Claims (8)
- 농산물에서 캠필로박터 제주니(Campylobacter jejuni) 또는 캠필로박터 콜리(Campylobacter coli) 균주를 검출하기 위한 선택배지 조성물로, 상기 조성물은 혈액무첨가(blood-free) 볼튼 배지에 리팜피신(rifampicin) 및 술파메톡사졸(sulfamethoxazole)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 리팜피신은 1 mg/L 내지 50 mg/L 농도로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 술파메톡사졸은 6.25 mg/L 내지 100 mg/L 농도로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 시프로플록사신(ciprofloxacin)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 시프로플록사신은 0.1 mg/L 내지 1 mg/L 농도로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 조성물.

- 분쇄한 농산물 시료를 제1항의 선택배지 조성물에 배양하는 단계를 포함하는 농산물에서 캠필로박터 제주니(Campylobacter jejuni) 또는 캠필로박터 콜리(Campylobacter coli) 균주를 검출하는 방법.
