상기의 바늘결합부재(1)와 주사기결합부재(2) 사이에 설치되는 필터(3)로 구성되고,;
상기 바늘결합부재(1)는 내주면에 걸림턱(14)을 가져서 걸림턱(14)에 상기 필터(3)가 재치되게 하며,
상기 걸림턱(14)은 걸림턱(14) 윗 표면 전체에 걸쳐 둥글게 형성된 환형의 오목부(15)를 가지며,
