of the second basic degree interval portion, similarly to the arrangement of the heating wire of the middle temperature portion of the interval portion.
Also, in the present invention, the temperature at which the heating element of the heating mat is heated is controlled by two
The
It is preferable that the temperature sensor 33 is installed at the center of the middle temperature portion of the first basic
In this way, the
The heat generating mat illustrated in FIG. 3 has a structure in which the first basic
Such arrangement of the heating elements can be easily accomplished by inserting the heating wire into the heating element insertion portion formed by quilting lines of the quilting structure formed at equal intervals and by selecting a desired interval. Therefore, even a non-expert can easily work, Allows you to select the temperature of the body part properly.
