Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a waste communication cable emulsification apparatus and a method thereof, and more particularly, to an apparatus and a method for emulsifying a waste communication cable, and more particularly, to an apparatus and a method for emulsifying a waste communication cable by melting a wire covering at an appropriate temperature, And more particularly, to a waste communication cable emulsification apparatus and method for reducing waste generation and regenerating oil.
As the use of electric wire increases, the amount of waste wire generated at the time of replacing electric wire or communication cable is also increased at the same time, so that the electric power of the waste wire Processing is emerging as a new problem.
However, in the case of a waste cable or a waste communication cable, the collection is not easy and the method of treating the waste is also more difficult than the treatment of other industrial wastes.
Until now, the waste wires from various industrial sites have been collected mainly to obtain economic benefits for individuals, stables, or businesses. The collected wires are made of polyethylene (PE), which is economically valuable, There is a problem in that it is separated from a cover made of resin or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin and reused or otherwise classified as garbage and discarded indiscriminately.
When the waste wire is recycled or buried after being properly discarded without proper disposal, a wire of copper material is embedded in the inside, and a polyethylene resin and a polyvinyl chloride resin which are not decomposed even after a long time on the outer surface of the copper material There is a problem that soil is contaminated because it is wrapped.
Generally, the communication cable is composed of several tens to several hundreds of thin copper wires of 0.4 to 0.9 mm covered with synthetic resin polyethylene wrapped in a jacket made of aluminum and synthetic resin.
There are three main ways of recycling waste wires in general. First, there is a method of reusing copper only by incineration of the waste wire, secondly, a method of reusing the copper wire and the cloth by mechanically or electrically cutting the waste wire, and thirdly, And dissolving it to recycle it.
However, all of these methods have their disadvantages. The first method is incineration, so it is necessary to post-treat it with the generation of harmful gas due to the incineration of chemical substances. It is impossible to recycle polyethylene as a covering material, Only copper or aluminum can be reused. The second method is ineffective in the processing of fine waste wire below a certain thickness in the process, and there is a problem that the recovery rate of copper is lowered due to the loss of particulate matter accompanying the waste insulating material. The third method requires chemical treatment, so there is a problem in that the recovery rate such as the problem of reprocessing at the time of recycling of polyethylene is reduced.
Particularly, there is a method of cutting waste wire and mechanically or electrically separating copper wire and cloth for reuse. This method is problematic in that it is not easy to use when wax is present in a communication cable.
In many cases, communication cables are usually coated with a wax-like oil on the outer surface of a cable in order to enhance insulation performance and to prevent infiltration of fine dust or the like. When a method of cutting such a communication cable and separating a copper wire and a cloth is used Because of the wax-like oil, the sheaths and copper wires of the cut wires become clumped together, making it difficult to separate the sheaths and copper wires.
In this case, in order to separate the cloth and copper wires, it is necessary to add a process of removing the wax attached to them again. Since the wax is usually removed by using chemical products, the process is complicated and the environment is not very good There is a problem.

According to the present invention, since the sheath of the closed communication cable is melted and removed at an appropriate temperature, there is an advantage that a superior oxidation of unoxidized copper can be obtained.
In addition, according to the present invention, since the waste communication cable is melted and vaporized without burning the coating, there is an advantage that the amount of the secondary waste can be relatively reduced.

Like reference symbols in the drawings denote like elements.
In order to pyrolyze the waste plastic, it is necessary to pyrolyze and decompose the waste plastic in a pyrolysis furnace heated by a heater or in an agitation furnace, and to cool and condense the pyrolysis gas in a cooler.
In the case of waste communication cables, unlike pyrolysis of general waste plastics, there is a copper wire in the cable, which has the additional purpose of being recycled separately. The closed communication cable is characterized in that a plurality of copper wires are located in one cable, each wire is coated with a coating, and a wax-shaped oil is applied between the wires. Thus, there is a need to remove wax-like oil applied between each wire jacket, remove wire jackets, and finally collect the copper wire for recycling.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to remove the wax-shaped oil from the waste communication cable, remove the wire covering, collect the copper wire and recycle it, We suggest a method.

The
The

Therefore, the waste communication cable emulsification apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention has a waste communication
The closed communication
The apparatus for emulsifying the waste communication cable according to the embodiment of the present invention is configured such that the

Referring to FIG. 3, the
A method of treating the waste communication cable emulsification according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described. The waste communication cable emulsification treatment method according to the embodiment of the present invention is characterized in that not only wax-like oil applied to the waste communication cable and the wire covering made of the PE material are removed to collect the copper wire, It can be heated and vaporized and then cooled and condensed to make oil or regeneration oil.
First, the waste communication cable is placed in the longitudinal direction in the stirring
Next, the waste communication cable is heated to 120 to 160 degrees Celsius to remove the oil applied to the waste communication cable. Since the waste communication cable is heated in the vertical position, when the
Next, the waste communication cable is heated to 230 to 280 degrees Celsius to melt and remove the sheath of the waste communication cable, and then heated to 330 to 370 degrees Celsius in the stirring
Finally, the vaporized gas is cooled and liquidized to produce regeneration oil.
In the waste communication cable emulation processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention, the waste communication cable fixing portion is rotated by 8 to 16 revolutions per minute in the stirring
