Claims (6)

발효를 위한 용기의 개구부에 결합되는 뚜껑부재에 있어서,
상기 개구부에 결합되어 용기의 내부에 연통되도록 연통공이 형성된 뚜껑, 상기 뚜껑의 연통공에 분리가능하게 결합되어 용기에서 발생된 가스의 배기를 푸시에 의해 단속하는 밸브부재를 포함하되,
상기 밸브부재는, 상기 뚜껑의 연통공에 결합되어 용기 내의 가스를 외부로 배기시키도록 밸브시트 및 배기공을 갖는 밸브케이싱, 상기 밸브시트를 개방하여 용기 내의 가스를 배기공으로 배기시키는 푸시밸브, 상기 푸시밸브를 작동시키도록 밸브로드로 연결된 푸시버튼, 상기 푸시밸브를 탄력적으로 복원시켜서 밸브시트를 폐쇄시키는 복원부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발효용기용 뚜껑부재.
