Figure 6 shows the bottom of Figure 5;

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1 and 2, the functional bed of the present invention includes a mat portion 20, a plant material portion 30, an LED lamp portion 40, and a heat dissipation portion 50, Healing function.

The mat portion 20, the planting portion 30, the LED lamp portion 40, and the heat radiating portion 50 are installed in the bed frame 10.

The bed frame 10 is a substantially hexahedron having four vertical frames and at least one horizontal frame connecting the vertical frames. The bed frame 10 is provided with a support plate 11 for mounting the mat unit 20, And a support plate 13 for installing the unit 30 is provided.

The bed plate 11 is provided so as to protrude only a part of the edge of the bed frame 10, for example, a horizontal frame or a vertical frame. The support plate 13 is fixed to the vertical frame at an edge thereof and the edge is enclosed by the horizontal frame to form a planting portion 30 in which plants are planted.

The mat portion 20 is a yellow mat portion, preferably made by mixing an anion ore powder into a yellow soil and curing it. The mat unit 20 has an ondol function by the LED lamp unit 40 and the heat dissipation unit 50, which will be described below, and functions as blood circulation and atopic healing.

Horticulture promotes blood circulation and metabolism, effectively expels waste from the body, and has healing effects for people with back and joint discomfort.

Anion Gemstones maximize energy efficiency by maintaining the warmth of the clay soil using the property that the stones are instantly heated quickly. Therefore, when the mat portion 20 is manufactured by mixing the anion ore and the clay soil, the mat portion 20 is warmed up quickly and the warmth is maintained for a long time.

Anion Gemstones have an antibacterial, moisture, and deodorizing effect as well as fast heating properties. They release natural anions to stimulate metabolism to facilitate blood circulation, toxins and waste products, and perform air purifying functions.

The anion gemstones may be various anion gemstones such as germanium gemstones, zirconia ceramic gemstones, tourmalines, spinels, moonstones, garnets and the like that emit negative ions.

The mat portion 20 may further include beneficial components in addition to the clay soil and anion gemstones. For example, it may further include charcoal for humidity control, fiberglass for preventing cracks on the mat portion, germanium emitting far-infrared rays, and sunlight effective for atopic disease.

In order to maintain the shape of the mat portion 20 on at least one side of the upper portion and the lower portion of the mat portion 20, at least one of paper, paper cover, and nonwoven fabric may be attached.

It is preferable that the planting part (30) is planted with a healing plant such as a herb, a Japanese cypress tree, etc. to help the body and mind.

The planting portion 30 is installed in a lower space formed by the bed frame 10 as a lower portion of the mat portion 20. It is preferable that the planting part 30 is installed in a lower space formed by being surrounded by the support plate 13 and the horizontal frame. A drain pipe (70) is connected to the support plate (13) to facilitate drainage of the planting section (30).

It is preferable to dispose gravel, sand or the like on the bottom surface of the plant material 30 so as to easily drain water, and arrange the soil 33 for planting plants thereon. It is preferred that the soil 33 be mixed with the loess so that the efficacy of the loess can be better communicated to the user.

And the cover member 35 can be seated on the top of the soil 33. [ The cover member 35 serves to prevent the soil 33 from being exposed to the outside, to maintain the water content of the soil, and to make the appearance of the planting section 30 beautiful. As the cover member 35, a nonwoven fabric having a filter function, a coconut fiber filler, or the like can be used.

An LED lamp unit 40 is provided as a light source of a plant on the planting unit 30. [ The LED lamp unit 40 includes a planar Print Circuit Board substrate and LED light (chip) coupled to the lower surface of the PCB. The LED lamp unit 40 may be installed in the bed frame 10 in a variety of ways such as an adhesive, a bolt, or the like.

The LED lamp unit 40 secures the light source of the plant so that the healing plant 31 can be raised in the sunny room to improve the healing effect. In addition, the LED lamp unit 40 can illuminate various colors on the bed, thereby providing a comfortable rest for the bed user and enabling various moods to be displayed, thereby raising the user's mood.

The side surface between the LED lamp unit 40 and the planting unit 30 is opened so that moisture can be supplied to the planting unit 30 and the efficacy of the healing plant 31 can be transmitted to the user, So that the humidity of the mat portion 20 can be adjusted.

When the warmth and moisture are supplied to the loess, the soil microorganisms in the loess alive and breathe, and the healing effect by the loess increases.

The heat radiating portion 50 is disposed between the LED lamp portion 40 and the mat portion 20 so that the heat of the LED lamp portion 40 is radiated and the mat portion 20 is heated.

Preferably, the heat dissipating unit 50 is disposed between the LED lamp unit 40 and the mat unit 20 so as to be in contact with the LED lamp unit 40. A plurality of heat dissipation units 50 are stacked and laid out in layers, and a space is formed between the plurality of heat dissipation units 50 so as to have a good radiation effect.

3, the heat dissipating portion 50 is formed by pressing a plate portion 51 made of aluminum to form a first projecting portion 53 on the plate portion 51 and a second projecting portion 53 having a smaller outer diameter than the first projecting portion 53. [ A first hole 53a corresponding to the outer diameter of the second protrusion 55 is formed in the first protrusion 53 and a first hole 53a is formed in the second protrusion 55, A second hole 55a smaller than the first hole 53a is formed so that the second protrusion 55 of the mating plate 51 is inserted only up to the first hole 53a.

The plurality of heat dissipation units 50 are air-cooled structures in which air is circulated through a space formed between the plate portion 51 and the plate portion 51 and a first hole 53a and a second hole 55a, It has a large surface area in contact with air and is suitable for heat release.

When the heat dissipating part is made of a die casting structure, the heat dissipating part 50 can only be designed with a simple surface area, which may cause a serious heat dissipation problem and heavy weight. Therefore, It is preferable to process it.

Since the heat dissipation part 50 absorbs electromagnetic waves due to the characteristics of aluminum material, it is free from the generation of electromagnetic waves. As described above, heating of the mat unit 20 using the heat dissipation unit 50 is suitable for health-conscious users because it does not use a heating wire and has a low risk of generating electromagnetic waves and fire.

The loess of the mat portion 20 also has a heat radiating effect. The loess is excellent in the ability to sustain the temperature heated by the radiating heat due to the heat retention, and at the same time, the radiating effect is excellent.

Since the heat dissipation unit 50 and the mat unit 20 interact with each other to perform the heat dissipation function of the LED lamp unit 40, the heat dissipation unit 50 of the LED lamp unit 40 Excellent heat dissipation effect.

The heat radiating portion 50 may be spaced apart from the mat portion 20 by a predetermined distance.

A transparent window 60 for shielding a space between the LED lamp unit 40 and the mat unit 20 that surrounds the edge of the bed frame 10 from the outside may be provided. The transparent window 60 allows an air layer to be formed in a space between the heat dissipation unit 50 and the mat unit 20 so that the heat of the LED lamp unit 40 is indirectly transmitted to the mat unit 20. [

When the heat is indirectly transferred to the mat portion 20 through the air layer, the mat portion 20 is uniformly heated and is more efficient to perform the same function as the ondol.

However, the heat radiating portion 50 may be arranged adjacent to the mat portion 20.

4 is a cross-sectional view of another embodiment of the present invention.

The functional bed shown in FIG. 4 differs from the functional bed of the present invention in that a sensor unit 80 and a control unit 90 are further provided.

The sensor unit 80 is installed on the bottom surface of the mat unit 20 to sense the temperature of the mat unit 20. [ The control unit 90 can prevent the mat unit 20 from overheating by turning off the LED lamp unit 40 when the temperature of the mat unit 20 sensed by the sensor unit 80 is higher than the set temperature.

That is, the control unit 90 can control the lighting and lighting of the LED lamp unit 40 so that the mat unit 20 maintains the proper temperature.

The control unit 90 determines whether the temperature of the mat unit 20 sensed by the sensor unit 80 is below the set temperature by the user when the user lies on the mat unit 20, The LED lamp unit 40 may be turned on to control the mat unit 20 to be heated.

And a fixing plate 25 having a plurality of through holes formed in the bottom surface of the mat portion 20. The fixing plate 25 supports the bottom surface of the mat portion 20 so as to support the load of the user lying on the mat portion 20. [

Although not shown, an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet may be further provided on the bottom surface of the mat portion 20. The heat dissipation unit 50 may perform an electromagnetic wave shielding function, but may further include an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet to completely shield the electromagnetic wave.

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a heat dissipating unit according to another embodiment of the present invention in which an LED lamp is installed. FIG. 6 is a bottom view of FIG.

5 and 6, the structure of the LED lamp unit 40 differs from that of the first embodiment.

The heat dissipation unit 50 is supported on the protrusion 12 provided on the bed frame 10 and the LED lamp unit 40 is disposed on the bottom surface of the heat dissipation unit 50 in block form.

Specifically, the LED lamp unit 40 includes a PCB substrate 40a disposed on the bottom surface of the heat dissipation unit 50, a plurality of LED chips 40b mounted on the front surface of the PCB substrate 40a, An IC chip 40c mounted on the PCB substrate 40a so as to supply electric power to the LED chip 40b and to supply electric power to the LED chip 40b stably so as to supply electricity to the LED chip 40b stably, And an AC chip 40e mounted on the base 40a.

The IC chip 40c is mounted on the front surface of the PCB 40a on which the LED chip 40b is mounted and the AC chip 40e is mounted on the rear surface of the PCB substrate 40a. If the AC chip 40e is provided on the PCB substrate 40a, the stabilizer for converting DC power to AC power is not required, so that the weight of the LED lamp unit 40 can be minimized.

It is possible to further attach the PCB substrate 40f to the rear surface of the PCB substrate 40a.

The advantage of using only one PCB 40a and installing the AC chip 40e on the PCB substrate 40a minimizes the weight of the LED lamp unit 40 and stably supplies electricity to the LED chip 40b However, the problem of heat dissipation and roughness may be a little low.

The heat dissipation problem is solved by the heat dissipation portion 50 of the embodiment, and the illumination problem can be solved by using two PCBs 40a and 40f. When two fisheye substrates 40a and 40f are used, power supply to the LED chip 40b can be made uniform and stable, thereby ensuring ease of illumination.

Hereinafter, the operation of the present invention will be described.

Describe the principle that the Ondol function and the healing function are performed in a functional bed.

When the user laid on the mat portion 20 of the functional bed 1, the function of the ondol function, blood circulation promotion, fatigue recovery, and atopic healing can be expected due to the loess and the anion stone.

The LED lamp unit 40 may be turned on or off automatically by the control unit 90 or manually turned on or off by the user's operation. When the LED lamp unit 40 is turned on, the mat unit 20 Thereby performing the ondol function.

The LED lamp unit 40 inevitably generates heat in the process of converting electricity into light. The generated heat is smoothly discharged through the space portion formed between the heat dissipating portions 50 and the continuous first holes 53a and the second holes 55a and is transmitted to the mat portion 20 having excellent heat dissipating effect.

The heat transferred to the mat portion 20 rapidly heats the mat portion 20 due to the anion raw stones, and the loess soil accumulates the heat so that the heat stays on the mat portion 20 for a long time.

The lighting of the LED lamp unit 40 can also be used as a light source of a healing plant to enhance the healing effect of the user due to the healing plant. The moisture contained in the healing plant and the moisture supplied to the soil 33, (20).

As a result, warm air and moisture are automatically supplied and controlled to the mat portion 20, so that the soil microorganisms in the loess are alive and breathed, thereby promoting blood circulation and metabolism, and enhancing the healing function of the loess, which effectively discharges body waste.

The above-described functional bed 1 can increase the therapeutic effect of patients suffering from various diseases which should be concerned about immunity, and can provide an environmentally friendly bed for the user's constitution and body by sleeping in a non-electromagnetic and harmless environment.

Also, since the LED lamp unit 40 installed as a light source of the healing plant 31 uses the heat of the LED lamp unit 40 as a heat source for heating the mat unit 20, it is possible to efficiently utilize the energy to be discharged together with the heat radiation efficiency.

Such a functional bed 1 is not a structure in which a heating line or a hot water pipe is embedded in the mat portion 20 to impart the ondol function but is provided with an ondol function by the heat of the LED lamp portion 40, And even if a problem occurs in the ondol function, it is easy to repair only the LED lamp unit 40 is replaced.

The scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, but may be defined by the scope of the claims, and those skilled in the art may make various modifications and alterations within the scope of the claims It is self-evident.
