상기 기판 상에 형성되고 복수의 제1 본체 부재, 상기 제1 본체 부재를 연결하는 복수의 제1 연결 부재 및 복수의 제2 본체 부재를 구비하는 제1 도전 패턴부;
상기 제1 연결 부재의 소정의 영역을 덮도록 아일랜드 형태로 형성되고, 상기 제2 본체 부재 중 서로 인접한 제2 본체 부재의 서로 마주보는 모서리를 덮으면서, 적어도 상기 서로 연결된 제2 본체 부재의 서로 마주보는 모서리에 연결된 측면과 접하도록 길게 연장된 형태로 형성되는 복수의 절연 패턴;
상기 절연 패턴 상에 형성되고 상기 복수의 제2 본체 부재 중 서로 인접한 두 개의 제2 본체 부재를 서로 전기적으로 연결하고, 상기 복수의 제2 본체 부재 중 서로 인접한 두 개의 제2 본체 부재의 서로 마주보는 모서리 및 측면과 이격되는 제2 도전 패턴부; 및
