Description
The present invention relates to a dent restoration apparatus, and more particularly, to a dent restoration apparatus that is simple in structure and simple in use, and capable of restoring a dent to a maximum extent.
Generally, a dent is a collision caused by a slight impact on the vehicle body (for example, a hail, a stone, a baseball, a shock due to a door of a side vehicle in a parking lot) or a light contact with a bicycle, a motorcycle, Which means that it is concave and elastically deformed to cause scratches. Such a dent is a factor that significantly lowers the value of a vehicle when it occurs in a high-end passenger car or a new car body that emphasizes the appearance of the vehicle body. When repairing such a tent through a process such as sheet metal painting or painting, an excessive cost is incurred, and environmental pollution due to the painting operation occurs, thereby increasing the social cost thereof. Therefore, in order to restore most of the dent, the position of the dent is detected, and then a tool is used to strike or push the rear surface of the dent.
However, in the conventional dent restoration method, it is difficult to insert various kinds of tools into the rear surface of the dent in the gap of the vehicle body, and when the gap of the vehicle body is insufficient, the vehicle body must be disassembled. It may be necessary or secondary body damage may occur. In addition, there is a problem in that slight damage or breakage often occurs due to the control of the force when pushing or hitting, and it has to rely on the sense of a skilled professional for a long time.
An object of the present invention is to provide a dent restoration device which is simple in structure and easy to use.
A dent restoration apparatus according to the present invention comprises a reference lever having a first handle formed on one side and a through hole on the other side, a second handle rotatably coupled to the reference lever, and a second handle opposed to the first handle, And a second lever which is arranged to penetrate through the through hole of the reference lever and which is coupled to the other side of the turning lever and which moves up and down during the rotation of the turning lever, A suction unit provided at a lower end of the lifting rod and adsorbed to the dent of the vehicle body, and an elastic member provided between the reference lever and the lifting unit and being compressed when lifting the lifting rod.
The dent restoration apparatus according to the present invention is very simple in structure and can be made compact because the number of parts can be reduced, so that manufacturing and maintenance costs can be reduced.
In addition, since the dent can be easily restored only by the force that the user rotates the pivotal lever, work convenience can be further improved.
In addition, since the suction member receiving groove of the suction member holding part is formed so as to have a different width, there is an advantage that the suction member which is different in size can be replaced without replacing the suction member holding part when the suction member is replaced according to the size of the dent.
Further, since the pedestal sandwiched between the elevating rods can be rotated in the horizontal direction on the vehicle body, there is an advantage that the position of the pedestal can be changed according to the position and the field of view of the worker.
Further, since the pedestal includes the rotating plate, there is an advantage that it is easy to adjust the height of the pedestal.

Claims (10)
A pivotal lever rotatably coupled to the reference lever and having a second handle opposed to the first handle on one side thereof and rotating on the other side when the second handle is operated;
