도2는 본 발명이 일실시예에 따른 회전기계 진동량을 이용한 설비의 상태평가 방법에 따른 사용자 인터페이스의 화면.
Claims (4)
- 미리 설정된 복수개의 설비평가 규격정보 중 어느 하나의 설비평가 규격을 설정하는 규격설정단계와;
설정된 설비평가 규격에 기초하여 설비유형 정보를 입력받는 설비유형정보 입력단계와;
입력된 설비유형 정보에 기초한 회전수 선정규칙에 따라 복수개의 정격 회전수 리스트를 출력하는 출력단계와;
추출된 정격 회전수 리스트 중 어느 하나의 정격 회전수 정보와, 해당 설비의 진동정보를 입력받는 측정요소정보 입력단계와;
설정된 설비평가 규격과, 입력된 설비유형정보에 기초한 진동량 계산규칙에 따라 해당 설비의 정격회전수 별 진동정보를 분석하고, 분석된 결과에 따라 상기 설비의 상태정보값을 취득하는 분석단계; 및
취득된 상기 설비의 상태정보값에 기초하여 해당 설비의 상태를 판정하는 판정단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전기계 진동량을 이용한 설비의 상태평가 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 설정단계에서 설정된 상기 설비평가 규격정보가 베어링 진동평가이고, 상기 설비유형정보 입력단계에서 입력된 상기 설비의 유형정보가 미리 설정된 기준용량치를 초과하는 대형기계 및 중형기계인 경우,
상기 설비유형정보 입력단계 이후 강성지지조건 또는 유연지지조건 중 어느 하나의 지지조건을 입력받는 지지조건 입력단계를 더 포함하고,
상기 분석단계에서 입력된 상기 지지조건에 기초하여 정격회전수 별 진동정보를 분석하여 상기 설비의 상태정보값을 취득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전기계 진동량을 이용한 설비의 상태평가 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 설정단계에서 설정된 상기 설비평가 규격정보가 NEMA 진동평가 규격 또는 KS규격인 경우,
상기 분석단계에서 상기 측정요소정보 입력단계에서 입력받은 상기 정격 회전수 정보 및 상기 설비의 진동정보에 따라 상기 설비의 상태정보값을 취득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전기계 진동량을 이용한 설비의 상태평가 방법.
