Claims (2)
- 배관 대표 스펙 및 콤포넌트에 대한 데이터를 저장하고 있는 대표 스펙/콤포넌트 데이터베이스;상기 대표 스펙/콤포넌트 데이터베이스로부터의 데이터 정보에 따라 모델링을 수행하는 모델링부;해당 호선에 맞는 자재가 추출되도록 변환을 수행하는 자재변환 유틸리티 모듈;호선 선급 정보를 포함하고 있는 호선 선급 정보부; 및상기 자재변환 유틸리티 모듈에 의해 변환된 자재에 대한 배관 PCS 도면 및 자재 리스트를 출력하는 배관 PCS 도면 및 자재 리스트 출력부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관 대표 스펙을 이용한 모델링 시스템.
- 해당 호선의 가장 유사한 Tribon 모델을 사용하고, 자재 형상을 유지하면서 선급정보가 제외된 대표 스펙과 콤포넌트 데이터베이스를 사용하는 단계;상기 Tribon 모델 및 대표 스펙과 콤포넌트 데이터베이스에 의해 모델 데이터를 획득하는 단계;스펙, 콤포넌트, 사이즈, 재료 번호, 재료 디스크립션 및 프로젝트 번호와 같은 자재 엔티티를 추출하는 단계;배관 종류를 판단하고, 호선 선종/선급을 판단하고, 해당 선급의 자재 서티 피케이트 기준을 판단하고, 호선 스펙에 맞는 급관 부품을 정의하고, 파이프, 플린지, 브라켓와 같은 호선 물량을 얻는 단계; 및배관 부품 도면 선급인지를 확인하고, 파이프, 플린지, 브라켓 등의 사이즈별로 배관이 추출되었는지를 확인하여, 배관 부품 도면 선급이고, 파이프, 플린지, 브라켓 등의 사이즈별로 배관이 추출된 것인 확인된 경우 선급협회가 상선에 매기는 선박의 등급 종류로서, KR, ABS, DNV, LR, BV 및 기타 선급에 따라 각 호선 선급에 맞는 도면과 자재 리스트를 출력하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관 대표 스펙을 이용한 모델링 방법.
