표 1 에 나타난 조성 및 공정 조건으로 U.V 경화형 플로우 코팅(flow coating) 도막층을 형성하여 도막을 제조하였다. 도료 유레카 U.V #64002유광(유림특수화학(주))을 사용하였으며 이를 플로우 코팅하여 상단:4㎛/중앙:6㎛하단:8㎛ 도막층을 형성한 후 IR 60℃/3분 건조 후 상단:400mJ/cm2/중앙:800mJ/cm2/하단:800mJ/cm2로 U.V. 조사하였다 (온도/습도는 각각 25℃/55% 임).
