Claims (3)
- 회전자의 회전에 의해 전기를 생산하는 발전기에 있어서,
상기 발전기는 케이스(1)와, 상기 케이스(1) 내에 형성되어 고정되는 코일(22)과, 상기 코일(22)의 중심에서 회전되는 회전자(21)를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 케이스(1) 내에는 입력축(5)이 형성되고, 상기 입력축(5)의 하부에는 캐리어(11)가 형성되며, 상기 캐리어(11)에는 유성기어(12)가 결합되고, 상기 유성기어(12)는 링기어(13)와 선기어(14)에 각각 치합되고, 상기 링기어(13)는 케이스(1)에 고정되되,
상기 캐리어(11)는 상판(11a)과 하판(11b)으로 나누어 구성되고, 상기 입력축(5)과 캐리어(11)는 핀(15)에 의해 고정 결합되어 있으며, 상기 선기어(14)는 회전자(21)와 결합되어, 상기 입력축(5)을 통해 입력된 회전력이 핀(15)을 통해 캐리어(11)로 전달되고, 상기 캐리어(11)로 전달된 동력은 유성기어(12)로 전달되며, 상기 유성기어(12)로 전달된 동력은 기어로 맞물려 있는 선기어(14)를 회전시켜 상기 선기어(14)와 결합된 회전자(21)를 회전시킴으로써 전기를 생산하게 됨으로써 유성기어(12)와 선기어(14) 및 링기어(13) 간에 강한 기어접촉에 따른 동력손실이 없고, 상기 유성기어(12)는 별도의 입력축과 직접적으로 체결되지 않아 링기어(13)와 선기어(14) 간에 셀프얼라이먼트(self-alignment)가 이루어지므로 동력전달이 부드럽게 이루어지는 것이 특징인 증속기 일체형 발전기.
