Generally, a sink is a kitchen furniture for storing various cooking utensils and dishes, and for washing dishes used. Such a sink comprises a cabinet having various storage spaces and a sink base plate covering the upper portion of the cabinet.

The upper surface of the upper plate body is generally made of wood. The upper surface of the upper plate body is attached to the front end of the upper plate body along the longitudinal direction. The upper surface of the upper plate body is made of wood or synthetic resin, Shaped bar. At this time, on both sides of the bottom surface of the upper plate main body, there are provided a pair of longitudinal bars attached along the longitudinal direction so as to be parallel to each other to fix the cabinet, and patterns of various patterns are printed on the outer side surfaces of the upper plate main body and the lateral bars Decorative sheet to produce products with various textures.

However, since the conventional upper plate of the sink requires the operator to attach the upper plate main body and the transverse bar, the manufacturing process is increased and the manufacturing time is increased, resulting in lower productivity and higher cost.

In addition, since the sink top plate main body is made of wood, it is deformed such as twisting due to moisture when it is used for a long period of time due to its material properties, thereby causing a gap with the cabinet

Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, the present inventor has proposed a sink top plate integrally extruded from a synthetic resin material by a top face body and a transverse bar, and has been provided with Korean Utility Model Registration No. 0163870. [ However, since the inside of the sink top plate is solidly filled, the cost of the product is increased due to a large amount of material, and the weight of the product is heavy.

On the other hand, there are cases where a top plate is manufactured using artificial marble or the like, but the price is high and harmful substances such as phthalate and glass fiber are contained in the artificial marble components, and processing problems arise in the case of replacement or disposal.

In addition, conventionally, when a surface material is adhered to a plywood wood using an oil-based adhesive and processed and assembled, harmful substances due to the adhesive are released, and the rear-back corner portion of the wood plate is rotten due to water infiltration. Respectively.

1 to 8, a top plate for a sink according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes:

A sink base plate coupled to a cabinet of a sink installed in a kitchen,

A first upper plate 110 in the form of a flat plate and having the portion of the transverse bar 130 bent rearwardly in the upward direction;

At least one second upper plate (120 ~ 123) adhered under the first upper plate (110);

And a third upper plate 131 adhered to the transverse bar 130 and vertically bonded to the second upper plates 120 through 123.

A resin layer 140 is formed by injecting resin into a hollow space in which the first upper plate 110, the second upper plates 120 to 123, and the third upper plate 131 are bonded.

The operation of the sink top plate according to the first embodiment of the present invention having such a configuration will now be described.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 8, the first upper plate 110 and the plurality of second upper plates 120 to 123 are attached in layers to form a flat plate, according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

The rear portion of the first upper plate 110 is bent at an angle of 90 degrees so that the portion of the lateral bar 130 is bent vertically in the upward direction. The first upper plate 110, which is a high-density panel, is easily bent when heat is applied, and hardens again at a room temperature. These high-density panels are environmentally friendly and harmless to the human body, made from paper pulp, and are advantageous because they are particularly harmless to the handicapped, the elderly, and children.

And it is inexpensive and easy to control the thickness and number of high-density panel, so it is convenient to adjust the shape and thickness of the top plate.
