In addition, it should be noted that the attached drawings are only for easy understanding of the embodiments disclosed in the present specification, and should not be construed as limiting the technical idea disclosed in the present specification by the attached drawings.

The user interface according to the present invention can be applied to a mobile phone, a smart phone, a personal digital assistant (PDA), a portable multimedia player (PMP), navigation, a slate PC, a tablet PC and the like.

The present invention relates to a user interface and a shopping information providing method capable of providing shopping information on a home screen page of a mobile terminal and purchasing a product through the shopping information, and will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In the user interface according to the embodiment of the present invention, the shopping information itself can be used as the background image of the home screen page. That is, under the user interface according to the present invention, the background image of the home screen page may be shopping information.

Here, the home screen page may be displayed on the mobile terminal as an execution screen corresponding to a specific function (e.g., including all functions executable in the mobile terminal, such as a telephone function, a message function, an alarm function, It may mean basic screen information outputted on the display unit of the mobile terminal in a state in which the execution screen of the installed application is not outputted. That is, it can be understood that such a home screen page is output on the display unit of the mobile terminal in the " standby state ".

Here, the 'standby state' may mean a state in which an application or a specific function is not executed on the mobile terminal, and even if an application or a specific function is being executed, if it is not outputted on the display unit , Which can be expressed as a 'standby state'.

1, the user interface according to the present invention includes a control unit 100, a wireless communication unit 110, an output unit 120, a memory unit 130, and a new touch signal receiving unit 140. [ . ≪ / RTI >

Here, the control unit 100 may control the overall operation of the user interface according to the present invention. In particular, the control unit 100 according to the present invention can control the output unit 120 or control the home screen page such that the shopping information is output as the background image of the home screen page.

The wireless communication unit 110 may receive information from at least one external server or may transmit information to at least one external server. In a case where the wireless communication unit 110 receives or transmits information, that is, when performing wireless communication with an external server, the communication module (for example, A communication module, a short distance communication module, a wireless Internet module, a location information module, a broadcast receiving module, etc.) can be used. For example, the wireless communication unit 100 can receive information from an external server or transmit information through a wireless Internet module (for example, a Wi-Fi module) provided in a mobile terminal (not shown) .

More specifically, the wireless communication unit 110 can receive shopping information from an external server at real time or at predetermined intervals. Further, such shopping information may be received from an external server based on a user selection (e.g., a push & pull scheme). On the other hand, the received shopping information may be transmitted to other functional units utilizing the received shopping information.

Meanwhile, the received shopping information may be received differently depending on the wireless network connection state of the wireless communication unit 110 (or the wireless communication connection state of the mobile terminal). For example, when the mobile terminal is currently connected to the wi-fi network and when the mobile terminal is connected to the 3G or 4G network, the amount of data of the shopping information to be received may be different from each other.

Furthermore, the received shopping information may be received differently according to the tariff to which the mobile terminal is subscribed, that is, the tariff information. For example, if you are subscribed to a data unlimited plan and you are subscribed to a plan that has data usage restrictions, the amount of data in the shopping information you receive may vary.

Further, the received shopping information may vary according to the shopping grade of the user (for example, the membership level for the shopping mall). Also, the received shopping information may vary depending on the amount of money the user uses for shopping.

As described above, the shopping information can be variously provided according to characteristics of at least one of the user and the mobile terminal based on various criteria.

Next, the output unit 120 may output the home screen page on the display unit of the mobile terminal (not shown).

Here, a plurality of home screen pages may exist, and the output unit 120 may output any one of the plurality of home screen pages on the display unit. Whether or not which of the plurality of home screen pages will be output on the display unit can be determined by the user's choice. That is, the user can change any one of the home screen pages output to the display unit to another home screen page using the touch on the display unit. In this way, when a touch is applied to the display unit, the touch signal receiving unit 140 can receive the touch signal. The control unit 100 may control the output unit 120 to output another home screen page instead of the currently outputted home screen page based on the reception of the touch signal. In this way, even if the control unit 100 does not directly control the output unit 120, the output unit 120 can directly change the home screen page output to the display unit based on the touch signal.

On the other hand, when the home screen page is not output on the display unit and the home screen page is output, a home screen page that was lastly output on the display unit is output on the display unit, or a home screen page A page may be output.

Meanwhile, as described above, the user interface according to the present invention can output shopping information as at least one background image of the home screen pages. Furthermore, the user interface according to the present invention can output, to at least one of the home screen pages, user setting information that does not include shopping information as a background image. Here, the user setting information may include an icon or widget of the application selected by the user.

On the other hand, whether or not to provide the shopping information as a background image on a few home screen pages of the home screen pages can be determined by the user's choice. Alternatively, as another example, whether or not to provide shopping information as a background image on some of the home screen pages may be determined or changed based on information received from an external server.

Further, whether or not to provide shopping information as a background image on a few home screen pages of the home screen pages can be determined in advance by a provider providing an application according to the user interface according to the present invention. That is, whether or not to provide the shopping information as a background image on a few home screen pages of the home screen pages can be predetermined and provided from the time of installing the application according to the user interface according to the present invention.

Further, the user interface according to the present invention may not necessarily include a home screen page from which user setting information is output, and at least one of the existence of a home screen page from which user setting information is output and the number of the home screen pages And may be changed based on the user's selection.

On the other hand, the home screen page to which the user setting information is output may refer to a home screen page that can change the background image of the home screen according to the user's selection. In the present specification, the background image of the home screen page from which the user setting information is outputted can be referred to as a basic setting image. The default setting image may be an image selected by the user as a background image, or an image initially set on the mobile terminal.

On the home screen page on which the user setting information is output, an application icon corresponding to at least one of the applications installed in the mobile terminal may be output according to the user's selection. Furthermore, the position of the application icon output on the home screen page from which the user setting information is output can be changed based on the user's selection.

Further, at least one of the presence and the number of the home screen page from which the user setting information is output may be determined in advance by a business entity or an advertiser providing an application according to the user interface according to the present invention.

Meanwhile, unlike the home screen page in which the user setting information is output, the user interface according to the present invention may not change the background image of the home screen page from which the shopping information is output as the background image to the image selected by the user. That is, the background image of the home screen page on which the shopping information is outputted may always be shopping information. The shopping information may be based on information received from the external server through the wireless communication unit 110, as described above.

On the other hand, unlike the home screen page on which the user setting information is outputted, the application icon corresponding to the application installed on the mobile terminal may be restricted on the home screen page on which the shopping information is output as the background image.

That is, the attributes of the home screen page on which the user setting information is output and the properties of the home screen page on which the shopping information is outputted as the background image may be different from each other.

On the other hand, the shopping information described in this specification is not limited to specific product information for purchasing (or selling) a product, but may also include advertisement information. That is, as at least a part of the background image of the home screen page, the advertisement information may be output.

On the other hand, the shopping information and the advertisement information can be outputted in various formats and can be outputted in the form of at least one of, for example, an image, a moving picture, a text and a flash.

On the other hand, the arrangement order of the home screen page on which the user setting information is outputted and the home screen page on which the shopping information is outputted among the plurality of home screen pages corresponds to the user's selection, the information received from the external server and the user interface according to the present invention Based on at least one of the initial setting information of the application being executed.

The memory unit 130 may store information received from an external server through the wireless communication unit 110 and purchase information related to shopping information output as a background image of a home screen page.

Meanwhile, the user interface according to the present invention is a kind of application, and the user of the mobile terminal can access the mobile terminal through at least one communication network (3G network, 4G network, Wi-Fi, local area network, infrared network, The application corresponding to the user interface according to the invention can be downloaded. When the downloaded application is installed in the mobile terminal, the user interface according to the present invention may provide a home screen page as described above in addition to the home screen page that was previously implemented in the mobile terminal, Instead of the home screen page, the above-mentioned home screen page can be provided. That is, in this case, the home screen page corresponding to the user interface according to the present invention may cover all the home screen pages outputted on the mobile terminal before the application is installed or executed.

Meanwhile, before the home screen page corresponding to the interface according to the present invention is output, the image set as the background image of the home screen page being output from the mobile terminal is used as the background image of the home screen page outputting the user setting information .

On the other hand, before the application corresponding to the user interface according to the present invention is installed or executed, the home screen page outputted on the mobile terminal is displayed again when the application corresponding to the user interface according to the present invention is terminated or deleted .

Hereinafter, a method of providing shopping information on a home screen page through a user interface according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method of providing shopping information in a user interface according to an embodiment of the present invention. 3A, 3B, 3C, and 3D are conceptual diagrams illustrating a method of providing shopping information on a home screen page.

Referring to FIG. 2, in step S210, a step of outputting a first home screen page for displaying shopping information as a background image on a display unit of the mobile terminal proceeds in a user interface according to the present invention.

For example, shopping information may be output as the background image 321 to the first home screen page 301, as shown in FIG. 3A. Such shopping information may include information related to the goods, for example, a product image, a price, a discount rate, a function icon for purchase, etc., as shown in the figure.

In addition to the first home screen page 301 shown in FIG. 3A, the home screen page according to the user interface according to the present invention includes a main area 320 in which shopping information or a basic setting image is displayed as a background image can do. In the main area 320, a background image of the home screen page may be displayed. On the other hand, the background image displayed in the main area 320 is not limited to the main area 320, but may be displayed entirely on the home screen page.

In addition, the home screen page of the user interface according to the present invention may further include a fixed area 310 in which an icon corresponding to a specific application or function preset by the user selection or control unit 100 is fixedly displayed.

These icons 311, 312, 313 and 314 displayed in the basic area 310 indicate that the currently outputted first home screen page 301 is switched to another home screen page (see 302 in FIG. 3B and 303 in FIG. It can be continuously output on the fixed area 310. [ Furthermore, the user interface according to the present invention may change at least one of the icons included in the fixed area 310 to another icon when one of the home screen pages is switched to another home screen page.

In addition, the kinds of icons displayed (or included) on the fixed area 310 may be different for each home screen page. In this case, whether or not an icon corresponding to which application or function is included in the fixed area 310 of a home screen page can be determined based on the user's selection.

Furthermore, it is also possible that no icon is displayed in at least one of the plurality of home screen pages in the fixed area 310. [ In this case, the fixed area 310 may not be visually distinguished to the user, and the background image may be displayed on the fixed area 310 as it is.

On the other hand, on the fixed area 310, the background image displayed in the main area 320 may be overlapped with the displayed area other than the area in which the icon is displayed.

Meanwhile, the user interface according to the present invention may not necessarily visually display the boundaries of the fixed area 310. FIG.

Further, the home screen page according to the user interface according to the present invention may include an identification information area 330 for indicating how many home screen pages the home screen page currently displayed on the display unit corresponds to . In the identification information area 330, information on the currently outputted home screen page can be provided through various kinds of visual images.

For example, referring to the identification information area 330 shown in FIG. 3A, it can be seen that the first home screen page 301 output to the display unit is the second home screen page among the four home screen pages .

On the other hand, if a touch is made on the display unit in a state where the home screen page, for example, the first home screen page 301 is outputted on the display unit, the step of receiving the touch signal related to the touch is progressed (S220).

For example, the touch signal receiving unit 140 shown in FIG. 1 may receive the touch signal.

In this manner, when the touch signal is received, the user interface according to the present invention advances the step of changing information output on the display unit of the mobile terminal in response to the touch signal (S230).

More specifically, the control unit 100 may output different information according to the touch method of the touch applied on the display unit.

For example, when the touch on the display unit corresponds to the first mode, the control unit 100 displays link information linked to the shopping information being output as part of the background image of the first home screen page 301 It is possible to output it on the negative side. Here, the link information may be information linked to the shopping information output in the area corresponding to the point where the touch corresponding to the first scheme is applied. For example, when a specific product is output at a point where a touch corresponding to the first method is output, the control unit 100 determines, based on the touch corresponding to the first method, Can be output.

The link information may be provided through an application corresponding to a web browser function installed in the mobile terminal. That is, when the link information is output, the user interface according to the present invention or the control unit of the mobile terminal can cause the application corresponding to the web browser function to be executed.

On the other hand, in the user interface according to the present invention, the background image of the home screen page, in which the shopping information is output as the background image, can be divided into a plurality of areas 321a, 321b, 321c, and 321d have. In this case, shopping information for different products (or advertisements) may be output to the plurality of areas 321a, 321b, 321c, and 321d, respectively. Accordingly, in such a case, different link information may be linked to a plurality of areas. That is, the link information output in response to the first method may be information linked to an area corresponding to a point of the touch corresponding to the first method among the plurality of areas.

For example, although not shown, when a touch is applied to the fourth area 321d with respect to the first area, as shown in Fig. 3A, as shown in Fig. 3B, the fourth area 321d (Or detailed information, link information, 340) for the goods displayed on the display screen (e.g. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 3B, product information (or detailed information, link information) of a product may not be output in a home screen page format. That is, in this case, the product information may be provided through a separate application or through another screen provided separately from the home screen page in the user interface according to the present invention. The detailed information of the product according to the present invention may include at least one of a detailed image and a detailed description of the product and includes at least one function icon for setting or sharing the product information as a product of interest, The purchasing function icon of the purchaser. That is, the user interface according to the present invention can provide information on a product on a home screen page, and further provide detailed information on the product, thereby inducing a user to purchase a product using a home screen page have.

On the other hand, here, the touch corresponding to the first method may be a short touch, a long touch, or a tap touch.

As another example, if the touch applied on the display unit corresponds to the second scheme, the control unit 100 displays the first home screen page 301 output on the display unit as a shopping page output on the first home screen page (See 303 in FIG. 3D) that displays information and other shopping information as a background image or a third home screen page (see 302 in FIG. 3C) that displays a default image as a background image .

That is, in the user interface according to the present invention, when the applied touch corresponds to the second scheme, a second or third home screen page (303, 302) is displayed instead of the first home screen page (301) Can be output on the negative side.

On the other hand, whether the home screen page of the second or third home screen page is output on the display unit of the mobile terminal may be based on the order in which a plurality of home screen pages are arranged. For example, if there are three home screen pages, i.e., first, second, and third home screen pages, the control unit 100 determines, based on the arrangement order of the first, second, and third home screen pages , The home screen page output to the display unit can be changed according to the touch of the second scheme. On the other hand, in the interface according to the present invention, the home screen page output to the display unit can be determined based on the touch direction of the touch corresponding to the second mode.

For example, the touch corresponding to the second method may correspond to at least one of a touch corresponding to a drag, a slide, a flicking, and a swipe method, and the controller 100 ) Can determine the home screen page output to the display unit based on the direction of the touch corresponding to the second mode.

Furthermore, the control unit 100 may be configured to, in response to a touch corresponding to the second scheme, based on at least one of a direction of the touch corresponding to the second scheme and an arrangement order of the first, second and third home screen pages , The home screen page to be output to the display unit can be determined.

For example, if the touch corresponding to the second scheme is a drag touch, if the drag operation is performed in the leftward direction in FIG. 3A, the control unit 100 displays the third home screen page 302) on the display unit. Alternatively, the controller 100 may output the second home screen page 303 on the display unit, as shown in FIG. 3D, when dragging is performed in the right direction in FIG. 3A.

3A, 3C and 3D, the icon displayed in the fixed area 310 may not be changed even if the background image displayed in the main area 320 of the home screen page is changed. That is, the icons displayed in the fixed area 310 can always be kept the same regardless of whether the background image displayed in the main area 320 of the home screen page is changed. That is, at least one predetermined function icon displayed in the fixed area 310 is displayed in the same position as the position displayed on the first home screen page, even if the first home screen page is switched to the other home screen page Can be continuously displayed on the page.

On the other hand, the position of the fixed area 310 on the home screen page can be changed variously.

Furthermore, the types of icons output to the fixed area 310 may not always be the same, and may be irrelevant. That is, the types of icons output to the fixed area 310 may be different for each home screen page.

As described above, in the user interface according to the present invention, shopping information can be provided as a background image of a home screen page, and further, other shopping information can be provided based on a touch on a home screen page, Other home screen pages may be output to assist in access. Furthermore, the user interface according to the present invention provides detailed information on a specific product or advertisement based on a touch on a home screen page on which shopping information is outputted as a background image, It is possible to reduce the inconvenience of running an application of the Internet or accessing the Internet.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3D, the properties of a home screen page in which shopping information is displayed as a background image and a home screen page in which a basic setting image is displayed as a background image may be different from each other. For example, a first home screen page 301 (see FIG. 3A) and a second home screen page 303 (see FIG. 3D) in which shopping information is displayed as a background image may be a home screen page corresponding to the first attribute , And the third home screen page in which the basic setting image is displayed as the background image may be a home screen page corresponding to the second property different from the first property.

That is, the home screen page corresponding to the first attribute is a home screen page displaying shopping information as a background image, and the home screen page corresponding to the second attribute is a home screen page displaying a basic setting image as a background image .

Hereinafter, a home screen page corresponding to different attributes will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIGS. 4A, 4B, 4C, 4D, 4E, 4F, 5A and 5B are conceptual diagrams for comparing a general home screen page with a home screen page provided with shopping information according to the present invention.

First, a home screen page in which a basic setting image is displayed as a background image, that is, a home screen page corresponding to a second attribute will be described first. As shown in FIG. 4A, the background image 421 of the home screen page 401 corresponding to the second attribute may be a default setting image. The default setting image may be an image selected by the user as a background image, or an image initially set on the mobile terminal.

The user setting information may be output to the home screen page corresponding to the second attribute. Here, the user setting information may include at least one of an icon and a widget of the application selected by the user.

Further, the user setting information may include information relating to which of the applications installed in the mobile terminal, an icon or a widget, is to be output on the home screen page corresponding to the second attribute.

For example, as shown in FIG. 4B, the icon 421a of the application, which is the user setting information, may overlap with the basic setting image 421 on the home screen page 401 corresponding to the second attribute. In this way, in the main area 420 of the home screen page 401 corresponding to the second attribute, an icon of the application installed in the mobile terminal is displayed on the home screen page 401 based on the user's selection, Can be displayed in an overlapping manner.

In this way, the user setting information included in the home screen page corresponding to the second attribute, that is, the location of the icon or the widget of the application, is changed as shown in (a) and (b) .

That is, the control unit 100 of the user interface according to the present invention can change the position of the icon 421a based on the touch applied to the display unit.

More specifically, the touch signal receiving unit 140 receives a touch signal generated based on a touch on the display unit, and the control unit 100 changes the position of the icon 421a based on the touch signal .

4 (d), when the icon 421a arranged on the home screen page corresponding to the second attribute is selected, the control unit 100 of the user interface according to the present invention displays the icon 421a can be executed. In this case, an execution screen 440 of the application corresponding to the icon 421a may be output on the display unit of the mobile terminal, as shown in (b) of FIG. 4d.

The application corresponding to the icon 421a may be executed by the control unit of the mobile terminal even if it is not controlled by the control unit 100 of the user interface according to the present invention.

On the other hand, in the user interface according to the present invention, on the home screen page corresponding to the second attribute, as shown in Fig. 4 (a), the icon of the application or the portion where the widget is not displayed, The information output to the display unit may not be changed, as shown in (b) of FIG. 4E. That is, in the user interface according to the present invention, the linked image information may not exist in the background image of the home screen page corresponding to the second attribute.

On the other hand, in the user interface according to the present invention, the background image of the home screen page corresponding to the second attribute can be changed based on the user's selection, as shown in (a) and (b) . That is, the user can change the basic setting images 421 and 422 variously according to his or her taste.

In the above, characteristics of the home screen page corresponding to the second attribute have been described. Hereinafter, characteristics of the home screen page corresponding to the first attribute, which is different from the second attribute, will be described in more detail.

The home screen page corresponding to the first attribute may be a home screen page displaying shopping information as a background image. The background image of the home screen page corresponding to the first attribute may be linked to at least one link information.

As described above, an icon or widget of the application may not be disposed on the home screen page displaying the shopping information as the background image. That is, even if the main area 420 of the home screen page 402 corresponding to the first attribute receives a control command for outputting an icon or widget of the application installed in the mobile terminal, the icon of the application according to the control command Alternatively, only the background image may be displayed at any time without displaying the widget.

For example, as shown in (a) of FIG. 5A, an icon 421a of an application which has been placed in the home screen page 401 corresponding to the second attribute is shown in (b) and (c) As shown in FIG. 5A, even if a touch signal for moving to the home screen page 402 corresponding to the first attribute is received, in the user interface according to the present invention, 421a may not be placed on the home screen page 402 corresponding to the first attribute. That is, although not shown, in this case, the icon 421a may be placed back on the home screen page 401, which corresponds to the second attribute to which the icon 421a was originally placed. That is, the icon 421a may be returned to its original position.

Meanwhile, as described above, in the user interface according to the present invention, the background image of the home screen page in which the shopping information is outputted as the background image, that is, the home screen page 402 corresponding to the first attribute, And can be divided into a plurality of regions 421a, 421b, 421c, and 421d.

However, in the interface (or the control unit 100) according to the present invention, even if the home screen page 402 corresponding to the first attribute is divided into a plurality of areas, It may not be changed based on the touch applied to the touch screen.

5B, even if a touch signal for changing the layout of the background image divided into the plurality of areas, that is, the layout of the shopping information, is received, (b), the layout of the shopping information can be kept the same as the layout before the touch signal is received.

As described above, in the user interface according to the present invention, even when the touch signal for changing the layout of the shopping information displayed as the background image is received, the change of the layout of the shopping information can be restricted

On the other hand, the layout of the shopping information output to the home screen page corresponding to the second attribute can be changed based on the information received from the external server.

On the other hand, at least a part of the background image corresponding to the shopping information, which is output to the home screen page, can be changed by the user's selection. Here, at least a part of the application selected by the user may be output, or at least a part of the background image set to at least a part of the mobile terminal, which is not shopping information, may be output by default.

A method of outputting screen information corresponding to an application as at least a part of a background image will be described in more detail.

For example, as shown in (a) of FIG. 5C, an icon 430 of an application that has been placed on the home screen page 401 corresponding to the second attribute is displayed on the home screen page 402 The control unit 100 may control at least a part of the second home screen page 402 to display at least a part of the second home screen page 402 as shown in FIG. It can be switched to at least a part of the execution screen of the application.

5B, the main area 420 of the second home screen page 402 is divided into a plurality of areas 421a, 421b, 421c, and 421d, and the control unit 100 It is possible to output the screen information corresponding to the icon 430 in the area (for example, the first area 421a) in which the icon 430 is moved among the plurality of areas 421a, 421b, 421c, and 421d have. That is, the control unit 100 displays the screen information output from the first area 421a on the basis of the icon 430 being moved to the first area 421a, Can be replaced with screen information of the screen.

While the present invention has been described with respect to a method for moving an icon of an application, the present invention is not limited thereto. Even when a widget is moved to the second home screen page 402, To the second home screen page 402 at least in part.

Meanwhile, as described above, when the icon of the application is moved to the home screen page 402 corresponding to the first attribute, the control unit 100 displays the screen information of the application corresponding to the moved icon, When the icon 430 is moved to the area 421a, the screen information of the application corresponding to the icon 430 may be output instead of the shopping information being output from the first area 421a.

On the other hand, the screen information of the application corresponding to the icon 430 in the first area 421a may be optimized or displayed to fit the size of the first area 421a, or may be partially displayed.

As described above, the user interface according to the present invention can implement at least a part of the background image of the home screen page as an execution screen of the application.

5D, the control unit 100 determines that the screen information displayed in the first area 421a is displayed on the basis of the touch signal corresponding to the touch on the first area 421a, It can be changed as shown in (b) of FIG. 5D. That is, the user can use an application corresponding to the screen information output to the first area 421a on the first area 421a.

For example, if the screen information displayed in the first area 421a is screen information corresponding to the game application, the user can enjoy the game on the home screen page even if the user does not directly enter the game application.

On the other hand, the user interface according to the present invention may be configured such that the application corresponding to the screen information output as a part of the background image of the home screen page is continuously driven on the home screen page, or the screen information corresponding to the application is displayed on a separate screen The user can select whether or not to drive the vehicle through the vehicle.

5 (b), the control unit 100 may control the output unit 120 such that the selection icons 541 and 542 are output. For example, when the "continue here" icon 541 is selected, the control unit 100 displays a touch for utilizing the application output to the first area 421a, as shown in (a) The application can be continuously operated on the home screen page based on the touch signal corresponding to the home screen page.

5 (e), when the "continue from application" icon 542 is selected, the control unit 100 displays the home screen The screen information of the application can be output through a separate application execution screen 550 that is separate from the page.

On the other hand, the icons 541 and 542, as shown in FIG. 5 (b), correspond to the first region 421a in the touch (or in a predetermined manner The corresponding touch).

Further, in the user interface according to the present invention, as shown in (a) and (b) of FIG. 5F, the information output to one area 521a is converted into another area 524a Can be moved. In this case, the information received from the external server may be newly output to any one area 521a or other information that is output from any one area 521a before the information output to the one area 521a Can be output.

In addition, although not shown, in a mobile terminal according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, information to be output from at least one of a plurality of areas included in a home screen page may be selected from a user.

For example, in the user interface according to the present invention, based on a touch signal according to a preset touch (for example, a double touch) for any one of the plurality of areas 421a, 421b, 421c, and 421d A popup window or an icon for receiving information to be outputted in any one of the areas may be output. The types of information that can be output in any one of the areas may be screen information corresponding to an application installed in the mobile terminal, shopping information received from an external server, advertisement information, and the like. On the other hand, the user can select an application or a shopping category corresponding to the shopping information through the pop-up window or icon.

Meanwhile, although not shown, as described above, in the user interface according to the present invention, the home screen page in which the shopping information is output as the background image, that is, the background image of the home screen page 402 corresponding to the first attribute The size of at least one of the plurality of regions 421a, 421b, 421c, and 421d may be divided into a plurality of regions 421a, 421b, 421c, and 421d, May be changed depending on the selection of < / RTI > Further, if the size of any one of the plurality of areas 421a, 421b, 421c, and 421d is changed, the size of at least one other area may be changed together with the size of any one of the areas 421a, 421b, 421c, and 421d.

Further, in the user interface according to the present invention, the greatest feature of the home screen page corresponding to the first attribute is that information can be linked to the background image itself. That is, as shown in FIG. 4E, even if a touch is applied to a portion where the background image is displayed on the home screen page corresponding to the second attribute, there is no information to be displayed corresponding to the added touch. That is, no information is linked to the background image of the home screen page corresponding to the second attribute. However, in the user interface according to the present invention, information can be linked to the background image of the home screen page corresponding to the first attribute.

This will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. 6A and 6B are conceptual diagrams illustrating a method of displaying different information associated with a background image in a user interface according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIGS. 7A, 7B, FIG. 8 is a conceptual diagram for explaining a method of displaying information in a user interface according to FIG.

In the user interface according to the present invention, the background image of the home screen page in which the shopping information is outputted as the background image is divided into at least one area 621a, 621b, 621c and 621d as shown in (a) Can be distinguished. In this case, shopping information for different goods (or advertisements) may be output to at least one area 621a, 621b, 621c, and 621d, respectively. Accordingly, when the background image is divided into a plurality of regions, different link information may be linked to each of the plurality of regions. That is, the link information output according to a touch on the background image may be information linked to an area corresponding to a point where the touch is applied among the plurality of areas.

6A, when the control unit 100 is applied on the first area 621a of the plurality of areas included on the home screen page 601 corresponding to the first attribute, the detailed information 640 of the goods displayed in the first area 621a can be outputted based on the touch, that is, the touch signal corresponding to the touch, as shown in FIG.

6B, when the touch is applied to the second area 621b, the control unit 100 displays the touch, that is, the touch, as shown in FIG. 6B, , The detailed information 641 of the goods displayed in the second area 621b can be outputted based on the touch signal corresponding to the touch being received.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, product information (or detailed information, link information) of a product may not be output in a home screen page format.

The link information may be provided through a separate screen (refer to FIGS. 6A and 6B, 640, and 641) provided in the UI according to the present invention, as described above. That is, when link information is output, the home screen page may no longer be output on the display unit.

Further, in the user interface according to the embodiment of the present invention, the link information may be output through a pop-up window (or pop-up window 710) as shown in FIG. 7A. In this case, the pop-up window 710 may overlap with the home screen page 701. [

7B, the user interface according to the present invention may terminate the output of the pop-up window 710 based on a touch on the pop-up window 710 or the home screen page 701 . When the output of the pop-up window 710 is terminated, detailed information 740 related to the goods provided with the information through the pop-up window 710 can be outputted on the display unit as shown in FIG. 7B (b) have.

7B, when the output of the pop-up window 710 is terminated, the home screen page 701, which has been displayed on the display unit before the pop-up window 710 is output, Can be output again.

When the output of the pop-up window 710 is terminated as described above, it is possible to determine what to output on the display unit through the icons 711 and 712 included in the pop-up window 710. 7B, when the touch panel 710 is touched, the control unit 100 determines whether the icon 711 or 712 is displayed on the pop-up window 710, The detailed information is output as a whole, and when a touch is applied to the home screen page 701, the home screen page 701 can be output as shown in (c) of FIG.

The link information may be provided through an application corresponding to a web browser function installed in the mobile terminal.

For example, when the background image of the home screen page 701 corresponding to the first attribute is touched, as shown in (c) of FIG. 7C, the user interface (or the control unit 100) according to the present invention , An application corresponding to the web browser function can be executed. Therefore, the link information output based on the touching can be provided through an application corresponding to the web browser function, as shown in Fig. 7C (b). That is, the link information, that is, the detailed information of the product (or the advertisement detail information) may be output on the execution screen 750 of the application corresponding to the web browser function.

Hereinafter, a method of performing a function associated with shopping information using a background image will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. 8A and 8B are conceptual diagrams illustrating a method for providing additional functions in a user interface according to an embodiment of the present invention.

The user interface according to the present invention may output shopping information as a background image of a home screen page and may output an icon for providing additional functions related to such shopping information.

For example, as shown in (a) of FIG. 8A, at least one region 821a, 821b, 821c, and 821d including different product information includes icon sets 850a , 850b, 850c, and 850d, respectively. Thus, the user can more intuitively select additional functions associated with the merchandise through these icon sets 850a, 850b, 850c, and 850d. As an example, when the messenger function icon 851a is selected in the icon set 850a output to the first area 821a, the control unit 100 determines whether the messenger function icon 851a is selected as shown in (b) The corresponding screen information 860 can be output. Here, the screen information 860 corresponding to the messenger function may be an application corresponding to the messenger function. Meanwhile, although not shown, when there are a plurality of applications corresponding to the messenger function, the control unit 100 can output the screen information of any one of the applications selected by the user or one of the predetermined applications.

8 (c), the control unit 100 may be configured to transmit, via the messenger function, information of the goods included in the first area 821a to the at least one receiving terminal, The communication unit 110 can be controlled.

As another example, if the shopping cart function icon 852a is selected in the icon set 850a output to the first area 821a as shown in (a) of Fig. 8b, the goods information corresponding to the goods included in the first area 821a can be added to the shopping cart as shown in FIG. Here, the shopping cart function is a function of storing the goods corresponding to the goods information in the database of the memory unit 130 or the external server so that the goods corresponding to the goods information can be paid out later. When a screen corresponding to the shopping cart function is outputted , The product information may be output again.

On the other hand, as another example, when the shopping cart function icon 852a is selected in the icon set 850a output to the first area 821a as shown in (a) of FIG. 8b, The screen corresponding to the shopping cart function can be directly output on the display unit as shown in (c) of FIG. 8B.

8B, when the goods purchase function icon 853a is selected in the icon set 850a output to the first area 821a, the control unit 180 determines whether the goods purchase function icon 853a is selected, Related screen information so that the user can directly purchase the goods output to the first area 821a.

As described above, in the user interface according to the present invention, not only the shopping information is provided through the background image of the home screen page, but also the interface function for performing the additional functions related to the shopping information more intuitively Can be provided.

Hereinafter, shopping information output to the home screen page will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. 9A, 9B, 9C, and 9D are conceptual diagrams illustrating a method of providing shopping information on a home screen page.

The control unit 100 can provide product information on the home screen page in various ways based on the shopping information received from the external server (or the shopping information providing server) as described below.

As an example, as to the size of the items included in the home screen page, as described above, the home screen page may include at least one item to place at least one item information, respectively. As shown in FIG. 9A, the home screen page may include nine items for placing items 1 to 9 corresponding to goods information. The size of these items may be varied based on the importance of the product information to be placed in each item.

For example, in FIG. 9A, when the item having the highest importance is item 1, the size of the item 710a on which the item 1 is placed on the home screen page may be larger than the size of other items. Thus, as shown, Item 1 can be displayed the largest on the home screen page.

9A, the size 710b of the item to which the item 1 is to be placed may be larger than that shown in FIG. 9A (a), depending on the importance of the item 1, as shown in FIG. 9A.

9A, when the importance of item 2 is higher than that of item 1, the size of item 710c in which item 1 is placed is smaller than the size of item 720c in which item 2 is placed Can be small.

As described above, the size of the items included in the home screen page may vary depending on the importance of the product information included in the home screen page. On the other hand, the information related to the importance of the goods information to be placed in the items included in the home screen page may be included in the shopping information received from the external server (or the shopping information providing server).

As another example, different kinds of goods information may be included in different home screen pages.

Here, whether or not what kind of product information is to be displayed on which home screen page may be determined based on shopping information received from an external server (or shopping information providing server), or may be determined by a user's selection.

For example, as shown in FIG. 9 (b), the first home screen page 701 includes merchandise-related merchandise information, and as shown in FIG. 9 (b) The page 702 includes product information related to shoes, and the third home screen page 703 may include product information related to jewelry, as shown in FIG. 9 (c).

As another example, as shown in FIG. 9C, the first home screen page 701 includes goods information related to 'A shopping mall', and as shown in FIG. 9B (b) , The second home screen page 702 includes merchandise information related to the 'B shopping mall', and the third home screen page 703 includes goods related to the 'C shopping mall', as shown in FIG. 9 (c) Information may be included.

In this manner, product information corresponding to different category or different shopping mall information is output to different home screen pages, so that the user can feel consistency in receiving product information through the home screen page.

As another example, the user interface according to the present invention may use a touch input to the identification information area 700 indicating the currently outputted home screen page corresponds to the home screen page of a plurality of home screen pages, The home screen page may be provided with summary information on each of the product information included in the home screen page.

For example, as shown in FIG. 9D, when the touch input is applied to the identification information area 700, as shown in FIG. 9D (b) (Or a thumbnail image) corresponding to at least one of the plurality of home screen pages to the output unit 730. [

The preview image output to the preview area 730 may correspond to an image corresponding to the representative product information among the product information included in the home screen page or the image obtained by reducing the home screen page. Further, the preview image may include a category, shopping mall information, event information, and the like corresponding to the product information included in the home screen page.

9B, the control unit 100 may highlight the preview image 731 corresponding to the home screen page currently displayed on the display unit, so as to be distinguished from other preview images.

Here, the highlighting process of the preview image 731 may be performed through enlargement, reduction, color change, flicker display, transparency change, frame enhancement, or the like.

9B, when a predetermined touch input is applied to the identification information area 700, for example, a drag or slide touch input is moved in one direction, the control unit (not shown) 100 may switch the currently outputted home screen page to another home screen page based on the degree of the touch input, as shown in (c) of FIG.

In this case, the control unit 100 may control the display unit such that the preview image 732 corresponding to the other home screen page is highlighted.

9D, when the touch input is terminated, for example, when the finger is removed from the display unit, the control unit 100 displays the preview image 432 highlighted in the current state The corresponding home screen page can be output on the display unit.

Meanwhile, although not shown, according to the present invention, the control unit 100 changes the position (or order of enumeration) of at least one preview image included in the preview area based on the touch input of the user, Depending on the location change, you can change the placement order of the home screen pages.

In addition, the control unit 100 may delete the home screen page corresponding to the preview image in response to a predetermined type of touch input to the preview image (for example, a touch input for dragging the preview image by a predetermined length) have.

In addition, the controller 100 may add the product information output to the preview image to the shopping cart in response to a pre-set touch input (e.g., a long touch input) for the preview image.

As described above, in the user interface according to the present invention, the user can easily recognize the information on the product information included in the home screen page through the preview area.

At least a part of the home screen page may include advertisement information received from an external server (or shopping information providing server). That is, the advertisement information may be disposed on at least one of the items included in the home screen page. Such advertisement information may be output in the form of an image or a moving image.

In addition, when the item in which the advertisement information is disposed is selected by the user, detailed information related to the advertisement information can be output on the display unit.

Hereinafter, the structure of the home screen page will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The user interface according to the present invention may have a plurality of home screen pages based on shopping information received from an external server (or shopping information providing server) or a user's selection.

The plurality of home screen pages may have a form of one row, and may have a matrix structure of at least one row and column.

For example, referring to FIG. 10A, a plurality of home screen pages may have a matrix structure corresponding to 3 rows and 4 columns (3 X 4). That is, in this case, 12 home screen pages may exist.

If the touch input is applied in the direction a in the currently outputted sixth home screen page 816 (the number of the home screen page is arbitrarily given in the order in which the home screen page is listed), the control unit 100 displays the first The second home screen page 812 adjacent to the home screen page 816 in the direction a can be output. When the touch input is applied in the b direction in the currently outputted sixth home screen page 816 (the number of the home screen page is arbitrarily given in the order in which the home screen pages are listed), the control unit 100 displays The seventh home screen page 812 adjacent to the first home screen page 816 in the direction b can be output.

Also, for example, if the touch input is applied to the right horizontal direction after the second home screen page 812 is output corresponding to the touch input, a third home screen page 813 is output to the display unit .

As described above, according to the present invention, since the home screen page has a matrix structure, diversity related to switching of the home screen page can be increased.

For example, as shown in FIG. 10A, in a state in which the first home screen page 811 corresponding to the first attribute is output, a touch input for moving the first home screen page 811 in the column direction If so, the first home screen page 811 is switched to the fifth home screen page 815, and on the fifth home screen page 815, the user who is output on the first home screen page 811, Setting information and other user setting information can be output.

When the touch input for moving the second home screen page 812 in the column direction is applied while the shopping information is outputted as the background image to the second home screen page 812 corresponding to the second attribute, The second home screen page 812 is switched to the sixth home screen page 816 and the shopping information output on the second home screen page 812 is displayed on the sixth shopping screen page 816, Information may be included. In this manner, when the home screen page in the matrix structure includes a plurality of columns, different shopping information may be included in the home screen page corresponding to different columns.

On the other hand, the matrix structure comprising a plurality of home screen pages may not have at least one home screen page, as shown in FIG. 10B. In this case, if the touch input is applied in the 'a' direction in which the home screen page does not exist in the state that the sixth home screen page 816 is output to the display unit, the controller 100 responds to the 'a' And a second home screen page 812 or a fourth home screen page 814 adjacent to the sixth home screen page 816 may be output.

If there are a plurality of home screen pages (for example, the second home screen page 812 or the fourth home screen page 814) that can be output in response to the touch input in the direction 'a' The priority information related to which home screen page of the plurality of home screen pages is to be output may be included in the shopping information received from the external server (or the shopping information providing server).

On the other hand, if the home screen page has a matrix structure, the user can be confused with the home screen page outputted at the current display unit as the home screen page. Thus, according to the present invention, the matrix number of the currently outputted home screen page can be displayed on the home screen page, as shown in FIG. 10C.

As an example, identification information 831 of '1/1' indicating one row and one column may be output on the first home screen page. In the third home screen page 813, identification information '1/3' indicating one row and three columns may be output.

The method of representing the matrix number can be variously changed in addition to the method described above.

On the other hand, when the home screen page is switched, this identification information may disappear on the display unit after being displayed for a predetermined time. Further, such identification information can be output and removed on the display unit in response to a control command applied from the user.

Hereinafter, a method of providing additional functions for product information output on the home screen page will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. 11A, 11B, and 11C are conceptual diagrams for explaining a method for providing additional functions for product information output on a home screen page.

11A, 11B, and 11C, one product information is output on the home screen page for convenience of explanation.

First, as shown in FIG. 11A, a function icon 911 for setting a product corresponding to the product information as an item of interest, along with the product information 910, is output to the home screen page corresponding to the first attribute have.

On the other hand, the product information 910 output to the home screen page may include an image of the product, a price of the product, an introduction of the product, and the like.

When the function icon 911 is selected by the user, the control unit 100 can set the commodity corresponding to the commodity information as an interested commodity as shown in (c) of FIG. 11. When the function icon 911 is selected, the interest goods list 940 may be displayed on the display unit. The interest goods list may include other items of interest set by the user in addition to the goods.

Here, the item of interest is a product that the user is interested in and can be set by the user by selection. When the item is set as the item of interest, the item of interest information is stored in the memory unit 480 or the database, And further to an external server (or shopping information providing server).

On the other hand, when the product information is displayed on the home screen page and a certain point (see 'b') on the display unit is touched for a preset time, as shown in FIG. 9A, May output at least one function icon corresponding to the function related to the goods information, as shown in (b) of FIG. 11A.

For example, the control unit 100 may output at least one shared function icon 920 for sharing the product information with another mobile terminal or an external server.

Here, if any one of the at least one sharing function icon 920 is selected, the controller 100 controls the wireless communication unit 110 to transmit the product information using the application corresponding to the selected function icon .

Also, the control unit 100 may output at least one purchase function icon 930 related to the purchase of the goods corresponding to the goods information.

When the 'Order Phone' icon is selected, the control unit 100 controls the wireless communication unit 110 to send a phone call to a shopping mall that sells goods corresponding to the goods information, and when the 'general payment' icon is selected, May control the operation of the mobile terminal so that settlement can be performed through the mobile terminal. When the 'shopping cart' icon is selected, the control unit 100 stores the product information in the memory unit 480 (or the database) so that the goods corresponding to the product information can be paid out later, , The product information can be output again.

Meanwhile, although not shown, when a product corresponding to the product information is sold out, a 'shopping cart' icon indicates 'update' requesting update of the product information corresponding to the product to the product information of another product 'Icon. Also, if the product corresponding to the product information is sold out, identification information indicating that the product corresponding to the product information is sold out may be output to at least one region of the product information.

Further, in this case, it is also possible that the 'shopping cart' icon is changed to an icon for requesting storage of the article in addition to the 'update' icon.

As shown in FIG. 11 (b), the product information 910 output on the home screen page may be input by a predetermined type of touch input (for example, a short touch or a tab touch) The control unit 100 can control the output unit 120 to output detailed information of the goods corresponding to the goods information as shown in FIG.

The detailed information may include at least one of a detailed image and a detailed description of the product. The detailed information may include at least one function icon for setting or sharing the product information as a product of interest, and at least one purchase function Icon.

In addition, the detailed information may include at least one detailed item for selecting an option of a product to be purchased, such as the quantity, color, and size of the product, in order to order the product corresponding to the product information.

For example, if the user selects a function icon corresponding to the telephone order or the general check function after selecting the color and the quantity through the detailed item included in the detailed information shown in FIG. 11B, May control the wireless communication unit 110 so that detailed information of the goods corresponding to the goods information and the detailed items selected by the user is transmitted to the external server (or the shopping information providing server).

In addition, when the event information is received, the control unit 100 may overlap the received event information with the product information with respect to the product information disposed on the home screen page.

For example, as shown in FIG. 11C (a)), when event information is received with respect to any item information, for example, item 1 951, , It is possible to control the display unit such that the received event information (for example, 39% discount information) overlaps with the item 1 951, as shown in Fig.

This item 1 951 may be highlighted in response to the event information being received. For example, an image layer with an arbitrary color can gradually overlap with item 1 951 while animating.

11C, when the event information is received also for the item 2 952, the control unit 100 transmits event information (for example, 35 remaining items) to the item 2 952 Can be overlapped.

On the other hand, when the event information is simultaneously received for the item 1 and the item 2, the control unit 100 may overlap the event information sequentially or simultaneously with respect to the item 1 and item 2. On the other hand, when the event information is sequentially overlapped, the overlapping order may be based on the priority information included in the shopping information received from the external server (or the shopping information providing server).

Hereinafter, a method for enhancing shopping convenience on a home screen page will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. 12 is a conceptual diagram for explaining a method of providing convenience functions related to a shopping function on a home screen page.

The user interface according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may provide a convenience function so that a user can conveniently provide shopping on a home screen page.

For example, as shown in FIG. 12 (a), a home screen page may include at least one of a search area 1010, a shopping cart function icon 1020, and a user page shortcut icon 1030.

For example, when a search word is input to the search area 1010, the control unit 100 transmits the input search word to an external server (or a shopping information providing server) or a shopping mall server, receives a search result corresponding to the input search word The wireless communication unit 110 can be controlled so that the wireless communication unit 110 can receive the wireless communication. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 12 (b), search results corresponding to input search terms can be output on the display unit.

When the user page shortcut icon 1030 is selected by the user, the control unit 100 displays a user page displaying the account information, shopping information, and the like of the user, as shown in (c) Can be output on the display device. On the other hand, the information included in the user page may be variously changed.

When the shopping cart function icon 1020 is selected by the user, the control unit 100 displays at least one product information list, which is stored in a separate database (or memory) so that the user can pay the bill later, As shown in FIG.

Meanwhile, according to the present invention, in addition to the functions shown in FIG. 12, a variety of functions can be added so that the user can conveniently shop through the home screen page.

Hereinafter, a method of utilizing a function icon for providing a shopping function on a home screen page will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. 13A, 13B, and 13C are conceptual diagrams illustrating a method of utilizing a function icon to provide a shopping function in a home screen page.

In a user interface according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, when shopping information is output as a background image on a home screen page as shown in (a) of FIG. 13A, (1110, 1111, 1112, 1113, 1114, 1115) related to the shopping function is displayed on the display unit as shown in (b) of FIG. 13 . The plurality of function icons 1110, 1111, 1112, 1113, 1114, and 1115 may have a shape such as a dial to provide a fun effect.

On the other hand, the types of functions corresponding to the plurality of function icons can be variously changed and added.

A method of utilizing the plurality of function icons 1110, 1111, 1112, 1113, 1114, and 1115 corresponding to the dial shape will now be described. As shown in FIG. 13B, (Or comparison with (b) in FIG. 13A) corresponding to the rotation gesture (or the rotational touch input) for any one of the function icons 1110, 1111, 1112, 1113, 1114,

That is, as shown in (b) of FIG. 13B, the user places the function icon corresponding to the desired function (for example, the 'immediate purchase' function) in the desired product information, As shown, the function can be activated.

In this case, the screen information corresponding to the function may be output on the display unit.

On the other hand, as shown in (b) of FIG. 13B, when the function icon corresponding to the specific function (for example, the 'immediate purchase' function) is located in the specific item information If a predetermined type of touch input, for example, a long touch input, is applied to the function icon corresponding to the specific function, the specific function can be activated. , And a touch input for selecting a specific function.

13 (b), the controller 100 displays a plurality of function icons 1110, 1111, 1112, 1113, 1114, and 1115 corresponding to dial shapes, , For example, when the item 2 is moved to the specific function icon, the function corresponding to the function corresponding to the specific function icon (for example, the "interest goods" icon) Screen information 1120 can be output.

Hereinafter, a method of providing shopping information using a lock screen will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. 14 is a conceptual diagram for explaining a method of providing shopping information in a locked state.

The user interface according to the embodiment of the present invention can output at least one product information on the lock screen output on the display unit in the locked state when the locked state is executed.

Here, the locked state is a state of restricting the input of the user's control command to the applications included in the mobile terminal. This is to prevent the functions and applications of the mobile terminal from being activated or deactivated by inputting a control command that is not intended by a user in a mobile terminal provided with a touch screen (or a display unit including a touch screen). Therefore, in the locked state, the input of the user's control command input through the touch screen and other user input units can be limited within a set range.

On the other hand, in the locked state, the input of the user's control command is limited, but the functions of the mobile terminal and the operations of the applications that were operating before the locked state was executed can be continuously executed. The released state is a state in which the input of the user's control command to the mobile terminal is not restricted. Accordingly, in the released state, the functions and applications of the mobile terminal are activated or deactivated according to a control command input by the user through the touch screen (or the display unit) or the user input unit.

Here, the locked state may be executed when a user's input is not detected for a predetermined time with respect to a touch screen (or a display unit) and other user input units provided in the mobile terminal. The set time may be changed according to the setting of the user.

Also, the locked state can be executed when the user presses a special key (e.g., a hold key) provided in the mobile terminal previously set for the locked state.

On the other hand, the control unit 100 can control the lock screen based on the shopping information received through the wireless communication unit 110.

As an example, when the shopping information for outputting the product information on the lock screen is received while the general lock screen 1210 in which the product information is not output is displayed, as shown in Fig. 14A, It is possible to output the product information on the lock screen 1220 as shown in Fig. 14 (b).

That is, the control unit 100 can output the product information on the lock screen only when a kind of event information is received from the external server (or the shopping information providing server). The product information output on the lock screen may be related to a product in which an event to be recognized by the user is generated with respect to at least one item of the user's interest item and the item in the shopping basket.

On the other hand, even if event information is not received, at least one item of product information can be continuously output on the lock screen.

In addition, although not shown, at least one function icon capable of performing an associated function for each of the at least one item information may be displayed on the lock screen together with the at least one item information.

For example, the function corresponding to the at least one function icon may be a 'favorite product' function, a 'shopping cart add function', a 'direct purchase' function, a 'phone order function', or the like.

On the other hand, even when the locked state is being executed, it is possible that exceptional reception of the control command is allowed for the at least one function icon.

As described above, the shopping information providing method using the mobile terminal and the user interface providing the shopping information using the mobile terminal according to the embodiment of the present invention can be applied to a case where shopping information is provided through a lock screen, It is possible to more effectively provide the information about the merchandise to be held.

FIG. 15 is a flowchart illustrating a method of providing shopping through a telephone order in a user interface according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 16 is a conceptual diagram illustrating the shopping method illustrated in FIG.

In the shopping method using the mobile terminal according to the embodiment of the present invention, the step of outputting the goods information on the display unit is performed (S310).

Here, the product information may be received via the wireless communication unit 110, provided through an Internet Explorer, or provided through a specific application. Such product information may be the information linked to the background image of the home screen page, which has been discussed above.

In addition, such product information may be provided from a specific shopping mall server, and may be provided through the external server (or shopping information providing server). The specific shopping mall server or the external server (or the shopping information providing server) to which the goods information is provided may be selected by the user.

Here, as shown in FIG. 16A, the product information may include various information related to a product such as an image of a specific product, a price, and a product description, as information on a specific product.

Next, when the goods information is displayed on the display unit, the order information for the goods is input from the user (S320).

On the display unit, at least one of a detailed information icon and an input window for receiving detailed information on the product together with the product information may be output. That is, the order information may be input through selection of at least one of the detailed information icons or input of text information through the input window.

The order information may be input through a user input unit provided on the mobile terminal, or may be input using a user's voice through a microphone.

As shown in (b) of FIG. 16, the order information is detailed information about the product, and is information that the user can consider when ordering the product, such as the color, size and quantity of the product. For example, a detail information icon 401 for ordering a beige color and a detail information icon 402 for ordering an 'M' size may be selected by a user so that order information can be input.

Meanwhile, after the process of inputting the order information through the user input unit or the microphone is performed, the step of receiving the telephone order request for the purchase of the product proceeds (S330).

Here, the telephone order can be requested when the telephone order function icon 411 output to the display unit is selected, as shown in Fig. 16 (b).

Meanwhile, according to the present invention, it is also possible to purchase a product on a mobile terminal without necessarily purchasing the product through telephone ordering.

In addition, a telephone order request can be made in various ways, even if the telephone order function icon 411 is not used.

On the other hand, when the telephone order request is received, the call is made to the predetermined call center server and the order information is transmitted (S340).

The predetermined call center server is a server corresponding to a call center of a shopping mall for selling the product. When a call is made to the call center server and a call is made, the user can select a sales Can be connected with staff. Also, in this case, the control unit 100 may transmit the inputted order information to the call center server together, so that the salesperson can recognize in advance which product the user intends to purchase.

In this case, the order information can be transmitted from the mobile terminal to the call center server. Otherwise, the order information is received from the mobile terminal in the external server (or the shopping information providing server) relaying the mobile terminal and the call center server It is also possible to accept and forward it to the call center server. In this case, the external server (or the shopping information providing server) may be a server that provides the goods information to the mobile terminal.

At least one of the transmission of the order information and the call connection with the call center server may be made free of charge through mVoIP (Mobile Voice over Internet Protocol). VoIP refers to a technology that converts and transmits voice over a network using IP addresses into digital packets (the smallest unit of data transmission).

When the call connection with the call center server is made through mVoIP, such order information can be transmitted from the mobile terminal to the call center server side at the same time as the mVoIP call is originated or at a predetermined time difference.

Therefore, at the call center server side, the step of performing payment using the goods information received from the mobile terminal may proceed (S350).

On the other hand, the control unit 100 can transmit the order information to the call center server only when the call is normally connected after the call is made to the call center.

In addition, the control unit 100 can transmit together with the order information the product information of the product that the user intends to purchase together to the call center server, and further transmits at least one of the identification information of the mobile terminal and the user information of the mobile terminal Can be transmitted.

That is, in this case, the user can easily complete the order without individually providing the user's personal information to the sales staff.

Meanwhile, the identification information of the mobile terminal may be phone number information of the mobile terminal, and the user information of the mobile terminal may be information related to the user's personal information such as name, shipping destination information, shopping mall member information, and membership level.

As described above, according to the shopping method using the mobile terminal and the user interface using the mobile terminal according to the embodiment of the present invention, the order information inputted through the mobile terminal is transmitted to the call center server when ordering the phone, It is possible to reduce the inconvenience of transmitting voice by voice.

Hereinafter, a method of providing order information to a user when a telephone order is performed will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. 17 and 18 are conceptual diagrams illustrating a shopping method using a mobile terminal and a method of providing order information in a user interface using a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 17, in a user interface according to an embodiment of the present invention, when a call is originated to a call center server, screen information indicating that a call is being made on the display unit can be output on the display unit (C)).

In this case, as shown in FIG. 17 (c), on the screen information output during the call connection to the call center, the control unit 100 displays the order inputted by the user Information 530 can be output.

Accordingly, the user can confirm the inputted order information once again through the screen information output through the display unit.

On the other hand, when the order is completed, the control unit 100 can receive the completed order information through the call center server or the shopping information server discussed above through the telephone call with the call center. 18 (d), when the call connection to the call center server is completed, or when the order is completed even if the call is being connected, the control unit 100 displays the completed order information 640 on the display unit As shown in FIG. Thus, the user can check in real time whether the order is correct.

Hereinafter, screen information output to the display unit in some cases will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIGS. 19A and 19B are conceptual diagrams illustrating a method of providing different screen information according to a case in a shopping method using a mobile terminal and a user interface using a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention.

The user interface according to the present invention can provide screen information before the purchase is completed and screen information after the purchase is completed when the purchase is completed for a specific product. That is, the control unit 100 may output a function icon corresponding to a function required by the user before completion of the purchase, and a function icon corresponding to the function required by the user after the purchase is completed, depending on whether or not the product is purchased.

For example, referring to (a) of FIG. 19, before the purchase of the merchandise is completed, a function icon corresponding to the functions' phone order ',' order ', and' 711, 712, and 713 may be output. Referring to FIG. 19 (b), function icons 721, 722, and 723 corresponding to the 'shipping inquiry', 'product inquiry', and 'Q & A' functions are displayed on the display unit, 723 may be output.

Therefore, the user interface according to an embodiment of the present invention can provide a user interface that can easily access functions required by the user.

In addition, the user interface according to the present invention can provide different screen information according to the nature of goods.

For example, if the merchandise is not a merchandise that can be purchased directly through 'Buy Now' or 'Phone Order' but is a merchandise that requires consultation with an expert, an agent, or a seller, A function key related to a consultation reservation or a reservation inquiry may be output instead of the function icon.

For example, when a detailed description or a consultation is required such as an insurance, a travel, a language training product, or the like, the 'pre-order' icon 711 is displayed on the display unit as shown in FIG. Can be output. In this case, when the 'preorder' icon 711 is selected by the user, the control unit 100 sends a call directly to the call center server capable of consulting the contents of the commodity corresponding to the commodity, An order request message can be transmitted. In this manner, when a telephone call is made to the call center server or a reservation order request message is transmitted, the control unit 100 can transmit the product information, which is the reservation target, together to the call center server. On the other hand, when a pre-order request message is transmitted to the call center server, a call can be received from the call center server to the mobile terminal later.

Hereinafter, a method of providing shopping information using a lock screen will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. 20A and 20B are conceptual diagrams illustrating a method of providing shopping information in a locked screen state in a user interface according to an embodiment of the present invention.

The user interface according to the embodiment of the present invention can output at least one product information on the lock screen output on the display unit in the locked state when the locked state is executed.

20A, when the shopping information for outputting the product information is received on the lock screen while the general lock screen in which the product information is not displayed is displayed, as shown in FIG. 20A, the product information can be output on the lock screen, as shown in Fig.

The control unit 100 outputs the product information on the lock screen only when a kind of event information is received from the external server (or the shopping information providing server), or if the lock screen is not available, , It is possible to always output the product information on the lock screen (for example, when the illumination of the display unit is activated).

When the product information is output on the lock screen, the control unit 100 displays a phone order function icon (hereinafter referred to as a " phone order function icon " 811).

When the telephone order function icon 811 is selected by the user, the control unit 100 issues a call to the predetermined call center server so that the goods output on the lock screen can be ordered through the call, Product information or order information to the preset call center server.

On the other hand, as shown in the method of switching the locked state to the unlocked state, the unlocking icon 813 can be used, and various methods can be used without utilizing the unlocking icon 813. [

Further, as shown in FIG. 20B (b), product information requiring more detailed explanation or consultation such as insurance, travel, language training products, etc. may be output on the lock screen. In this case, a 'preorder' icon 811 may be displayed on the display unit. In this case, when the 'pre-order' icon 811 is selected by the user, the control unit 100 sends a call to the predetermined call center server that can consult the contents of the product corresponding to the goods, , A reservation order request message may be transmitted. In this manner, when a pre-order request message is transmitted to the call center server, the call can be received from the call center server to the mobile terminal later.
