Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a display device and a method of executing a hyperlink using the display device. More particularly, the present invention relates to a display device that recognizes a voice of a user and performs a control command, and a method of executing the hyperlink.
2. Description of the Related Art As display devices have become increasingly multifunctional and sophisticated in recent years, various input methods for controlling display devices have been developed. For example, an input method using a mouse, an input method using a touch pad, and an input method using a motion sensing remote control have been developed.
Particularly, among the various input methods, a voice recognition method for controlling a display device by recognizing a voice of a user in order to control the display device more easily is attracting attention.
However, in the case of controlling the display device by recognizing the voice uttered by the user, it is often the case that 100% satisfactory results are not obtained due to differences in mouth structure and pronunciation.
When the speech recognition apparatus misrecognizes a speech uttered by a user, a problem arises that the user can not control the display apparatus in a desired direction.
In particular, there is a problem in that commands for executing various hyperlinks in a non-predefined situation, such as browsing an arbitrary web page, are difficult to be controlled by a speech recognition method.
