Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a lighting panel for a building, and more particularly, to a lighting panel used as indoor and outdoor finishing materials, and a lighting panel used for indoor and outdoor wall lighting or floor lighting.
Today, various panel materials are being used as indoor and outdoor finishes for architectural use. Among them, stone, wood, metal materials, synthetic resin materials, or composite materials thereof are used. Traditionally, architectural panels have been emphasized on insulation, soundproofing and safety. However, in recent years, a variety of technologies have been merging with each other, resulting in a tendency to emphasize aesthetic functions. A typical example of such a trend is a lighting panel combined with a lighting and a building panel.
Light panels are known as the simplest type of illumination panels (Prior Art 1). A light guide plate is prepared in a certain frame having a front panel, and an LED lamp is arranged on the side of the light guide plate to complete the lighting device. Generally, according to this conventional technology, it is common to attach a color printout to the front panel in order to implement an aesthetic function. At this time, a grid-like or dot-like pattern is formed on the back surface of the light guide plate at regular intervals in order to transmit light. However, this prior art 1 has a problem that it is not possible to display various textures on the front panel and it is difficult to apply the front panel to various materials such as stone or wood.
There has been an attempt to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art 1 and to provide a lighting function to a panel composed of various materials. One of them is a lighting panel technique in which a hole is drilled in a plate material such as stone or wood, and then an LED lamp is inserted into the hole, or an optical fiber is inserted (Prior art 2). However, in the case of the conventional art 2, if the number of perforations formed on the panel is large and complicated, it is not easy to manufacture and construct.
The present invention has been completed for a long time in order to solve the above problems and the present invention has been completed.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a new architectural lighting panel in which a non-transparent material such as a stone, a wood, a metal material or the like is combined with a light guide plate, and a manufacturing method thereof.
The inventor of the present invention has studied and tried to fabricate an illumination panel by combining a light guide plate with a non-transparent plate-like material such as a stone or wood by combining the above-described conventional technique 1 and the conventional technique 2 described above. That is, a thin non-permeable sheet was formed by forming a pattern and a light guide plate was provided on the back surface. At this time, a grid line and a dot pattern are formed at regular intervals on the opposite side of the side where the non-transmissive thin plate and the light guide plate are in contact with each other. However, the perforated pattern (the first pattern) of the non-tarnish-free thin plate does not coincide with the lattice or the dot pattern (the second pattern) on the opposite side of the light guide plate, so that the amount of light reflected on the perforated portion formed on the non- As a result, a problem was found in which one portion of the first pattern was brighter and the other portion was less bright. Also, when looking at the side view of the non-tarnishing laminate, the light appeared to be faint.
Thus, it was concluded that securing a constant and improved light intensity through the perforated pattern of non-tarnish sheets could be optimized for architectural lighting panels simply because the use of light guide plates on non-tarnish sheets was not sufficient.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description of the present invention, a detailed description of known functions and configurations incorporated herein will be omitted when it may obscure the subject matter of the present invention.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Fig. 1 is a schematic view showing a structural example of a lighting panel for a building according to the present invention; Fig. The architectural lighting panel 1 includes a structure in which the
The first pattern forming the
In the present invention, the
The
The shape of the
The
2 and 3 show more specifically the relationship between the
The first pattern of the
The etching depth D of the
In the method of manufacturing the architectural lighting panel of the present invention, the connection between the
When power is applied to the
The lighting panel 1 for construction shown in Fig. 1 is made of one module and can be further strengthened as a construction finishing material by connecting them laterally or by constructing them later. For example, the
Another embodiment of the present invention >
1. A reflective sheet can be attached to the back of the
2. Fig. 4 proposes another embodiment of the present invention. The structure between the
3. In the internal structure of the
4. As described above, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the etching depth D of the patterned
5. The technical idea of the present invention is that the
The scope of protection of the present invention is not limited to the description and the expression of the embodiments explicitly described in the foregoing. It is again to be understood that the present invention is not limited by the modifications or substitutions that are obvious to those skilled in the art.
